My son loved taking classes with Mrs Jones! She is very friendly and personable face to face. He has now requested to take his drivers test with her as she makes him feel very comfortable and confident behind the wheel. She was very professional to deal with and flexible with our schedules. I would highly recommend her services!

My overall experience with Mrs. Jones was very friendly and gave a hospitable experience. I came in to take the written and drive test which I was able to schedule and be seen within the same day. During my written test it was pleasant to not feel rushed and take the time I needed. While driving Mrs. Jones didn’t make me feel nervous and although I didn’t pass my first time, I was able to take my second test about 2 hours later. I would recommend taking your test if your needing same day or within 24 hours. She’s flexible, reasonably priced and very professional. Great business.

We used Gear U Up Driving school for my 15 year old son who was getting his drivers permit and prepare for his license and also my daughter in-law (22) who wanted to get more comfortable behind the wheel and prepare for her test. Pietra made them both feel very comfortable and she provided thorough instruction and covered the curriculum in a professional manner. They both felt much more confident and prepared after her course. I would recommend Gear U Up Driving School to anyone looking for a good school.

I went to this Driving school to take the written/knowledge as well as driving/skills tests in order to get my first driver's license. First impressions are great customer service, very friendly, and although small, cozy and not intimidating! The entire process from testing to driving assessment was relatively quick and easy, and I am glad I decided to test here! (No scary DOL people.) Mrs. Jones is very personable, friendly and helpful! She maintained a professional, yet almost mother-like attitude throughout all the paperwork and assessments (which helped calm my nerves a lot!) I had to take the driver's test again (failed the first time due to some things that added up, i.e. going 5 below the speed limit, a slightly too wide turn, yielding when not necessary, backing around the corner too wide), but she was encouraging and provided feedback on my mistakes before I tested (and passed!) the second time. The experience may have been a tad expensive in my personal opinion (~$150 for the written + 2 skills tests), but the service was highly honest and friendly, so I believe it was worth it! A small price to pay for keeping this lovely little business open and running! I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are for, but I think the testing was fair with no surprises! No regrets, and thank you very much ^^! Additional notes for potential customers: - The written test is taken on-paper (no computer testing) - There is a $50 fee for renting the school's car for skills assessment - Come prepared, but relax!

I cannot thank Pietra enough for helping my 15 year old learn, earn, and pass their driving exam. She taught in a clear, concise, and easy to understand fashion. It took a lot off my plate as a busy parent. Thank you guys! I’d definitely recommend them.
