The best electricians in Vermont -- I've hired them for services on 4 different properties! You will not find a team that is more responsive, timely, friendly, and professional. Within hours of emailing them asking about service, I receive a reply from the office admin setting me up for a day/time. The team of electricians is top-notch and so friendly. From start to finish, you won't be disappointed.

Outstanding service and personnel. We needed a dedicated line added for a sump pump and they were able to schedule us in the next day. Aldin and Sean did fantastic work and explained all details. Communication and scheduling with Jim was excellent. Won't hesitate to call them again for future projects.

Today I hired New England Electric to install a new generator at our farmhouse to prevent our heat from going out and pipes freezing, etc., in this insanely cold weather we have been having in Vermont. I am so glad I did! The guys who did the install were incredibly polite and considerate of our home. I was scared that I would not remember all the details of how to turn it on and use it in an emergency because my husband was not home, so the guys let me make step-by-step instruction videos with my phone to share with him later. It was extremely helpful. We practiced the scenario several times and drew a sample workflow of what to do as well. All in all, I feel very comfortable with the new generator and very glad I hired the right team to pick it out and install it, since I had no idea how to do that. Now I know we will be protected from power outages in future, which are relatively common where we live. Thank you to New England Electric for the many years of outstanding service, and especially this visit. I will have them back again in the Spring to make sure there are no electrical safety issues in our 1850s house and to install a light for our sign. I trust them because they really seem to know what they are doing and are great to work with.

New England electric is absolutely fantastic. The most professional, punctual and skilled electricians I’ve ever worked with. We’ve done everything from huge projects in my office, to small jobs at the house and Johnathan’s guys are always great! Reminders of our appointment times, follow up about the job. You would be lucky to work with NEE, after dealing with huge problems and poor customer service with other electricians I feel lucky to have such a dependable and competent company to work with!

My hard wired smoke detectors had been going off for more than a week. I had changed the batteries multiple times and bought new detectors, nothing worked. They were still beeping. I was going crazy and called New England Electric as soon as they opened. They were extremely friendly, patient, and helpful to diagnose what was happening over the phone. I called to get an estimate on job and how long before it could be done. They asked me some question about what needed to be done and gave me an estimate over the phone. The told it would probably be several weeks before they would be able to get to the job site. I told them to schedule me and to my surprise the job was completed within the week. The workers did exactly what was asked to be completed and actually did a great job cleaning up my house when it was done. Amazing team and highly recommend them to anyone looking for some electrical work to be completed. Very reasonably priced and work took less time then quoted. 5 out of 5 Stars for Quality, Price and Professionalism!
