Had never been behind a wheel and decided it was time to learn a valuable life skill and get my drivers license. Saw Ruki Auto Driving School’s great reviews and decided to give it a chance. Definitely was the right decision! Took majority of my lessons with TJ who makes you feel very comfortable and tells you exactly what’s needed to be corrected while praising you when accomplishing a task. Got my drivers license on the first try!

I enrolled to take several classes at Ruki Driving School, and I was paired with a great instructor! TJ is super helpful, professional, patient, and explains directions very well. The staff is also very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend both the school and TJ as a driving instructor. He makes sure his students are ready and feel successful for their road test.

All I have to say Is go to this school and you will not regret it. This is one of the best schools I have been to. They have good instructors with patience. Rohan and Miguel are sent from heaven! I passed my road test on the first try today all thanks to Denise! Literally the best instructor with good energy she makes you feel super comfortable this woman makes it a priority to make you pass, she’ll do extra for me just so I can pass I can’t thank her enough! Also to Mr Frank who initially started me he’s an amazing instructor as well! Everyone here is super helpful, thanks to everyone at the office you guys are all so professional ❤️

You can't go wrong with this school. I got the 10 lesson package and it was definitely well worth the cost. Booking the lessons was easy, the office staff is super nice and friendly. The different instructors I worked with (Taniel, Rohan, Denise & Mr T) are all fantastic. My package included the car for the road test and that was an easy set up as well. This place is highly recommended!

Honestly you can’t go wrong with this driving school. The 5 hrs class is online! I mange to keep tha same driving instructor for 9 of my 11 lessons and that’s because he decided to a have a life beyond keeping the road safe lol . T.j was great instructor and he made driving fun and Encouraging regardless of how much you doubt yourself. I appreciate his patience and confidence in me. Also if you have never had a driving lessons by a Jamaican you should deff do it! I have never been so motivated in my life. I’m pretty sure I could drive on water 😂 Also Jose was a great instructor as well. Spacial reason was a big issue for me and he was able to explain it in a digestible way. I attempted driving lessons years before and did not learn as much as I have in the few months being apart of RUKI. I absolutely recommend.

This school was pretty organized. They sent reminders of the upcoming lessons a week in advance as well as the day before both by text and email. I had most of my lessons with the instructor T.J. who was patient, laid back and super helpful. I also had lessons with Jonathan who was a good instructor as well. Their instructors and staff are all very nice. Even on the way to the road test, the instructor was reassuring us that we’d do well and giving us pointers to help calm any last minute nerves. I was able to pass the road test on my first try 😁 I would definitely recommend this school to others.

I took my road test today and passed on my first try all thanks to my instructor Denise! She is the sweetest, kindest and most encouraging individual I have ever met. She helped me get comfortable behind the wheel and was very patient with me. I always felt like I was driving with a friend that cheered me on consistently and calmly explained to me what I needed to work on. I always enjoyed my lessons with Denise. I made a friend for life. I highly recommend Ruki Auto Driving School and please book your lessons with Denise as you will not be disappointed. I hired this driving school for my daughter after having failed her first road test with another school. I have to say they are phenomenal, especially her instructor TJ, she said he was great and she learned so much from his expertise. They send you your schedule, with dates, times, and instructor assigned. There is constant communication between instructor and student as necessary. My daughter said TJ was great and made her feel very comfortable. She suffers from anxiety and she was always happy going and returning from her lessons. I will definitely recommend Ruki to all and especially TJ. She passed her test and was confident in taking it.

I've taken lessons with multiple driving schools and have been trying for a long time to pass my road test. Out of all the schools I tried, this is the most organized and professional school. I had TJ as my instructor to prepare for my road test which was today (I passed). He is a calm and patient instructor especially if you have a fear of driving. I've had instructors in the past who who would just laugh at my driving, making me feel even less confident. But TJ was patient throughout and was never negative during the lessons. I like the fact that entire staff communicates with their students well. Thank you also to Denise, Julie, and Megan who are all so sweet and professional, sending email reminders and text messages before the lessons. Out of all the schools in Parkchester, I highly recommend Ruki Auto Driving School if you need to pass your road test and get your license.

