I am an older woman who knows how to drive, but not in the city.of Philadelphia. Justin was extraordinary in making me feel calm, confident and competent. After a two hour lesson, I learned the fine tips in improving my driving! My driving anxiety decreased all due to Justin’s patience, teaching and kind personality.

Justin. That’s it. Took two lessons with Justin and he got me exactly where I need to be to pass the test on my first trial. Always kept calmly telling me what I’m doing right and what I’m doing wrong so I can fix it right away! On test day two people failed before me and Justin was right there telling me what they did wrong so I don’t fall into the same traps when it’s my turn. Thank you man, I really appreciate the effort!

I had a driving lesson today with the instructor named Ahmad and it was my first time on on the high way and he made me feel secured and all I had to do was follow his directions. I really enjoyed the technique with parallel parking. I feel more ready for my drivers test!

Driving Instructor- Justin I took my drivers test today and passed all thanks to Justin. Justin is patient with you and he teaches you techniques to pass your test the first time. He makes sure you are comfortable and ready. I was a nervous wreck but Justin got me through it & I did my thing! I would definitely recommend Justin. Big Shout Out To You!

The instructors are professional. I had three different instructor - they were all very good at their job. I especially liked Lisa. She is a great instructor. The receptionists are friendly and professional. They called me one day before to confirm the lessons. I was able to get my lessons for a very close date. Also, the prices are lower than other two other driver schools I talked to. The only thing is they asked me to change the instruction time each time before the lesson. I have nothing to do so it was okay with me.

Just got done a lesson with Sarah and she is absolutely amazing! She made me feel very comfortable and is very informative. She taught me during our lesson not only about driving but about the car itself and things I should know about it’s upkeep, and I appreciate that. I struggled with parallel parking and never really grasped it completely at the other driving school that I went to but she taught me a more simpler yet effective way for me to remember the steps, and because of her help I was able to successfully parallel park on my first lesson when she tested me without her coaching. I would definitely recommend this school, I have no regrets at all, was definitely worth my money.

Had a great experience. The instructor was patient and helpful. He was also knowledgeable about the driving centers. He also knew my driving examiner and was making conversation which helped me calm my nerves. Very helpful lesson on parallel parking. Also gave some solid advice on the test. Would highly recommend

If you trying out safe driving school for your driving lessons, choose Bill and Lisa as your instructors. Hands down they are the best!! They are so patient, always smiling and make you feel very confident behind the wheel. I am a first time driver and passed my driving test on my first attempt.

I had my first driving lesson with Safe Driving School Inc today and I had the instructor Abraham and he was awesome. It was my first time out on the road driving and he was great. I was very nervous when i got in the car but Abraham kept me calm and relaxed. They know what there doing. For anyone who's learning how to drive this is the place to call. If i could give more then 5 stars I would. Today was a great experience and I cant wait to do it again

Had Miguel for my first lesson. He's a straight shooter and very informative. If you're sensitive to critique and direction do not feel insulted, he's just a direct person. Had Sarah for my other two lessons and she was awesome, fun to learn with and very caring with instructions and she fills in all the details you may need to know about your driving experience. She's also fun to talk to straight up. Had Bill for my exam and he was a very calm man. At that point I didn't need much instruction so it was a relaxed atmosphere. Had an adventure though, when we had to leave our testing site quickly to replace a brake light then make it back before getting cancelled on. He let me drive the whole way on the time crunch, that was chill. Passed my exam easily, even though the male tester at the Ogunz center DMV could get these hands (he's a pain). But these classes did definitely get me a lot of technical practice and road time which made me a way more confident driver. Do recommend.

My experience with safe driving school was great. The instructor I had was Lisa. She is so nice & chill. She really gave me a great technique on how to parallel park. I just had my drivers test the other day & passed. I definitely recommend to take lessons here!

Safe Driving School is really a great option when you are completely new to driving. All of the instructors are very kind and knowledgeable and the cars are easy to handle. I only took three lessons and within three weeks I was able to pass the driving test. Definitely recommend. 10/10!

