Felix and his staff were great. This is by far the best traffic survival school to go to.. They were super helpful with all our questions. You can tell their just like us, giving great advice on avoiding the same mistakes made. Things that other schools would never help you with.. I actually had fun, and that's rare for a traffic survival school... You got to go here!!! Stop looking around, this is the place!

I wouldn't recommend another place. A couple months after I took the class after paying off other fees I had the DMV showed that I never took it and the instructor Felix that I had went damn well out of his way to do all he can to make sure they didn't screw me over. I will without a doubt recommend anyone I know who needs to a take traffic survival class here. Also there's a bomb smoothie place around the corner and that's always a plus

This is a great school! They helped me resolve a misreported issues with MVD that didn’t require me to take my class a second time! I had already taken my class but it was reporting and they helped me fix it for free! Best school ever and Felix is a stand up dude, I highly recommend them!

Good experience for what I was required to do. Even though I had the address, some clearer signage off main road would have helped, as well as on the front door. I arrived as instructed, 1/2 hr. before class was to start, and only two of us for the class were there. Told by instructor that class would not start until 8:30, had almost an hour wait. Finally the rest of the class arrived. Instructor was very patient and informative, and she did a very good job guiding us through the booklet and adding her own commentary. I don't think I will ever try and beat a red light by driving through a yellow, ever again. Do not want to ever have to repeat all of the paperwork, fines, and class time required.

No one wants to go to Traffic School, but if you have to go, this is the place. This was without question a 5 star experience, and honestly probably the best customer service experience I've had in years from any business. Felix is wonderful. He walked me through the process of getting a waiver to complete the class virtually. I had an issue with ADOT that messed up my registration the day before class was supposed to start and it caused a lot of stress. While the issue had nothing to do with Felix or Rules of the Road, I got a tremendous amount of help navigating this and would not have been able to get this done on time had I not had Felix's help. The team is very responsive by phone and text and is VERY friendly and compassionate, something that matters a lot when you're under a lot of stress. Fatima, the TSS instructor, was awesome too. She is friendly & professional, provided good information, and definitely did what she could to make the class feel a little more fun. I hope I never find myself in this position again, but if I do, going to Rules of the Road is a no brainer.

Oh my goodness RulesoftheRoadz (and especially Felix!) was an absolute godsend during a really difficult time in my life. I am also living out of state so the complications are exponential. It was a very informative class, refreshing content, and a great way to contribute to Global Road Safety today in honor of the UN initiative. The instructor was super chill, which made the course less nerve wrecking coming out of the pandemic. I am truly thankful for the experience and the fact that the company partners with AZ Interlocks is another bonus for: preventative offensive driving solutions. I hope insurance companies can see a way to: forward thinking solutions, in the same fashion. This company also doesn't give you the run around, they are straightforward in fixing a simple traffic violation on camera, even for an expert professional driver with a great driving record, like myself. I do not see why this is not implemented in every state particularly upon relocation as different states have different traffic laws. In addition, this class also reconfirmed my respect for law enforcement and court systems, even if the process is not clear to begin with. Furthermore, the instructor drew out a visual that was more comprehensible, than what the Department of Motor Vehicles had sent in a letter. His creation of awareness in questions and concerns were A+ satisfactory.

I learned so much from taking the TSS class on Saturday 4/30/2022. My instructor Fatima was very patient, knowledgeable, pleasant, and kind. She allowed the class to ask questions and educated the class of ALL the driving rules. Fatima made us feel very comfortable and didn't judge anyone for the reason we were there to take her class. What she provided us was the correct information and how to better navigate driving defensively and safely so that we lesson are chances to get pulled over in the future. They made what could have been a very painful class actually a pleasant experience. Vanessa was awesome. Was able to get the point across while being genuinely friendly and non-judgemental. The company seems very customer oriented. I was expecting something horrendously bureaucratic. If you, like me, did not know there were red light cameras in AZ and that the penalties are steep and have to take this course, you should do it here! I was at the Redfield location just east of Scottsdale Rd.

Shout out to Angel S! Honestly I was shocked to see so many 5-stars for something no one wants to attend; I was dreading it. My group was very small, just 7 of us total. Angel was very down to earth and I appreciate the fact that while he's with a group of folks who would rather spend their day doing anything, he was straight forward. While he was doing his job, he wasn't completely phoning it in; he was relaxed, quick and to the point. While I can't say the class was anything new, (state mandated) there were a few things I actually wasn't aware of! Anyway for anyone reading this: instructors are cool, let you text, relaxed, give generous lunch and fair breaks-- it's a good experience! Nothing to dread at all!

I’ve unfortunately had to do TSS 3 times, Felix is by far the best instructor. He is very responsive with answering the phone when signing up for the class, and he ensures you know where you’re going by sending a picture of the facility. No one wants to spend their Saturday at traffic school for 8 hours, but Felix made the time fly by with his knowledge and positive attitude. If you have to do TSS I highly recommend rules of the road.

Rules Of The Road is a very honest company. My father is in process of reinstating his drivers license and had already taken road safety classes a few years back. Unfortunately he had no paper trail to back this up. Felix who is one of the instructors at Rules of The Road was very kind and customer friendly. From the first phone call I had with him, he provided the best service I have ever gotten when calling to inquire about information. He is a very pleasant gentleman. He went above and beyond with researching information that proved that my father had already taken these safety courses. I feel that any other company would not have gone through the trouble of looking this up and just would have charged the customer to retake the course. He even took an extra step and offered to assist my father in case he was given any additional trouble when he takes his proof to the MVD. Again I can not express how amazing this process with Felix and his awesome help was. Thank you!!!

Felix has been so helpful, he knows everything there is to know about how to get a license back after a dui, requirements ect. He’s very friendly and Super easy to get ahold of. Whatever the issues with dmv are, he can find out and fix it or tell you what needs to be done. I took his TSS class but he’s been extremely helpful way beyond that! 100% recommend to anyone needing help with getting driving rights back.
