I passed my road test, thank you to Mike. He was being very detailed about things. He didn't want me to make any mistake when I was doing my classes. Mike was also very stern for the teaching. So I would definitely recommend Mike for whoever start late like me ( I'm 45), for getting a driver license and for those who wants to be a good driver. Thank you again Mike and Go and Drive Driving School.

I had a great experience. My driver made me feel comfortable.She taught me what to do in a nice way I never felt scared to do turns or park. She was a great conversationalist and very nice.I meet a great person and built a bond in my short time driving. She made me a more confident driver now I feel like I can take on anything on the road ahead. I love her she’s my favorite don’t take my word for it you should find out yourself. When you start you classes ask for Leah.

I didn’t crash lol so that’s great. Alex and Brad were iconic and so were the teachers in training, I did not feel like crying at any point. Very nice and cool, and I got to take pictures of the car wheels so I can brag to my friends how cool and rich I am for driving a porch and a mustache that I definitely own and is not the school’s 🫡😎. 10/10 would purposely crash, get my license taken away, and learn again with go and drive, they are that good and deserve 10 gold stars on their faces ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Don is an exceptional instructor! He’s very patient and intuitive with teen students, especially ones having learning differences. I am so glad I chose Go & Drive Driving School for both of my daughters! No doubt in my mind, they have been thoroughly prepared for defensive driving.

I highly recommend Go & Drive Driving School. My daughter absolutely loved it and she's a typical teenager who I thought wouldn't want to take a course. However, it was the best thing for everyone! Amber taught her things I, myself, have forgotten over the years and even had her experience the freeway a few times which is more than I ever had when I was taught to drive! My daughter loved being with Amber and learned so much from her. I will definitely being doing this again for my 13 year old when the time comes! Highly recommend! Well worth the money.

My experience with Go and Drive was amazing, all thanks to Zeph my instructor. When I first started driving I would always get anxiety and now I feel confident on the road. Zeph was very patient with me , always kept calm, and always believed in me since the first day. He taught me how to park properly, how to make sure no one is in my blind spot, answered all the questions I had and so much more. It was always smiles and laughs in the car, Thank you Zeph.

This is the best driving school it maybe a little pricey but it is totally worth it Doug and Brad is the best driving instructors I’ve ever had thank you guys so much!! Don was my favorite instructor as he was very clear about even the most technical things, and encouraged me to sign up for Manual lessons. 5 stars! Best decision! Long review worth reading. I was on the fence if driving school was necessary for my son, and I could not be happier with the results. Mike was his instructor and was incredible. He was patient, calm, and very knowledgeable. Mike not only taught my son the laws and rules of the road, he instilled valuable lessons and skills. Mike gave my son confidence and defensive driving skills that will stay with him. Either parents, or family teaching him would not have provided the amount of benefits he received. This was beyond worth it. I would tell everyone to do this for their teen or themselves.

Amazing experience at Go & Drive School. I had a lot of worry and a lot of nerves coming into driving, but my instructor, Leah, made me very comfortable and taught me how to be a great driver. I passed my permit test with a 100% and my driver's test with 98%! I'm now not nervous at all to drive because I learned almost everything I could through Leah's lessons. We went to the airport, downtown, in neighborhoods, etc. I'm super comfortable now to drive and be able to go places that I would be too nervous to go to before! She was a great instructor and this was a great school to learn from.

I have been terrified of learning to drive for so long and finally decided to take this class, and let me tell you it did not disappoint! LEAH was absolutely outstanding with her teaching, her patience and her ability to react quick if I needed a little more help. She was polite, upbeat and you can tell she is really great at her job after just one session! If I ever need driving lessons for someone I'm asking for Leah! I have also been training with ALBA as well, she is very nice and super patient and very knowledgeable! Her patience and kindness meant the world to me (: She is a great instructor and I would recommend her as well!

For over a year I have been trying to find a driving school that not only would be very beneficial for me but would also have a great positive effect in my life. Go and Drive is definitely the best way to go if you're looking for something affordable! The company alone is truly amazing and everyone is so incredibly nice and respectful! They listen to your needs and help you find the best package that best fits you! My instructor Cesar is honestly the best teacher I can ever ask for!! I suffer from severe anxiety so everytime I sat behind the wheel I'd start having a panic attack, but Cesar has helped me so much that I can gladly and proudly say I no longer have that issue! I absolutely love to drive and have no problems nor fears with it just because of his amazing teaching abilities and kindness! If you ever decide to come here I'd most definitely recommend Cesar as your instructor!!

