There is plenty of seating, employees are fast/efficient, and the number system works well. I went in without an appointment at 10am Monday, and the wait time was over two hours. Plan accordingly. They got through about 10 people every 30 minutes. I would recommend not going over lunch hour as it definitely slowed down during that time as employees took lunch breaks. There are public restrooms, but no vending machines for food/water and no wifi. There is a gas station within walking distance though if you get desperate.

We didn’t have an appointment so we got there at 6:30 am and were out the door by 7:40 am. They had plenty of staff and the process went very smoothly. My husband and I both had to get our SD domicile and licenses. Just make sure you have all of your necessary paperwork together BEFORE you get there and all will be good. 👍 …

Checked in at 3:30. Got called to window at 4:30. If you can, get a reservation and you get priority. I wasn't sure when or if I could go today. Very quick processing once I got to the window.

Service was good. If you have your paperwork in order there should be no problems. I would recommend getting an appointment or arriving early to avoid lines.

Was in today and two weeks ago. First time worked with Stacy, this time with Jasmine. Walk in both times. Both were excellent to work with. Knowledgeable and friendly. Lines both times but each time the lines were very well managed by the entire team.
