I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to have a EV charger installed. The installer was knowledgeable, friendly and listened to what I wanted without question and installed a 220 circuit that looked clean and professional. I will be booking another appointment for some further work in the up and coming months. 110% satisfied and will be doing continued business with Mister Sparky!! The day after Christmas our power went out. Everything was closed. From the person who answered the phone, to the electrician who responded (Juan) their customer service was FANTASTIC! We had to wait a day due to NV Energy, but Juan called us the next morning, got us our part, and came at the end of the day to make sure everything was running properly. He answered every call, checked in on us, and was so beyond professional. Even their call line called us and reassured they would come out even if it was late due to nv energy taking their time. It was after hours and I was worried about payment, they said dont worry well call you the next morning. I would recommend them anytime, and their prices were reasonable. Thank you for making a terrible experience so much easier.