T.J is the man, he actually teaches you step by step and he doesn't make you feel uncomfortable, he is a very great instructor and is extremely patient with you. A lot of the times people have bad experiences at other schools because the instructor would put pressure, but I never felt pressured at all. The front desk staff were great and super accommodating and patient to help me schedule the classes that fit my schedule and time frame. My first time taking the road Test was a few years ago with another school. I ended up not passing my road test and putting it on hold BUT I am so glad I found this school! Before coming here I took at least 6 driving lessons at Motivation Driving school in the Bronx early last year and failed the test the first time (they didn't prepare me at all) I took FOUR lessons with TJ and passed my driving test in a week! I highly recommend this place and requesting TJ! So happy I came here! Very organized and will prepare you for the test. The 5hr class was also very informative.

This Morning i took my road test and i passed. If it wasn't for Denise my instructor from Ruki Auto school i would have not passed. She was amazing, patient and she knew how to communicate with me when i was discouraged. Denise is great teacher and we need more people like her to teach us how to drive. Ruki Auto School was very helpful with scheduling answering all my questions i asked was not RUDE at all. So happy I did my research and picked a great school ! My first instructor was not the best fit for me so then I began lessons with Tj and Mr Frank . Both awesome instructors, I felt confident behind the wheel and relaxed, they were patient with me but were not afraid to correct me and I really appreciated this. I had never driven any car before I started lessons and after 11 lessons ( I paid for one more outside of my package because i wanted extra practice) I took my road test today and passed on the first try ! I would definitely advise taking lessons with more than one instructor if you can, and booking your appointments in advance, these two are amazing so their schedules fill up quickly.

Just got my license thanks to Ruki Driving School! Great school for beginners, with friendly instructors. I worked with multiple instructors and each one was a great teacher. I highly recommend you work with more than one instructor though. Not because any of them have a problem, but because you can learn something different from each of them. I had a great experience with Ruki Auto Driving School! The office was very good about setting up my driving lessons and my road test around my work schedule within my desired timeframe, and the staff answered all of my questions thoroughly. My instructor was Mr. Frank, who was really patient and knowledgeable, and I passed my road test thanks to him! I found Ruki Auto Driving School after a bad experience at a different driving school in the city, and I’m so glad I did! I appreciate this driving school to the fullest. This was my third and last driving school I attended and I love how comforting and accommodating the whole process was. I did pass my road test because of this driving school and I appreciate the help from instructors Mr. Frank and Denise!! They were helpful with my parallel parking and confidence to pass my road test. The receptionist was also comforting and very helpful throughout the process. Also, the way they handle their appointments was very convenient because not only do they email you but, they text you too for upcoming appointments. Pretty dope driving school!

If You are looking forward not only to pass your road test but also to learn how to drive the right way, this is the school you should go to. I got there with a lot of bad habits that were broken down by my instructors and because of my schedule and other barriers I took class with three different instructors Mr. Frank, Audrey and Roland. They were great!! I learn a lot from them and was able to get there different teaching advices until I felt very confident and ready for the test. I can only say great things about this school. I also appreciate Julie and Denise, they were great at working out my schedule with my instructors and very kind as well. I just passed my road test today and I won’t forget Denise hug when I show her my passing score, it felt like family. Before I came to Ruki, I had been to 2 other school one on castle hill and bruckner and the other one on starling and Olmsted. I was yelled at and intimidate by these two schools. The latter will make appointment with you and call and cancelled. My journey started 2020 before covid hit. I had done 4 test and failed miserably. The instructors made me feel it was the examiners but now I believe I was not doing the right thing until I decide to go to ruki. Before I registered I did a little research about the school and their reviews. A lot of reviews talked about an instructor name TJ. Upon registration I requested TJ and boy oh boy, the difference between his style of teaching was phenomenal, he gave the car and watched drive , after the first day he said “imma teach you the correct way. I did 6 lesson with him, second day left turns and right turns how to break 3 lesson, parallel parking made easy just 2steps, broken u turn made easy. To be honest my 6 lesson with him was worth more that the 30 lesson taken in the past.he thought me how to park on a hill, how to the hand -cross over when turn, how to better recover your car after a turn. On the day of the test , I was still nervous but very confident. I started the test @9:05 the examiner was really nice, I started the car, right after the first light she Asked me to parallel park. I did it but was too far away from the curb and I was able to fix my self, did broken you turn easily, couple of right and left turns and I was back to the start point by 9:12. I checked my results later and I passed…..hooooorrrrraaaaaayyyyy Thank you Ruki and most especially TJ. Namaste.

