My experience with RG Electric was exceptional. The owner made time after his work day to contact me and follow up on an email I had sent. At a time when there are not enough workers in the trade businesses and each business is working at maximum capacity the owner of RG Electric made time on a Sunday morning to help me assist an elderly neighbor with a faulty breaker situation that was preventing him from using an outside front porch light. His willingness to use his only day off to help get this issue fixed was a true statement to his loyalty to people in the community. Very rarely these days can you receive that type of customer service and find a business that cares about customers. I will recommend RG Electric to all my neighbors and coworkers.

I called Roger after reading his five star online reviews with the hope that he could help to solve our electricity situation. We had lights and appliances turning off and on all over the house sporadically. He was ready to come out to help the same day, but suggested I call the electric company. Roger is the best! Even though he works 60-70 hours a week he made time to fit me in his schedule. I had him install a chandelier, two new recessed lights, a pendent light and a large kitchen light and he did it all within a few hours. You can't beat his pricing and quality of work. He showed up when he said he would, did a great job and is very professional and friendly. We had a heck of a time finding an electrician but somehow we lucked out and found him. Roger came out to the house to assess the job, and then was very flexible on completing the work as it required coordination with the power company to cut power to the house. Roger fixed an outdoor frost sleeve and transitioned two outlet/switch configured rooms to overhead switched lights. Workspace was left clean and work was done at a very fair price. Great service, we had some broken wires in the meter box,that almost burnt the house down.glad we where home to flip off the main breakers. Ended up just losing a TV and coffee maker to the power surge.