Miguel was my driving instructor and I absolutely adore him, he made me feel very comfortable behind the wheel and driving on busy roads which is some thing I wasn’t comfortable doing taking these lessons. I only had 2 lessons with him, 1 before my test a few weeks ago. Then today was my second lesson which was also the lesson where he took me to my test. I don’t think I would have passed without him, I’m now able to park in 1 shot now🥰 I would definitely recommend this diving school & Miguel to ANYONE who needs help driving

I did two driving lessons with Safe Driving School. Positives: The instructors were very courteous and the cars were very clean. The instructor I had for my second lesson was great. I was very nervous about driving on the interstate but he gave me good advice on how to merge on and off the the highway safely. The price for this school is hands down the best. Negatives: My instructors were late to pick me up for both lessons. During the first lesson my instructor stopped to run an errand at one point and then dropped me back home about 20 minutes early. I only got about 90 minutes of the 120 minutes that I paid for during my first lesson. Bottom-Line: This is a good driving school for the price. Just make sure you insist on getting the full driving time that you pay for.

Was upset the first time driving with them because their employee Sarah scammed me of $100. For that price we were suppose to practice for a hour & then use the same car to pass my test. Instead we practiced parking once and drove around once, which lasted about 25 mins. I told her I was confused because I thought I was being charged to practice for a hour. She then stated that I was being charged for doing the test route once and to use the car to pass the test. I called the company to report the incident & the manger gave me $25 off my next drivers appointment. I’m hoping that they take further action with Sarah. She was super nice and polite but what she did was wrong. Besides that I practiced today with Abraham and he was awesome! Which is why I have 4 stars. He was very nice and explained all the steps to pass my test very well. He asked me about the incident that had happened before and apologized for it. He then said he’ll see what they can do to take further action with Sarah. However, I did pass my test today!! 😊

I searched driving schools and came up with the Philadelphia Safe Driving School and boy was I happy I did. My daughter had Bill for 2 two hour driving sessions and an hour session on day of exam. He was great! She passed with no problems! The business has great communication setting up appointments and Bill was on time each session. Would highly recommend!

Before I start let me BIG UP Safe Driving School without them I don’t think I would have passed me driving exam. Next I want to say BIG UP my Instructor Miguel, this man is so patient, professional and the list goes. He kept me calm right before my exam. As I was so nervous. He was very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend this school and please don’t use no other instructor but Miguel. The BEST hands down.

I took four lessons with Justin. He’s a great instructor, he’s really kind, and he has lots of patience. I requested Justin for my road test because of how comfortable I was with him and how personable he was, but I ended up not having Justin as my instructor for my road test because he was unavailable. I looked at the reviews to see which instructors were good other than Justin and I saw lots of good reviews about Bill. So that’s who I went with, and I definitely regret that. He was rude and didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. Him being mean to me just made me even more nervous for my test than I already was, but luckily I passed my drivers test anyway. If you’re looking for a good instructor personally I would recommend Justin.

Mr.Bill is the best driving instructor he will make you feel confident in your driving ability. He has great communication skills and makes everything feel like a breeze. I used this service to rent the car to take my test, I didn’t have lessons I just went a half hour before my test to get used to the car, it was amazing I passed my test. I had Abraham and he was so nice and very encouraging he knew exactly how to help me park and ultimately pass the test. 10/10 recommend Abraham, I had failed my test before and I think Abraham was really the factor that helped me pass. He even puts a good word in with the driving test instructor for you!!!!

Best experience with safe driving school. I did the 2 hour test day service and passed my road test at blue bell. Miguel was the best instructor. He made sure I was calm, gave me great pointers during practice, and I was able to have a smooth testing experience with him! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Lisa is a fantastic and truly gifted instructor. After living for years in NYC (and rarely driving), I wanted to feel comfortable behind the wheel again. Lisa customizes the lessons to address your specific needs and weaknesses. Not a moment is wasted in the lesson--you are in the driver seat from the beginning and she has a plan in place. She is really in tune with the unique needs of each student--so she challenges without overwhelming and puts you into a variety of driving scenarios (traffic, bikes/pedestrians, frequent stops, and open road). She also has a pretty fool proof system for parallel parking-- I'm feeling a lot more comfortable after her instruction. She's also a really calm and kind person with a great sense of humor!