I am so thankful for Ruki Auto Driving School! The best driving school in the Parkchester/Castle Hill area and I wouldn't be surprised to discover they're the best driving school in the Bronx! I was in a total Jam and only had 9 days to take acquire my license. Although I was nervous the staff was incredibly understanding and quickly registered me for classes and secured a road test appointment for me. I purchased the "3 Lesson Package" which includes 3 45 minute driving lessons, the 5 hour class and the road test appointment, vehicle included, for only $205. The best price in the area (Trust me I checked) When you walk in ask for Julie she's incredibly helpful and knows her stuff. Denise is very helpful as well. For classes I would recommend signing up with Nestor or Roland. Both are patient, knowledgeable and will give you VITAL tips on how to pass your road test. If you're looking to pass your road test and get that license look no further thank Ruki Auto Driving School, they got you covered! I wouldn't have gotten my license without their help!

My instructor was TJ and he was absolutely AMAZING. I honestly thought it would take a miracle to learn to drive but TJ was knowledgeable, had patience and was calming to drive with . Ruki Driving School was so helpful, everything i needed to pass my road test and more. From the minute i contacted them everyone was super nice and so eager to help, from the front desk staff to the instructor themselves. Great driving school. I have been to other schools and Ruki was the best. TJ is a great instructor and motivator for nervous drivers. I passed my road test with a 95. I am excited that I am now licensed to drive. The instructors were calm and informative. I highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience with Ruki Auto Driving School. My instructor was TJ. I purchased the 10 lesson package along with 2 60minute lesson packages. I was not consistent initially with my lessons and each time TJ was patient and gave me direction when needed. Pro's of TJ was that he wasn't too hands on. He allowed you to take control of the car and when needed will intervene but allowed me to make mistakes and learn. TJ was also very personable and easy to reach/ communicate with. TJ was very encouraging and gave me confidence I didn't even have in myself. Cons of TJ: TJ is soooo popular be prepared to book your lessons at least 2 weeks in advance. Overall Ruki was amazing. I often called and spoke with Denise the receptionist and she is too sweet and patient. She's always going beyond to help me book lessons and appointments. The manager Leo is also a sweetheart. He was very encouraging on the day of my road test and eased my mind. His confidence and support plus the additional help from the staff at Ruki is why today *well May 13* I am officially a licensed up! Blessed and highly favored!!!! CATCH ME ON THE ROAD BABY!!!!!

The best school I’ve been to hands down. They handled me with care and met all of my needs. Thanks to my main instructor Tim, I passed on my first try for the road test! T.J was a phenomenal instructor, I was terrified of being behind the wheel and he guided me through it very well. He helped me become much more comfortable behind the wheel, while also correcting bad habits without making me feel more anxious. I was easily able to pass the drivers test thanks to him. After 6 lesson with TJ, I passed my road test on my second attempt. Prior to taking lessons with him, I took 12 lessons at a different school and was not well prepped for the road test. My lessons with TJ also felt longer because I was behind the wheel for the entire 45 mins unlike the other driving school I was at where their instructors would drive you to the same location each time and then have you practice.

I had two other instructors before this one, and only at Ruki was I able to get the confidence and experience I needed to finally pass my road test. Instructors were very patient, plus the price was more than fair and they had a flexible schedule. Then I recommended it to my boyfriend, and he passed the exam right away, too! My driving instructor was Mr. Frank. I would like to give him the biggest thank you I could ever give. If it wasn’t for him I would of never passed my road test today on my first try.🥳 Mr. Frank is very patient polite , he makes the environment very comfortable. If you don’t understand something or need something to be clarified he will make it his business to show you and teach you for you to understand to be better. Don't walk run to this school. This school is truly the real deal and amazing. They want you to pass and become a good driver. I've been to two other driving schools before coming to Ruki. I failed my road test twice. I was frustrated and gave up learning how to drive. It wasn't until I found Ruki driving school that I found motivation again. TJ and Frank are both amazing instructors. They're kind, patience, and teach you step by step. They make learning how to drive fun. They break it down for you all the way. Within the first 30 seconds of my first lesson, I was told what was wrong with my driving and why I kept failing. I was amazed. Within a few lessons I was already feeling confident enough to drive and my mistakes were fixed. When I took my road test for the third time, I didn't feel nervous because TJ and Frank prepared me so well. I passed with a perfect score. Thanks Ruki, TJ, and Frank. All of you are amazing. They're great about communicating any issues with scheduling and working with you to make sure you get everything you need for your road test. I just finished up my 10 lesson package and overall working with Ruki Driving has been a very positive experience. I want to give a special shout-out to both Denises! When starting off, the office liaison Denise looked out for me and helped schedule my lessons in a timeframe that worked for me. My driving instructor Denise was extremely laid back and not over anxious or commanding - a breath of fresh air in comparison to previous instructors like my dad or the ones at competing driving schools I tested out before this one. If you’re hesitant about choosing Ruki don’t be. Just get it done.

