Technician and his co-worker were very knowledgeable & helpful. Took care of everything that I needed to have fixed and replaced. Explained everything and price before starting the work. Albeit, a little more expensive than I was expecting but had ALOTof work done. Cleaned up after job was completed. Would definitely use them again!!

Standby generator installed. I had no idea how difficult it would be to find a local business to install a generator. Many businesses didn’t bother to follow up on my contact. One business said I had to find a generator and get it put in position, get the permit and find a plumber but they would do the electric. Then I contacted Roman Electric. I got a follow up email within hours and an appointment a few days later. I was surprised to learn they had generators in stock and installation could take place in two weeks. Installation was perfect. The electricians and plumbers arrived on time. They were polite and professional. They explained whet was happening before turning off the electricity and gas. We are happy with our decision to use Roman Electric and recommend them to our friends and family.

Chandler and his coworker were patient in explaining what they were going to do for repairs and gave a quote for my approval before beginning any work. (Note - their quote was way less - like $500! - than another electrician’s quote!) They completed their work in about an hour. Very nice guys and very good work! I’ll be calling Roman again for future repairs.

The estimate and the HPP plan was explained thoroughly, I signed the contract to complete the work that is needed. The system is old and needs to be updated. I was having issues with outlets not working in my kitchen & dining room. Anthony from Roman Electric came out & found the problem was coming from an unrelated outlet that had burnt through the neutral wires & was arcing down the wiring towards the other outlets. He was very thorough & checked the breaker set up, all of the affected outlets by taking them apart & then checking the outlets near them. Needless to say, I could have had a fire start from the outlet that appeared to be working perfectly fine but was affecting all of the other ones. Now they are all fixed! Anthony was professional, efficient & I’m very happy with the service I received.

Connor and his partner were assigned to diagnose a dishwasher that wasn’t draining properly. They showed up right on time and were, quite honestly, some of the most professional individuals I have ever worked with. I wasn’t able to be present in-person because of work obligations, so my parents filled in. They were extremely kind and educated not only me in detail over the phone, but they repeatedly taught my parents as well what the potential issues were and how to resolve them. In the end, it was determined that the non-draining dishwasher was likely a fluke and a product of new technology. Roman has, without question, earned a new long-term customer! Some of the things that needed taking care of involved sorting through various poorly done work by various owners of our 80 year old house. While it was clear that he knew what a mess some of it was, Neil addressed each part with a professional attitude and had the right recommendations to get us to the end result we wanted. With the project now complete, after other contractors for another home project delayed this project and forced us to reschedule the electrical multiple times, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or hire Neil and his crew again. Once Nick got here my experience was quick and pleasant. Nick explained to me that your company uses a third party after hours service and that is where most of my issues comes from. When I lost power to 3 rooms in my house on a Sunday, I was willing to pay the high bill for emergency service. When I called Roman Electric the intake worker took my phone number and my husband's cell phone. I told 3 different intake agents that I they need to call cell phone because my landline was not working. They never gave that message to Nick. Your third party service needs to be better trained because honestly they made me want to go with another company. Just as I about to cancel my appointment Nick showed up fixed the problem and restored my decision in using your company.

He checked everything and educated us regarding our furnace, thermostat and Aprilaire which no other had done. Tony phoned and told me when he was coming and was dead on time. He was invited to review the state of plumbing and the state of the gas lines in my home. He did his inspection and then we had a review of the issues. My priority is safety first and I was surprised to discover that the gas connection to the gas dryer was out of code. This connection was immediately rectified. We then reviewed the other plumbing issues and he worked on the immediate issue and laid out a plan for another visit. I learned an important lesson today and that is to minimize the use of handymen for plumbing issues. I am now comforted with the fact that I do not have to worry about any plumbing issues. Keep up the great work Roman Electric and send more people like Tony to all of Milwaukee.