Shout out to my driving instructor Cesar and Alba! Had my first session with Alba and she was great. The remaining three was with Cesar and it was a superb experience with him. He was very professional and calm. It was like talking with a friend while driving and definitely decreased my anxiety. He gave me all sorts of driving techniques and how to be safe on the road. After I passed my road test and applying for the license he went above and beyond by teaching me how to pump a gas and even gave me a few more practice rounds on the free way coz for sure that was my weak spot. I highly recommend to look for Cesar when enrolling with Go & Drive Driving School!

Our experience with Go and Drive was outstanding. I highly recommend them. They made the whole process of getting permits and licenses seamless and stress free. This course was a great experience for me. My instructor Katie Sulista was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and taught me so much. I felt comfortable asking questions. Go and drive has amazing instructors working for them! I did not have much road experience before taking the classes, so my two instructors Amber and Manuel were so great to work with. The best part about driving with them is they are very personable, relatable, and easy to talk to. These help with the nerves which is something that I definitely had. They also have great road-confidence building techniques that worked on me without me even knowing! The cars themselves also drive smoothly and are very comfortable. Nothing but great things to say about my instructors!

Had a wonderful 10 hours of instructions from Matt, Manuel and Braden. All three instructors were brilliant and provided me with tips and advice that was needed for a driver in Arizona. My daughter had a great driving and learning experience with Jacqueline. She said that her 3 2.5-hr lessons with her were fun and made her feel comfortable behind the wheel. Jacqueline was eager to teach, friendly and gave good feedback on what my daughter was doing well and what she needed to work on her own. I highly recommend Go & Drive Driving School to anyone looking to learn how to drive. The instructors are incredibly patient and knowledgeable and care about helping their students succeed. The training they provide is comprehensive and covers everything from the basics of driving to more advanced maneuvers like perpendicular parking, U-turns and pulling over to the curb. The road test was straightforward, and the instructors were great at explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. My favorite instructor was Scott, who was passionate about teaching and wanted nothing more than to see me improve and feel safe while driving. Even after receiving my driver's license, I still had some lingering concerns about my driving skills. However, Go & Drive Driving School went above and beyond by offering a free additional lesson to help me build my confidence on the road.

Let me just say that this was an amazing company to work with. I experienced amazing customer service from the very first phone call I made to get information. They were so patient with me and answered every single question, and I had a lot of them, that I asked. My son had Doug as an instructor and he was amazing. He was patient and helped my son become a little more comfortable behind the wheel. He picked him up from our house and he was always punctual. My son, who is an introvert, really connected with him. I paid for the 10 hours of lessons because I had already been working with my son on the basics. I was prepared to pay for more if necessary, but Doug told me after his first lesson that he was confident he would be ready at the end of his session. They have a nice fleet of cars. He was excited to be the first one to test in Doug's Porsche.

Took 3 classes with Don Long(HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him) that allowed me to get a driver license. 10/10 in teaching. No stress while driving with clear communication and he will teach you more advanced knowledge as you get better. If you make a mistake, he will correct you in a way that doesn't stress you out at all, calm all the way down to the last class.

I had 2 instructors. My first instructor was Paul. He helped with everything at the beginning and made me more comfortable behind the wheel. He also taught me some valuable tips and tricks I would need on the road. Shawndee was my second instructor. She made sure to go over everything I was nervous about and was a great help! Both my instructors were 5 stars and I would 100% recommend this school for anyone wanting to learn how to drive.