Ruki Auto Driving School in the Bronx is one of the best driving schools I have ever been too. It doesn't matter if you have never driven before or just brushing up to take the road test, Ruki instructors have got your back. They know how to explain driving techniques and rules in a way in which any individual would understand. Its really a personalized experience with them. I just passed my road test about a week ago and I got PERFECT SCORE on my first try. I previously went to another school in the area and failed twice. Every staff member I interacted with was fantastic from the instructors, front desk and even those I spoke to on over the phone. I was able to get registered for my package easy and quick without any hassle, very clear instructions and scheduling. HUGE shoutout to my boy TJ he is a God send, reliable, easy to talk to, funny as hell and extremely versed in helping you pass the road test and driving overall; give that man the 10 dollar raise he deserves. Their universal goal is to provide each student with the tools to become a capable driver thus passing the road test. Sam is an excellent instructor. He was very patient, and knowledgeable. Thanks to Ruki Auto Driving School I passed my road test. Before coming here I went to a different driving school and I had a terrible experience. The instructor didn't prepare me for the road test at all. When I came to Ruki Auto Driving School it was a completely different experience my instructor was very patient with me, he let me know what I needed to work on and what I was good at. He was very helpful and gave me great tips on parallel parking and driving as well. I only took five lessons and then my road test and i passed, i only lost 5 point for a wide right turn. This driving school is great. My driving test was only a week away and I needed to find a school that was close by with good reviews. I did the three lesson package deal. Everyone was nice and professional. They accommodate me last minute and helped me to pass after a very bad experience the test before. My instructor Roland was so patient and kind. I had an amazing driving experience with Ruki Auto Driving School. The instructors are patient, understanding and provided expert guidance. I took 5 lessons at the school, 4 lessons were taken with instructor TJ, he is very calm and knows how to make you comfortable behind the wheel. He is also very honest and will let you know what you are doing wrong and how to fix it. He will work on your mistakes until you can fix them. My last lesson was taken with Mr Frank, he was also very calm and I instantly felt at easy with him. He corrected my mistakes and prepared me for my road test which took place two days after my lesson. I am very happy and thankful for all their help and their guidance. I don't regret going to Ruki Driving School!!! They are very professional-from the drivers to the receptionist! They are also technologically advanced with scheduling, payments etc and their office is very welcoming. Though prices for lessons are kind of expensive, the instructors are amazing. I recommend Denise, she is very very friendly and sometimes you forget you're driving with an instructor rather than a friend. I also recommend Tj who helps you become more comfortable behind the wheel. I also had Mr. Frank and Jose who were both great. Mr. Frank is a really great instructor and is also very friendly. Mr Frank is very knowledgeable when it comes to driving and with him I was able to get parallel parking. On my fourth test, that was the only time I could parallel park PERFECTLY. I only got 5 pts off for using "excessive maneuvers" when on my last tests, i usually parked too far from the curb. Mr. Frank also helped me get over my fear of failure and reassured me that I'm a good driver. I highly recommend you stack your lessons consecutively (one every day) if you can especially if you have no one else to teach you at home. This helped me pass my road test with only 15 points off in comparison to 40 or 60 points the last 2 times. There really is no difference between the hour lesson and the 45 minute lesson, they all feel the same. Keep that in mind. I scheduled my road test in Strang Ave 3 times and it is a relatively easy area, just be sure to do over the shoulder checks for literally everything and you'll do fine! I also recommend Strang over Yonkers. Thanks Ruki Auto Driving School.

Ruki Auto Driving School is the most organized and professional driving school I've heard of and gone to. They have a great system of scheduling lessons online, so anytime you schedule a lesson or even change your lesson, you'll be notified via email. My instructor TJ was amazing. He was patient with me and taught me all the tips and tricks for the rules of the road and parallel parking. Extremely chill and always made driving fun, and turned me into a very comfortable and confident driver. Since I had home pick-up, TJ was really great about calling in advance to give a heads up as to how far he was. Ruki also has different cars, just so students get used to driving different vehicles, but they are also pretty good about arranging your preferred car and the one you've practiced with the most for the road test. Also, their 5 hour class has an unbeatable price!