Very professional HVAC routine service check. We were very happy with the ease of scheduling and the service provided! Second service for a tripped outlet wire. Was good, friendly and professional. Would use again! However on second job, one plug not working. They agreed to come out tomorrow to have a look. Tomorrow! This was ok' d by my wife, so I cannot complain too much. But, I would expect more prompt service as the plug worked fine prior to their visit. The are high priced, but have a great reputation which they failed to live up to this time! Therefore reduced to 4 stars. Electrician was fantastic. Finished and was gone sooner then estimated. Edit on 2/14/23.............. Turned out we did not need a return visit. However, still annoyed they did not come out same day which I would have asked for same day return if they had called me on the phone I requested return call on. Instead they called my wife's cell number. She was at the store at the time and unaware I was home waiting for return call. Office messed this one up.

Basically, the main drain in our basement started overflowing with raw sewage. My husband tried to fix it himself (like most men) and then dragged his feet for a week after he couldn't get it about having a plumber come out. After cleaning it up for the 5th time, I decided to call myself at 4:45pm on a Thursday night. They immediately scheduled a plumber to come assess the situation first thing Friday morning. Raymond arrived at 8:45am, looked over everything, explained what the problem was, gave us a very reasonable estimate and said he could take care of it in just an hour or two at most. When I asked when he would be able to do it (thinking it would probably still be a few days since it was gross but not an emergency), he said "right now". By 9:40am everything was fixed & outside of the final deep cleaning and bleaching everything (including my nose hairs to get the smell burned out, haha), that I still want to do, my sewage problem is now an unpleasant memory. He was fantastic, very patient with all my probably stupid questions, professional, quick and he really helped make a horrible situation better! I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing help!!

After a couple decades, for some reason, the breaker for the sump pump started tripping. I noticed that the modem also went out along with a few lights and the TV. So I called on Roman Electric. They were recommended by a neighbor who used them and was pleased with service and cost. Cavin responded and after checking out the situation he recommended putting the sump on it’s own breaker along with letting me know it was now code (its a very old house). I had time constraints and Cavin, the electrician, worked with me to get the work done in the time window I had before having to leave town for a few days. Now I don’t have to worry about returning home to a flooded basement if a storm comes up and that breaker trips again. Cavin also replaced a ceiling light fixture in the kitchen that had started flickering. Everything was done in good order and the cost was reasonable. Cavin even left the basement a bit cleaner then it was when he started. I definitely recommend Roman Electric and commend Cavin for a job well done.

1.The identification of the problem: Ryan S. was the plumber from Roman Electric Company who did a thorough courtesy, overview of the state of plumbing in my home. Frankly, I was surprised to discover that I had so many problems. Especially concerning was the state of the incoming water line as Ryan mentioned that it was in need of a change. Upon further inspection, I discovered that a iron connection had been connected to the copper lines that this connection was corroded. 2. The Action plan. To cut the long story short, I accepted the offer to get the main water connection redone, change some outlets traps and change the Kitchen faucet . 3. Action Because I was concerned about the status of the main water line, I requested and obtained a shortened timeline for the visit. Roman Electric contacted The City of Franklin to shut off the water on December 29,2021. Joel, from the City of Franklin, was the on time at 8 a.m. and Ryan was there soon after. The work was completed by 8 p.m. the same day and Ryan never flagged in his efforts to get the work done and in his enthusiasm to explain the various doubts that kept cropping in my mind. 4. Summary Ryan gave me the most important gift in that I have peace of mind with regard to the water service in my house. Roman Electric Should be commended for ensuring that customers like us can enjoy life under their superb skills of employees like Ryan. Thank you Roman Electric and Ryan. Additionally, he performed a complimentary check of my home's electricity. He found a few issues that needed to be addressed sooner than later - Kevin repaired those as well, and the cost was affordable. This gives me the opportunity to plan and budget the next steps in assuring my 97 year old bungalow will be electrically safer in the near future. We needed our outdated circuit breaker replace and were recommended to Roman Electric and we are so happy that we were. Andy P was conscientious, friendly, helpful, prompt, and his work was impeccable. He and his assistant, Chandler were considerate of our floors, carpets and appliances. They installed the new box and marked all the switches for us. They were extremely careful in taking up the grass on our lawn to reinstall a new lamppost, replacing the grass exactly. Andy put a new outlet outside and another outlet in the basement below the breaker box. When they were finished, they cleaned up everything meticulously. We cannot say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of these young men. We will certainly have Roman Electric for any future electrical issues. Armand V installed a new outdoor faucet and valve in the basement for us as our old one was leaking. He repaired part of the pipe from the valve to the outside, and the new faucet and valve are so easy to work now. He was friendly, conscientious of our home, professional, and finished the work in a short time. He also cleaned up all his work and walked us through new features of the faucet and valve. We had no idea that Roman Electric also did plumbing, but we will certainly have them come back for any plumbing issues, as well.