When I was teaching him to drive he would often have fluctuating waves of nervous anxiety and overconfident energy, so I wanted to make sure he overcomes this for his own safety and also develop solid skills in general. I love that they have various vehicles in their fleet to offer custom experiences when applicable, and also allow a parent to sit in the back and observe. Thanks to more than satisfactory direction from all three instructors over four 2.5 hour drives, I now have a driver license! Anxiety made driving practice a hurdle and a half, but having a professional in the seat next to you makes it ten times easier. Mr. Mike was amazing. I really learned a lot about techniques to use when turning, which made the concepts far easier to process. I greatly recommend this driving school if you've never driven before in your life! It greatly eased my fears about being out on the road and helped me to gain much confidence on the road. My three instructors were Eric, Katie, and Caesar. Eric mostly helped me with getting comfortable and learning how to stop efficiently, Katie helped my speed control and reinforced getting my turns under control, and Caesar really hammered in the 3-point turning and parking. All in all, it was an excellent experience, and I am always eager to navigate around the streets of Arizona and familiarize myself with the town more thanks to the coaching of these three! A friend of mine whose son had lessons from Go and drive driving school encouraged me to overcome this handicap and take lessons from this school. I took 10-hour classes with Go and drive driving school instructors ( Katie Sulista and Matt). I have no words to thank them for helping me surmounting my fears and learn driving with the safest and simplest techniques. Today I passed my road test, I absolutely recommend this school and I am very greateful to the instructor Jorge! He is a good professional instructor, polite, very well organised routs that we drove, gave me useful tips and advises and I drove 1.5 hours on a highways in a rush hour for the first time. Great school, they listen to your needs. Also program manager Hailey was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Zeph was an amazing detailed instructor. There wasn’t any confusion, I felt comfortable the entire lesson. Jaqueline was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding with my anxiety when it came to driving! My daughter just finished her 4th and final lesson, and it was worth every penny! I 100% recommend go and drive for teen drivers to help improve not only driving experience but driving confidence. My daughter had Zeph for 3/4 classes, he was patient, understanding, helpful, caring, and nice! After every class he walked her to the door and talked to me about how she did and where she needed improvement for next session or no improvement needed. My son went through the license certificate program and it was amazing! His teacher, Mike, picked him up from our house and took him out driving for 2.5 hours (4 seesions). He was extremely patient with my son and made sure he knew everything he needed to be ready for the test and to be a safe driver. My parents didn't have a lot of free time and were stressed any time they took me out driving, so I decided to just pay for a driving package. My instructor was Kristina and she was amazing. She let me go at my own pace and we took things step by step. She also made me feel very comfortable and confident that driving was something I could do without worry. She would communicate with you the whole way too and made it fun. I highly recommend that if you do this driving package, ask for Kristina! You also get to choose your own appointments and everyone there is very understanding if something gets in the way. Overall, I feel they helped me become a more confident driver.

I just finished my driving test today with my instructor Matthew and passed! I am ecstatic about finally being a licensed driver soon. Not once during this whole process have I felt judged or unsupported by the staff here at Go and Drive. I signed up for the Ultimate class which includes the permit class and 4 lessons. And from day one I felt encouraged and accepted. A big part of why I held back on driving school was that I was embarrassed about being 25 and unlicensed. So if you are in the same boat as me, please don’t be concerned. They are very understanding and non judgmental people here. I am so glad I took these lessons and honestly I think I got paired with their best instructor. He was thorough and made sure we explored all the different areas of AZ such as the reservations and Mill Ave. He made sure I was comfortable and kept me laughing the whole time while also imparting some great wisdom. I had 2 amazing instructors during my time with "GO & DRIVE", Celina and Kristina. Both were incredible instructors who made me feel extremely comfortable as a student and a driver. They made this experience feel extremely natural and after every appointment I had felt like I had known them for years and learned so much about driving. Most importantly my driving improved immensely during my sessions with them. I was less anxious, more clean with my turns and lane changes, and paid better attention to the road. Alba is an amazing driving instructor. I got my license my junior year of highschool, and my parents decided to send me back to driving school for the summer, for extra practice in anticipation for my first car. I had gotten my license with another driving school, retired cops who never wished to engage in a conversation with me in the car, and would say things that would make me fear certain aspects of driving. My last driving school never truly helped me become comfortable with freeways, only afraid of crashes accompanied with hours of uncomfortable silence. However, Alba truly changed that for me. Being an amazing conversationalist, and a genuine person, my driving classes were always filled with practicing skills that I lacked (freeways and left turns) and conversations that I truly enjoyed. She never was rude to me, even when I made mistakes she would still be understanding while giving me constructive criticism to become a better driver. She truly cared about the things I said, and made me feel understood in my fears of driving and through our conversations. I now feel way more comfortable taking freeways, and am no longer afraid when taking a left turn. I am now more comfortable driving in the rain, and changing lanes while on the freeway We drove to the DMV to get my traveling license (my last driving school only gave us a waiver instead), and I truly enjoyed my time in class. My parents purchased 5 2-hour classes, which was way more doable compared to my other driving school, 4 4-hour classes, which easily burned me out and made me hate sitting in the car. I enjoyed my time here, and believe I have became a better driver ever since. Best driving school ever and even better driving instructor!

