Knowledgeable, professional and courteous techs. Excellent communication with getting estimates and scheduling work. My wife and I have had major renovation work done at all 5 homes we have owned over 35 years, mostly older and/or historic. Current home built in 1880. We have lots of experience hiring and working with contractors. Walkowiak is the kind of contractor you want for your project.

Walkowiak Electric Inc. came out on time gave a fair estimate to restore services. They later came back to fix the rest of the problem and upgrade the power box. When they return to upgrade services they showed up on time explained everything they was doing told us when they was shutting off the power to house. Very friendly fast services.

We love Walkowiak electric. They were the electrician service we used for a kitchen remodel and they were wonderful. Carl always calls and updates you of any schedule changes and makes sure the time works for you and you family. Because they were so professional and affordable we used them again for future projects. I am so glad we found this company.

The technician James arrived on time, very friendly, installed the new outlet where there never was one before so he had to run a wire from the basement and also repaired two other outlets that were recessed and needed to be brought flush with the wall. Took almost 3 hours but every thing was done Exactly as I asked and was pleasantly surprised by the price! Would definitely use Walkowiak again.

The folks at Walkowiak Electric were incredibly cordial, from the people in the back office scheduling all the way through installation. Even though they faced challenges, there were no delays and they worked hard to ensure everything was back in one piece prior to leaving on Friday evening (it was a very big job). They had a great attention to detail, respect for property, and even more so understanding of what the installation was trying to accomplish. From the estimate to the installation, I never had to tell Tim/Carl anything twice and they worked with me every step of the way. Very excited to have my detached garage power working again and I can rest easy knowing it was done properly and with care. Big thanks to everyone on the team! Will definitely be calling for some more minor power and lighting jobs. Appreciate all the hard work. UPDATE: Lowering the review to 3 stars. I had to follow up with the back office to get them to charge me for the job, and subsequently schedule and appointment with the inspector. Not happy with the promises of a quick turnaround and the lack of follow through on getting the job to completion. Will still call them for additional work that is required, but with the expectation that scheduling may not work out based on their estimation. UPDATE 9/3/2020: Increasing the review back to 5 stars. The owner Dan took time out of his schedule to ensure the inspection was done right and promptly on the newly scheduled time. The back office proactively reached out and took full responsibility for their miscalculation in scheduling. I could not have asked for a better handling of the setbacks we have faced and it says a lot about Walkowiak Electric as a company that they actively reach out to their customers to make things right. I have full faith that when we come across any additional electrical work in the area, they will come through 110%.

We had Walkowiak electric come to install 2 chandelier light fixtures. His work was very professional and clean. He cared about our property and put down tarps on our floor since it was the middle of January and didn't want dirty our floors. He wore a mask in our house which was very respectful. His prices are fair and true to what he quoted me over the phone. I have already recommended him on Nextdoor and would use him again! Our lights look great!

Just an awesome experience with Walkowiak. We just moved into a new house and used them for a couple projects. They installed a couple dimmers and did a general safety check up of the electrical in the house. Then we had them hook up the electrical for our new hot tub. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgable. We found them randomly, but now wouldn't consider using anyone else for electrical needs. Highly recommended.

My low voltage transformer was dead and covered by drywall. After talking with Tim (electrician) and asking some questions, we were able to extrapolate where the dead transformer was located. This job, which could've gotten out of control, was done with minimal damage to the drywall in the basement. I'm very pleased with the outcome. I'm now able to use my hardwired Ring doorbell.

Great work very nice on clean up … professional … I also liked that they had booties to put on in the house so items would not be tracked in from the outside to me that is a plus when you go into someone’s house and you takeoff your shoes or you put something to cover up your shoes that’s a big plus for me …. After a previous company butchered a home warranty claim, Chris from Walkowiak came out, corrected the hack job, and found/fixed the actual root cause of the problem. I cannot recommend Walkowiak enough! My advice for you if you have HSA home warranty in the Milwaukee area; do not let them use their regular contractor for the job, make them use Walkowiak!