I have been using ROMAN ELECTRIC for many years. They have always been professional and on time. During the Covid pandemic they were always respectful to our home and our children, wearing masks. Great, friendly service. Needed emergency electrical service and they came out less than five hours later and fixed the problem. Planning to use them for an installation project. I feel like I’ve finally found ‘my electricians’! Three months later I had a plumbing emergency. Again, arrival was quick. In a building over 100 years old, you can find a lot of surprises behind a wall, and of course one was found. A water line snapped off when a plaster wall was removed—the wall was holding the rusted pipe in place. The broken pipe was behind another pipe with two joints that had to be removed first, and they were VERY stuck. If they couldn’t be removed, it would have turned into a hellish job deep in the walls. Liam was patient, applying loosening oil and using a badass twisting tool. He did this over and over and over, and eventually the pieces came loose and he could fix the pipe that snapped off behind it. I'm convinced that a less experienced plumber might not have had the patience to work and rework the joints. Liam did. He's MY plumber now!!! Needed the electricians again to install a fairly large series of track lighting. Fantastic service, good problem solving, excellent communications/answering questions, great clean-up afterwards. I have 100% confidence in Nick, who also did the first job described above. Just had my 3rd service call with electrician Nick. It was a small job which was quickly completed in a professional AND very friendly manner.

I was impressed by his attitude, and very happy it was fixed so quickly. I've had them work on my air conditioning system, heating system, and putting in a outdoor electric generator hook-up. They have always been professional and courteous to both myself and my wife, and have always been excellent at communication. I'm never felt that I have gotten ripped off or overcharged by them. I have not regretted using Roman Electric in the past, and I will continue to only use them in the future.

I had an electrician, Anthony, come and install the outlet for my dishwasher. Also had the plumber, Jacob, come to my house to help install the dishwasher itself. Anthony did an amazing job. He came on time and got the outlet installed underneath my sink in no time. Jacob had to come back a second time, no charge, and got the dishwasher working. Both guys did a great job. Was a little expensive for both services but you get what you pay for. Excellent work! I would use Roman's again!

Tony from Roman Electric did an AWESOME job replacing two worn out and corroded water valves in our bathroom. From start to finish Tony did a great job. Tony was prompt, courteous, professional, super clean, and most importantly NICE. He inspected the job and gave me an upfront price, and gave me the coupon discount from the website to boot. I normally do basic plumbing jobs around the house myself, however the degree of corrosion on these valves was to the point where I needed backup. Tony saved me time and a ton of frustration. He was done with the work in under two hours, where if I had done it myself it would have been an all day multi-trip to the hardware store hassle. Additionally, Maddie who took my service call was great too. She was nice enough to reschedule my appointment so I could get the work done before the weekend which made my wife happy. On Friday 07/15/22 I began a nightmare. A downed wire fell onto another wire casing excess voltage to my meter. I needed to get my service panel replaced in order to get power back to my home.