***READ THIS IF YOU ARE IN DOUBT WHETHER TO LEARN WITH GO AND DRIVE OR GO ELSEWHERE*** My co-worker suggested this school to me as I had relocated from abroad and needed to learn how to drive ASAP. The overall end to end experience with Go & Drive was absolutely amazing. From making a booking to passing the final road test I couldn't have asked for a better service. I also had a pleasure to briefly meeting the owner of the school - Mike. An amazing person and a leader. No wonder why this school is so well run and both - employees and the customers are well taken care of. 1. Booking. The website was super easy to use. After making the booking I received a phone call from Anthony, who confirmed everything looked good and PROACTIVELY suggested to move my lessons around to ensure I am getting the best time that works for me. 2. Lessons. I had lessons with with 3 instructors - Alec, Eric and Leah. Each of them contacted me a day ahead to ensure I was good to attend the lessons and reconfirmed the start time. All of them were very knowledgeable, super confident, extremely easy to learn with and just nice people. They allowed to make my own decisions on the road and assisted were it was required, they would suggest a better approach for many situations we came across on the busy streets of Phoenix metro, provided with lots of handy tips on how to drive safely and most importantly - were absolute FUN to ride with! 3. Road exam. It was the least stressful exam I've ever had for sure thanks to both high class preparation I had with the instructors as well as a great setup on the test day. Leah was outstanding in explaining the testing process and answered all the questions I had before the exam began. During the exam Leah would announce the directions timely and clearly and answer any direction related questions I had. After the exam Leah provided my score (which was a PASS) and gave a detailed explanation of what went really well and what was an opportunity to improve going forward. Leah then took me to DMV office to get my license issued. MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS 10 STARS. Had to give 5 as this is the maximum allowed :) I'll definitely recommend this school to anyone.

Celina and Doug were both my instructors and they both did an amazing job teaching me how to drive. Thanks to them, I was able to learn how to drive within a week! Doug really helped me become comfortable behind the wheel and taught me the basics and tricks to staying within the lane as well as how to best check my blind spot to safely switch lanes. Celina helped me learn how to have confidence in my ability to drive and did her best to give me as much experience in as many different driving scenarios as possible. We went through a drive through to get coffee in order to understand how narrow most drive ins are, so I wouldn't be afraid to go through more narrow areas... and I mean what's a better reward for going through that than coffee?! :D She also taught me some tricks to successfully do 3 point turns and parallel parking and she made both feel easy to do. I mean if an instructor is able to make some of the most "difficult" driving skills seem easy, then you know you have an amazing instructor. I would 10/10 definitely recommend going here and driving with either instructor if you don't have that confidence behind the wheel, because they will both get you to that level where you do. And if either of them ever read this, thank you so much for helping me out and I appreciate as well as love those tricks and tips you gave me! Thank you so much! :)

Brad from Go & Drive was an incredible instructor. He took time to talk with us about the driving our son had on his learners permit and where we saw some challenges. At the end of each session he walked us through areas that improved or areas we need to keep working on. Brad was professional, knowledgable and as any parent who has a kid in drivers education, he was a saint because it is ultra stressful. At the end of his final lesson, Brad provided the drivers examination and took our son to one of the 3rd party license facilities so he could get his license as it was a Sunday. Our youngest is going to be starting his drivers instruction in a couple of months and we'll be back using Brad once again. Our son thought it was awesome that he learned how to drive with a Mustang too.

A very helpful course if you're just getting started and have little to no experience driving. Go & Drive was by far the best driving school after trying two others that did not work. Doug, my son's instructor, was amazing. He was always punctual, friendly, kind, and encouraging. He was understanding of my son's specific needs but still able to push him to be successful behind the wheel. I am forever grateful for those who see potential in others rather than focusing on their challenges. Doug was excellent! Along with an amazing instructor, the office staff was professional and responsive. They understood our unique situation and worked with us to make sure my son got the experience and skills needed to be a safe driver. He helped me get over my driving anxiety by providing me well thought out driving experiences that are useful on the road. He even teaches the permit and defensive driving class by keeping the class attentive, successful, and having a good time. Go & drive was the school that my older brother earned his license from a couple years ago so it was of course the only option for me. I signed up to take the permit class with Mr.Don Allen and by the end of the day I had my permit in hand and I’m very thankful for his amazing teaching skills. I also signed up for driving lessons and was terrified of driving until I was behind the wheel with the best driving instructor Mr.Angel. Mr.Angel is patient and very diligent and all around an amazing teacher. I’d only ever been behind the wheel twice before taking a lesson with Mr.Angel and with the confidence he gave me I was driving with the “big boys” within 30 minutes. Mr. Angel gave me the encouragement I needed and it makes me feel good knowing that I will be driving safe and that Mr.Angel can sleep at night knowing that he taught me well. Im very thankful for my experience with Go & Drive driving school and I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of going to a driving school.

