If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would! They have exceeded my expectations! It started with a rough patch due to an employee that thankfully is not there anymore but thanks to Esther and the owner Brad my daughter had the most amazing and filling experience she wanted in being a new driver. Brad personally took her on a driving course and explained to her rules and regulations in a way the she will understand. Explained the responsibility it takes in being a licensed 16 year old. The have websites for parents as well. I felt so comfortable with this company. My second oldest will be starting with them this summer and i as excited now as I was with my recent experience. As a an over somewhat over protected parent (which I’m sure most of us are) I feel comfortable dropping off my kids for their classes and their new driving journey! Thank you Alert driving School! And a Huge thank you to Esther and Brad!!!!

Today was my last drive, this has been one of my best driving practice experience. Everyone is very nice and takes care of you very well. This place is really good for new drivers like me. I’m glad I got to come here and practice with Ms. Sandra Ramos who was a very awesome teacher. Thank you for all your hard work!

I liked the classes where they teach us how to be safe drivers. They showed us the easy step of changing lanes by using smog, they also taught us the limits we should go in each neighborhood and streets. Loved the way my instructors Sandra Ramos and Ruby taught me to drive and they helped me fix any error I had. Tbh I really loved this school, hope more people come and enjoy with them.

The instructors Martha and Mr.Finely were very easy to be around and made me feel more at ease during my practice and test. They explained things clearly and taught me in a way I could understand. Very friendly staff overall.

It is an excellent school, teacher Martha is good and incredibly patient, but the secretaries in general are very unprofessional. I wanted to make my claim at the north office and the "Miss" hung up on me, the one in the south is better, but it leaves a lot on hold.

The truth is they are friendly and I learned a lot. I just have to suggest a few things to you. First South office answer the phone and the messages I have spoken many times and they do not answer, I had to go in person and I told them that they do not answer and they told me that the "phones were failing", well I think they still do not make up them. Second, for the price, I suggest that you give some type of material; For example, the owner's manual. Third, they charge $10.00 dollars for food on class days. The first day they gave two tacos with a little rice and beans, the second day there were two orders of pizza for $10.00 dollars. Otherwise the instructors from both the South and the North were very friendly