I couldn’t have passed my test without these four. As long as you listen and take what they say into consideration you will pass your test. Lisa & Mike are great for parking. I was always scared and terrified of driving since I've been into a car accident before. I tried multiple driving schools and no one was able to help so I decided to give safe driving school a shot. I had Adam as my instructor and let me tell you he is beyond incredible. He's calm, funny, and very experienced. What can I not say about this school? Bill my instructor was the best. He was patient with me and made me feel confident when driving. He taught me how to drive and prepared me for the exam and I passed the exam at my first try. This school is the best, there is no other school that I would recommend than Safe Driving School. I loved everything about the school from Alicia the scheduler who was always nice and always available to answer any questions and she set up my exam for me. Will 100% recommend to a friend, my 1st lesson was with Lisa who was wonderful, following my final lesson with Adam who was really great! Didn't make you feel nervous and just made you feel relaxed ended up passing on the 1st try! So just a tip get lessons with different people so you learn all they're tricks and tips =D

I was taking lessons with another company prior to Philadelphia Safe Driving School and really lost my confidence. When I started lessons with them, I was truly amazed how much my confidence and driving skills improved. Although Bill (special kudos/ credit to this guy for all his work and support) was my instructor for the majority of the time, I felt other instructors at Philadelphia Safe Driving School were also patient, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Their prices for lessons and testing services are affordable compared to so many other places I checked out. They are truly there to make sure you succeed in driving from your first lesson, all the way to your test. I would highly recommend then to others for services! ;)

Just got an hour lesson from the instructor Adam before my exam and I passed with his help! Adam from Safe Driving School was a bit strict and he might come off a little intimidating, but it's a reason why. I would recommend him for driving lessons to anyone, he helped me out a lot!

Overall, I had a very good experience. My driver instructor was Mike. He was chill and instructive. He taught me to relax behind the wheel and other cool tips which will help a lot in my future driving. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Definitely would recommend driving with Mike for any first time or nervous drivers. Scheduling is a bit difficult but not really a problem. Just be careful of the receptionist, she does not sound the most professional but I'm sure she doesn't mean any harm.

Best driving lessons in the city! Had three teachers, two were great the other was okay. I drove the entire two hours and the instructors made me feel comfortable. The instructors always arrived on time and I always got a confirmation call the day before. One thing to remember: if you pay to be taken to your road test they do not drive you back, you have to find your own way home.

He taught very well, he was professional and open. He also made me very comfortable so it made it easy and everything flowed. I did better than expected with him. My first driving lesson was 5 months ago.... Even though it was not regular, they taught me well. Especially the day of my driving test, my driver came really early, helping me renew my driver's permit that I lost and in less than 40mn, explain to me what I supposed to expect for my driving test and thanks God, thanks to safe driving school, I PASS....I will recommend this driving school to everybody, it s really a good one.

The driving lessons and instructors have always been great, absolutely no problems at all; however, I have never met such rude phone receptionists in my life. I had driving lessons scheduled yet I never receive a confirmation call and when I call to see what's going on, they always seem to have scheduled my lessons on the wrong day forcing me to cancel. This has happened 3 times already. The receptionist is very rude and always hangs up without saying anything not even a simple "Bye." Maybe if the initial scheduling on the lessons went a bit more smoothly, then I can actually schedule in an appointment with an instructor.

I have been having lessons for the past year or more I put up with the bull they did with scheduling and didn't have much of an issue until recently. Lisa is a good instructor but hard to get her. I had a driving a few weeks ago and last minute I was told she can't make it no problem with that. However, I had a package for $80.00 with 30 minute practice the other drive they replaced was Mohammed who was half an hour late and I was told that he called me which I never did receive the call he rushes my lesson and obviously I fail the driving test. I scheduled another lesson with them and I had change of plans lat minute and now I'm being told that I could no longer be their customer. Their customer service is awfull. Only recommend this place if your schedule is really flexible and if your new to driving and I recommend Lisa.

My instructor was bill , and i had one session, in two days i was able to take my test and obtain my liscense. Thanks to bill and safe driving school im able to drive on my own and have multiple doors open for me for different opportunities . Go with bill , makes you confident, easy going and willing to work with you through any of your problems .