My driving instructor was Don. My sister and I both took 4 lessons with him and passed our drivers license test. Don is a really great teacher and is very knowledgeable about the rules of the road. When I made a mistake he explained with diagrams on an iPad what I did and what I should have done so that next time I won't make the same mistake. I felt very comfortable and relaxed with Don as my driving instructor and encourage anyone looking for a driving instructor to ask for Don. Best instructor I could have asked for.

Our student driver was already anxious about driving and I felt like I wasn't doing them any favors with our parking lot lessons. In their first lesson with Scott, they were driving on the freeway! My own anxieties in teaching my child how to drive were both making them more anxious and holding them back. They were given mnemonics for lane changes, yellow light anticipation, etc that were simple and effective whereas my instructions were clumsy. The best money we've ever spent. I do not know what else to say that has already been said about this school. This driving school deserves all the heap of praises it gets. So, I'll just share my experience among thousands of reviews. I'll just be brutally honest here; I believe you do not need to attend the six-hour permit class from this school, you can just go to the official Arizona MVD website, look for a permit test section and they provide samples of test papers, 90% of these questions will be in the exam, just different order, and that 90% is already enough because you only need 80% to pass. The permit class cost a hundred dollars, but if you do decide to spend it anyway, then rest assured you'll definitely pass the written test to get the permit on the same day. I believe I was assigned with the perfect instructor for me, Mr. Doug Povinelli. After my first lesson with him, I was always excited for my subsequent driving lessons. Every hour felt like a minute, talking to him and getting instructed by him. I already formed some in-joke with Mr. Doug. Definitely an awe-inspiring instructor and I will never forget every single word that he says. I would not say no to an opportunity to drive with him again even if I already have a driving license. I cannot speak for every instructor or their quality control with their service, but I definitely recommend any potential drivers to attend this school. It is an unforgettable experience that I will remember for the rest of my life.

A friend referred me to Go & Drive after she researched driving schools for her teenage daughter. We looked into it and decided to give it a go. My daughter had driving experience but we wanted her to drive with someone who she didn’t know and get an experts opinion before she got her license. We signed her up for the Ultimate Plus package. She was not thrilled with the idea but it was the best thing we’ve ever done. Her instructor, Katie Sulista, contacted us the day before to confirm and picked her up on time and walked me through the next 4 days of her instruction. After the first lesson, my daughter loved it and she really liked Katie. Every day, we could see our daughter being more confident behind the wheel and even telling us the little tricks and lessons she was learning from Katie. And on the last day, Katie gave her the MVD driving lesson, she passed, and then she took her to get her license when she passed. Boom…done!!! I would 100% recommend Go & Drive to anyone with a teenager getting their license. As adults, we just drive and forget their are guidelines to driving, parking, etc. and are not always fully equipped to teach our kids how to drive. She learned things that I know will make her a better driver now and down the road. Katie - thank you so much for making her feel comfortable and helping her become a better driver. just got my license today!!! i had three instructors (kristina, anna, and shawndee) and they were all so so wonderful, constantly giving me helpful tips and gentle corrections, and they immediately eliminated all of the fears i had about driving before coming to the school. we made excellent conversation and they all made certain to teach me everything the correct way first, before mistakes could become habit, and they were all very good at keeping calm control in all situations. i cannot recommend this driving school enough for anyone who's thinking about learning to drive, or anyone who's a bit nervous, because they're super fun and extremely knowledgable!!! :) thanks again everyone ! <3

This class was good but expensive, Don our class instructor was very good. But the best instructor is Kristina she helped me get my license quick and easy. She was really cool and helped me feel at ease behind the wheel. If it wasn't for her I'd probably just walk the rest of my life. I had a great experience with Go and Drive. They worked out with my schedule, and were willing to move a few things around since I don’t live in the Phoenix area. One of my instructions was Lucretia, she was very friendly and patient, and helped me out to gain that confidence that I didn’t have while driving. After 4 behind the wheel driving sessions I was able to get my license that I’ve been waiting for for years. Kristina was BEYOND great as a driving instructor, and that’s to say the bare minimum! The impact my instructor had on me really made a mark from the first drive to the last Kristina taught me how to drive correctly and pin pointed the things I needed to do to improve. She was very kind and I grew a great relationship with her, she was very friendly and would encourage me when I wanted to give up or thought I couldn’t do something. Patience is key and Kristina has a lot of it no matter how many times we had to practice or go over things she never got frustrated with me and that helped so much. Now I am a licensed driver out on the streets! I will never be able to thank her enough for the way she changed my life I am so grateful for this experience and would recommend to any and EVERYONE FOR SURE!

It’s been some months since I completed my classes and driving courses. But I finally am writing my review. Don Long was my instructor and he was perfect! I’m in my 30’s but never was able to get my license because of debilitating panic disorder. Even thinking about driving sent me to the floor. Don was confident, understanding and gentle. He constantly reassured me, eased me into driving situations that I was terrified at and made sure I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I can honestly say that I told him that I would only drive in emergency situations but I’m driving daily!!!!! Not far, but taking my child to school and not making him ride the bus ( he has special needs and gets picked on) is an amazing feeling. I truly hope this school recognizes the Diamond that Mr. Long is and a true asset. I’m sure all the instructors are. But he is the reason I kept going with overcoming my intense fear. I highly recommend him and this school. I know you read reviews, Mr. Long. Thank you for EVERYTHING. I hope everything is going well with you! When my teen is at a driving age, I’m definitely doing this and asking for you!

I am in my late 20s and, until working with Angel at Go & Drive this winter, still hadn't learned how to drive. I've always felt very afraid to drive and, after leaving home for college, never really had many opportunities to learn. I figured that it was time and reached out to Go & Drive. My first instructor and I weren't a great match, but Go & Drive understood my concerns and paired me with another instructor that I really enjoyed working with. That instructor, Angel Castro, was patient and kind, but also not afraid to challenge me. Within the first hour of our first lesson, I was practicing changing lanes on the freeway! Angel's belief in my abilities, clear and calm instructions, and helpful insights into defensive driving helped me in just a few weeks really to trust myself on the road. I have a lifetime of learning to be a better driver ahead of me, but I am so thankful to Angel and Go & Drive for really giving me a great foundation and helping me finally to get my license!

If you have no driving experience, anxiety about driving, or you are just someone looking to become a better equipped driver then I would highly recommend this service to you. I went into this program extremely nervous about getting out on the road and after my last session I left with not only my driver's license but a newfound confidence in my driving abilities. For the first three lessons my instructor, Dominic, taught me all the basics. Although the other potential dangers of the streets and my own insecurity in my driving capabilities resulted in making me apprehensive to get behind the wheel, Dominic assured that I was comfortable and gradually built up my confidence with repetition. He helped identify my shortcomings and we would get plenty of practice on these problem areas during each session. Due to the timing of our conflicting schedules for my last lesson I was assigned to a different instructor, Kristina, who guided me on my driving test and also sent me off with a new set of driving skills. Thanks to their wisdom, teachings, and patience I am now prepared to face any challenges that I may encounter on the road and travel independently to and from destinations of my choice. Such a service falls nothing short of a five star rating as it makes the streets safer by providing the world with better educated drivers. :)

For someone who has severe situational anxiety and who was already apprehensive to even start driving at the age of 25 because of a life changing accident that happened to my dad when I was 2, she made me feel completely at ease while also being the most patient human being I have ever met and without her support I wouldn’t have passed and got my driver’s license today. We are very impressed with Go & Drive and appreciate the high quality instruction. Don Allen was my son's instructor and he was great! Excellent communication and we always knew what to expect. We live in the city of Maricopa and it was so convenient to have them come to us. My son wasn't ready to get his driver's license when he turned 16 so he waited. As an adult learner he was a bit nervous but Don handled everything and got him through the anxiety and fear. We chose the Premium package which included the road test with Don and they went to the MVD together on the last day of instruction and my son came home with his licence in hand! I felt more confident and comfortable behind the wheel following each session and I ended up with my license at the end of the Premium Package. Don’t give up on learning to drive even if your an adult. I’ve had the biggest fear to get on the street, but my instructor Paul made feel comfortable and sure of myself when driving. Go & Drive Driving School was amazing for me! It provided me with the ability called driving that I majorly needed in order to really start my adult life. Though I bumped into someone once after I got my license (because I didn’t break early or hard enough, which was something my instructor told me to do), I’m now able to drive myself everywhere that I need and want to go and I do my best to remember my driving instructor’s words so I can protect others and myself on the road. It was money and time well spent. I was someone who was always nervous to drive, thinking about all of the risks involved and the possibility that I might be a danger to others. My driving instructor, Mariah, was an amazing person to take those risks in the safest possible way with. She was very good at being calm and had a lot of faith in me and went with it every time I wanted to try something new in driving. Her calmness, know-how, and belief in me and my ability to learn and grow hands-on greatly improved my driving. She also stuck with me all the way through getting my license, though some complications arose on the day of. If you’re someone with lots of anxiety going into this, I highly recommend her.