It's a good school, passed my driving test on the first try. My first instructor was Ryan and oh man was he Hot, funny and a good teacher. Drove with Alex today, he is a wonderful teacher, I wasn't nervous at all. He arrived 5 minutes early and I began driving right away and I drove the ENTIRE time. Before contacting Safe Driving School, I used to be too nervous to drive. Eventually, I realized that I have to overcome those fears. So I reached out to the company and I knew that I had made the right decision. I've had lessons with Bill, Lisa, Ibrahim Adam, and Ryan. Each of the instructors have different ways of making the learning experience comfortable for the student drivers. I've requested to have Ryan to be my instructor for the rest of my driving lessons because I feel a lot more at ease when I go driving with him because he uses a lot of sarcasm and jokes to make your driving experience fun. Parallell parking was the area that i struggled with the most, and out of all the instructors, Ryan was the one who helped me master that skill. Thank you to all of the Instructors who have helped me become a better driver.

Before taking lessons with safe driving school I was an inexperienced driver. I took only 2 2 hr lessons before my test with Zee and brandon and they both went well. They helped me feel comfortable behind the wheel from the start. After only two lessons I felt that I was prepared for my test. Before the test I had a lesson that was about ten mins long and it helped me keep my nerves under control and get some last min questions in. Right after that ten min lesson I took my test and I PASSED!! I strongly recommend giving this driving school a try.

Took 3 driving lessons with Ryan, Lisa and Oleg. I highly recommend Oleg because he actually cares and pays attention to how you drive. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because of Adam. I borrowed his car and requested him 30 minutes before my test, and he was 15 minutes late. He assured me I would get my full 30 minutes, but I still did not like the fact he was late considering I had to pay this guy $100. I don't know if he was having a rough morning or what, but he made me so stressed out. He told me the place I was taking my test were "Nazi's" about stop signs, and if I didn't stop I would fail. He did not help calm my nerves at all, and he didn't sound like he wanted to be there. He was mean while practicing parallel parking, telling me to stop before the white line. I was unsure of what line he was speaking of so I asked which one, and he gave me a very rude attitude saying, obviously not the first one. I could tell his patience was very low, which it shouldn't be considering he's supposed to be a "well-trained" driving instructor. He knew I was nervous and told me I have nothing to be nervous about, and he didn't understand why people get nervous for these tests. You just drive, he said, it's not that difficult. Still didn't calm my nerves at all, he made me feel more pressured with all his comments than anything. He was yelling on his phone about how he was late for the appointment after mine. I took my driver's test and the instructor wasn't even hard on me. He actually made me calmer than Adam did. Adam didn't even tell me congratulations or goodbye because he was too busy getting yelled at by his next appointment on his lateness. He might have just been having a bad day, but I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to take him. Thank God it's over and done with.

Practiced driving on the road..drove about 50 miles with my instructor and he was really helpful, but there was no lesson on parking. When I called to ask why not, the guy on the phone gave me the run around and no real reason why I wasn’t able to practice parking, even tho it’s mentioned as part of the lesson. My instructor was very chill and helped me ease up, of course I was still a bit nervous but he was very specific on what I needed to work on and encouraging while on the road. Just can’t give them 5 stars because I didn’t get to practice parking and the guy who answered the phone was full of it.

Before I had safe driving school in my life, I could drive, but not park at all with any techniques! I was nervous.. worrying about my tests and driving itself! Long story short, if you can’t drive a lick, don’t have any confidence, faith in yourself, DO NOT TAKE your test without safe driving school!! They will help you soooo much!! Like they helped me. My experience with Safe Driving School instructors Zee and Lisa were great. I had an 1/2 hour lesson with Lisa before my road test and everything was exactly as she had said it would be. I started my parallel parking about 9:20am, did my road test and was out of Pendot approximately 9:50am with my temporary driver's license. Great job guys.