This school is the best in Arizona! And I'm thinking it is the best in the U.S.A. also. I am #6 of friends and family (6 of us in total so far) that was referred and went to this school in last few months. We all took our permit class there and all passed!!! I felt tense and was a bit uneasy on the first day of my driving lessons, but it gradually faded as I attended and practiced during each instruction, with the best teacher Alex! Before, I would have never considered going on the freeway or driven large distances. However, right after I finished my last lesson and got my driver's license, I went to Tucson as a treat. I looked forward to each instruction because Alex made it enjoyable with some great tunes, and each car I drove was comfortable and safe. During those lessons, I developed good driving habits, learned how to do a three point turn, and fortunately haven't spilled his coffee. I just took my driver's test yesterday with my instructor Kristina and passed!! I did about 15 hours of driving and I enjoyed every second of my lessons. It was such a fun and safe learning environment! I loved it so much and now my mother is looking to enroll my brother next month for his driving lessons!! I am a single mother with a teenage daughter who HAD a fear of driving . I tried to teach her to drive but SHE knows everything and did not want to listen to anything I said when it came to driving. In order to save my sanity and help her get over her fears, I hired Go & Drive Driving School to take over. Don Long was her instructor and she wanted me to go on the first lesson. All I have to say is that I would have paid $500 for the first lesson alone. He was AMAZING with her! He has patience and understanding of a saint! There were a few times that I wanted to crawl under the seat but he didn`t flinch or make my daughter feel like she was doing anything wrong but in the end explained what she needs to work on and explained in a calm voice what she should have done and how to fix it. I am so impressed with how far she has come in such a short amount of time. The first lesson, she started out driving around 7 mph in our community, after 4 lessons she was driving in downtown Mesa, on the 60 and got a 100% on her driving test!!! She wants to drive everywhere now, in the beginning I had all I could do to get her to drive in the community. If I could give 150 stars, I would!!! Literally the best driving school! My instructor was Don Junior and he seriously taught me so many things that literally helped me pass my test! Then the day of my drivers license test I had a different instructor and that was Courtney! I find Courtney and Don Junior so amazing at their job that it made me more comfortable driving and confident in my driving, too. Go & Drive Driving School is amazing. The school really helped me learn the ways of the roads and teach me key terms to be a great driver. I highly recommend Angel. He was instructor and he helped me build my confidence on driving and everything that I was uneasy about. Don and Scott were AMAZING! Kudos to these incredible instructors. Scott was very patient with me and taught me a lot during my first two driving sessions. Paul with Go and Drive Driving School is AMAZING! I highly recommend both Paul as an instructor and Go and Drive Driving School as a company! I tried teaching my 17 year old son how to drive and quite frankly it was a nightmare! Thus, I decided to find a driving school to help us. I did my research and read all the reviews for several companies; ultimately, I decided, Go and Drive Driving School would be best for us. I wasn't wrong! From the first call I made to schedule and sign my sign up to the text communications (between Paul the instructor) the process was seamless. Anytime I had questions for Paul or requests for things I wanted him to focus on with my son while driving, he was always receptive and easy to communicate with. Honestly, my 17 year old still talks about his driving experiences with Paul as his instructor and how down to earth and easy Paul was to get along with. I had a great experience with Go & Driving School with my knowledgeable, awesome and very patient instructor Angel.I would highly recommend getting into this Driving school because they will help you learn the essentials in Driving and will help you boost your confidence in the road.They are very flexible with your schedule and they really care a lot about their students, they will remind you and call you the day before your next driving lesson. During my first day of driving with Angel I really learned a lot. He taught me the fundamental but those are the things that a driver should always keep in mind. He helped me to get comfortable in changing lanes and especially in driving the freeway which for me I find it difficult because I easily get nervous but Angel is an excellent instructor he really taught me be calm and the techniques in driving confidently and safely .The very short time that I had with my instructor Angel was worth it. I got so much encouragement from the way he teaches. He is the best instructor I ever had and always gonna make sure that you can be able to drive on your own responsibly and safely. I had NEVER driven before and my instructor Angel really helped me overcome my fears and encouraged me to gain confidence within myself to get out and go on the road to drive, within a few hours I was driving rather decently I'd say, thanks to his very useful tips and tricks. He had kept a very calm and professional manner throughout the entirety of the drive, he knew how to handle sketchy situations and kept the environment safe for the both of us. I have been meaning to write this review since September when I pass my road test. Go & Drive School was amazing in assisting me in getting my license. I moved here from NY and I never thought that I would get a driver’s license. I took lessons after lessons in NY but could not seem to get the hang of driving but Shawnee my instructor was so patient and easy to talk to. She put me at ease in the driving seat and was very informative about what to expect on the diving test. My husband is very happy that he no longer have to drive me around. 😄. I recommend her 100! The instructors were amazing! I had no confidence on the road, but after a few lessons, I could find my way around unfamiliar roads with ease. I learned everything I need to know from the school. I also ended up taking the driving test with them, and I felt so comfortable driving around even when every move was scrutinized. My daughter knew the basics, but was very nervous and anxious about driving. We had Brad as her instructor and he did an excellent job. At the end of the 10 hours not only was she a better driver she was also confident and no longer anxious about driving. Brad was friendly and knowledgeable. Our daughter has been driving with her permit in our area for about 4 months, but we wanted a professional to take her out and make sure she was ready for her license. Katie was great! She taught our daughter how to parallel park, got her more comfortable on the freeway, taught her some parking tricks using the side mirrors, took her to the airport and downtown Phoenix (yikes, the construction!), and just gave her an all-around thorough driving experience that we hadn't done up to that point. My twin daughters did the 4-lesson package with Go & Drive between June and September 2020. They both passed their road tests with flying colors the first time. Communication (online chats and phone calls) with the staff regarding questions and scheduling was convenient, promptly answered and courteous. Scott was our instructor and he is the best! His experience, calm demeanor, professionalism, and knowledge of the rules and roads made learning from him much less stressful and more confidence boosting. He took my daughters on the road right away from the first lesson, and they were on the highway the next lesson! He always arrived at our house on time and kept the interior of his car immaculately clean. The small-size SUV the company uses is perfect for practicing and was one of the reasons why we decided to use Go & Drive. We would highly recommend this company in general, and Scott in particular, for first-time driver coaching.

"Go & Drive" deserves 10 stars! I tried teaching my daughter to drive a couple or so weeks ago upon her receiving her permit, but found it was more difficult than I thought. I decided to go with professionals. She had her 1st lesson last week with the instructor "Don Allen" who she said was awesome. So I took her out to see and practice what she had learned from her first lesson to help prepare for her next lesson. I was in total amazement! She was now calm, confident and exhibiting excellent skills and defensive driving measures just after one lesson! She has 3 more lessons before she can get her license. Her instructor Don is incredible! Such a nice guy with an excellent attitude, professional and a sense of humor which puts you at ease from first moment you meet him. You can tell he really cares about creating safe and responsible drivers. I can't wait to see her progress after each lesson. I now know she is in good care and hands with "Go & Drive" and especially with her instructor, Don. If anyone is looking for the best driving school and or instructor, then it is "Go & Drive"

I just want to say that I wish to give this place more stars! I was really nervous the first day because I felt like I didn’t know what I was doing and I was getting into a car with somebody who has more experience. Mabel was extremely helpful and made things extremely easy for me! I would definitely send anybody over to these guys! You literally take your time and they offer if you’re not comfortable yet to drive they will drive you somewhere to practice! Again I love this place and worth my money. I also did pass! ☺️

Instructor Angel is amazing! As a new driver I was nervous and Mr. Angel made me feel confident and he is extremely patient. I was very nervous about driving and the way Mr. Angel teaches made me feel less and less nervous by the second. It literally felt like top of a line teaching. We were so pleased with our experience with Doug and Go&Drive Driving School! We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing driver's education training. Doug was patient, professional, kind and provided great insights and tips for my son, as he prepared for his driver's test. We especially appreciated the convenience that this school provided, in that they came to the house, they communicated and they confirmed each session the day before it happened. Also, we liked that they administered the driving test during my son's last session and then immediately took him to the MVD and walked him through the process of getting his license. Doug was with him every step of the way, which was both convenient and comforting all at the same time.

This was a fantastic place to learn how to drive! It's a very one on one experience. My instructor was Doug Povinelli I highly recommend him to teach you how to drive. He was very patient and really put everything into making sure I understood what I was learning. When it came time to take my road test he didn't tell me when he started to test me. Which is very helpful because you don't have the stress and worry about it. I highly highly recommend this service.

I took the permit class as a refresher because I have had my permit before. Don taught the class and he did a great job, the content of the class is definitely stuck in my memory for good. He was very articulate in his teaching, and when it came to that, he delivered his insight very well and ensured that you became more knowledgeable than how you started out with.