I have to say that the price is good but they are extremely unprofessional. I’ve had multiple occasions where the operator was rude. Multiple occasions when the operator took my info but I wasn’t scheduled for a class. And the theeee most annoying reoccurring issue is the price of my lessons changing. If you want a low price but don’t mind sacrificing consistency this is the place for you. 3 out of the 4 instructors I have enjoyed so the issue here is more so operational office issues... I was with a different driving school that I didn't care for. I called these guys based on their reviews and scheduled an appointment. And then the best thing happened: Zee showed up at my front door. He was amazing! Friendly and professional, all in a little smart car! I nailed the parallel parking after the 2nd try, and continued to do so for the next two lessons. He showed me the PennDot course, and we also did some street and highway driving. He is super patient, and allows you to do it all. It was like driving with one of my friends because there was always a constant conversation, but the second I did something odd or wrong, he immediately pointed it out and corrected it (in a calm voice, no yelling/screaming or brake slamming). I felt more ready to take the test after 1 lesson with him than I did with multiple lessons at the other driving school. The admin staff is a little so/so. As long as your firm and follow up with your scheduling, you'll be ok. When you call, make sure you ask for Zee. I guarantee you'll pass your test first time around.

When I first went here I couldn't drive at all!! My instructor was David and he is absolutely amazing. He is very patient and is a great listener. He tells you from the beginning, " If you listen to me, you'll learn to drive." He even takes you out to eat! He is extremely smart and knows alot about math. Since you are in the car for two hours, you're obviously going to have to talk, well with david I've had some of the best conversations. He took me on the highway and instills confidence in you from the beginning. One time, I didn't have david instead I had Brandon and it was a so so experience. He's on the " ghetto " side and was blasting music. While this isn't his fault, we were stuck in traffic for most of the time. Another time, I had Bill. He's okay too, his car is very dirty and smells very bad!! He is extremely smart and is into history. He took me to where I was taking my test and we practiced the route for an hour. Overall my experience here was really good. The only thing is I wanted to use Davids car for my test but I couldn't because I took my test in Huntington Valley. Its hard to get a test anywhere else but Huntington Valley.

They are so professional And know what they are doing at first I had a driving lesson with them around 130 and then the guy called to see if he can do it at 2 I wasn't even down the way to take my lesson I was so upset cause the next day I had to take my driving test but they called me the day on my test and ask did I want to rent a car cause I didn't have one to take my test In so I get this amazing man name admin reach out to me to let me no he was waiting for me I thought i wasn't going to take my test cause I was no where around there I was coming from morrisvill pa and I had to go Philadelphia ogontz avenue but he waited until I got there and when I did he still took me around the block to show me everything I needed to know I was so scared he made me feel so confident and told me it's going to be ok take my time he should me everything that they will look for I took my test and pass because of him I'm so happy that I got my license thank you safe driving school y'all are the best by Ashlynn

hello I want to tell the world about my lesson I had today with Abraham he is the most easy going understanding kind person I was nervous at first but by the time we started I was fine he takes his time an make you understand he was on time an that was a plus you don't find these kind of people that take they time like him Abraham keep doing what you do I will sure tell everyone I know about you an thank you so much

All I can say is that my instructor Brandon made me feel very comfortable.. definitely was very professional he was able to show me the rules of the road in full detail very professional I would recommend anyone that going to use this service request him definitely down too earth type of guy but about his business.. I'm not sure how much he gets paid but he make the company look good in my humblest opinion give him a raise definitely will be using this service again thanks Brandon

They are very good I just got my license they are patient i will recommend you to two people there names are Lisa And Bill they are brother and sister but they are good they don’t Pressure you and they don’t rush you and you get every minute and second of the time you pay for only thing I had a problem with was the person who answer there phone because she was always rude but far as teaching this is a great school to learn from and it’s $110 for two hours that’s not bad that’s a deal thank you safe driving for everything you guys did for me

I passed on my first try. Alex was my teacher and he was wonderful. He told me what I needed to know and was very calm and collected. He gave me reasons and examples of what not to do, which made everything make sense. He is very patient and told me things I needed to work on in order for me to pass I took 3 classes and his 2 that I took with him was so insightful. I highly recommend these lesson price is great and can't be beat(trust me I looked) and I highly recommend Alex couldn't have done it without him. Thanks again Alex and driving school.

I passed my permit test on the 3rd try I already had 2 lessons with Lisa and I have another 1 with her Thursday she is the best she made me feel so confident after my first lesson with her I even drove by myself on the road from Frankford ave to north Philadelphia on the high way without any accidents with my 14 yr old daughter in the car I pick them the price is great the service is great now waiting for drivers test which Lisa also gonna be present for safe drivers school is the best 🗣 hands down