Overall, it was a good experience. TJ was an absolutely great instructor! Funny, chill - made me feel comfortable from the first lesson. I purchased 10 lessons and I highly recommend it. I get very nervous before tests but I didn't feel the same anxiety for my road test because I felt prepared. I passed on my first try, and I wouldn't have been able to do it w/o TJ! Other than that, please schedule your 5-hour class as soon as possible. You can't take ur road test until u take the class, and due to COVID-19, it took a month after my 5 hour class to get a road test appointment.

Ruki auto driving School is my preferred place for driving. They were reasonable, they were attentive and mostly kind and friendly. My daughter was made to feel welcomed. She was so comfortable with her drivers Audrey and Howard. She switched up a few times to get different flavor and both taught her what she needed. Leo was very responsive, he responded to any concerns i had and immediately found a solution. i would highly recommend this Auto school. I would highly recommend RUKI driving school. I just got here in New York for 4 months and I failed my first road test without any driving lesson. I Thought I can pass the exam since I'm already driving back in the Philippines. When I took my 2nd attempt, I checked online then I took one lesson with a different driving school but I felt he Doesn't care or I maybe I didn't feel that he can't help me because is not helping me to regain my confidence. I tried another driving school before Ruki and didn't feel satisfied with them at all. I tried to take the driving test twice with that other school and failed both times. I really felt frustrated and I tried out Ruki... needless to say I'm glad I did. I took lessons with Audrey and she pointed out flaws with my driving that people never bothered to tell me about before as well as many driving pointers that would help me for the road test. I felt better about passing the road test than I did in the past. The only regret I had was that Audrey went on vacation during the week of my test. Sam was also very helpful in keeping me calm during the day of the test and making sure I was ready to pass.and I did!!! So thank you Ruki for helping me reach my goal

Hello everyone; I want to start off by saying I got my permit first try last year June 2016😉I like to do my research before anything so as I was doing that I came across many driving schools but only one caught my eye because of the great Reviews💯And that is Ruki Auto School 👍🏼I decided to start working on getting my license this year 2017 💪🏼so I went to ruki school and payed for a 5 lesson package. My instructor name Roland is a great nice calm person with lots of patience. His driving tips are very helpful and easy. I don't know anyone willing to help me practice driving so Because my road test was at the end and last date of the month I decided to pay for 4 more lessons and took 2 with TJ the other 2 with Roland which I stretch it out too a lesson each week and took my last lesson 2 days before my road test which helped a lot. Leo took me to my road test on 8/31/2017 at New Rochelle it was easy and Lasted maybe like 15min. The examiner was a man thank god he was very friendly. Ruki auto driving school is the best driving school I've experienced in the Bronx. I guarantee you won't find better. Last year I went to two different driving schools in the bx , hoping they'd both teach me the skills and techniques I needed to pass my road test. I took about 10 lessons all together, and the day of my road test , the car they gave me didn't even function properly. And of course I failed my test with flying colors. Since then I was too nervous to go behind the wheels again. I took a year off from any type of driving. Then I came across Ruki driving school and I decided to give them a try. That was the best descision that I ever made honestly. I only took a 5 lesson package and within those lessons, I gained a lot of knowledge on how to maneuver a vehicle & a lot of tips and tricks as well. My instructor TJ was phenomenal in helping me to overcome my nervousness. He was always very patient whenever I made mistakes and showed me different ways on how to park a car. That way, I was able to choose the technique I was most comfortable with. On the day of my road test, both Leo and TJ continued to remind me of errors I should avoid and they built my confidence so much. I was so surprised when the examiner told me I PASSED my road test!!!!! I never thought I'd be able to get my license after my last experience with those 2 driving schools. But thanks to Ruki driving school and my instructor TJ, I was able to accomplish my goal within 2 months :D

As an experienced driver from outside the US needing my NY license, I found this driving school to make sure I was up to the expectations for the license test. Even though I had driven a lot in the past, I still learned many driving skills here and how to drive as an examiner would expect a student. I want to thank Ruki Auto especially Leo for advising me to take at least a lesson despite my insistence that I have prior knowledge of driving. I want to also thank Frank for his assistance especially in telling me what I needed to do to pass during the 1 hour lesson before my road test. Frank was brutally frank with me during the 1 hour lesson and this helped with my concentration and focus leading to a pass on first try! Often times foreign drivers and also in a bid to cut cost run into the danger of thinking we know the NY DMV rules and this leads to failure during the road test. My little advice is simple , no matter how good a driver you think you are , please and please I highly recommend at least one or more lesson. Great Driving School!! Very professional instructor (TJ), he was patient and very detailed in teaching techniques not only to pass the road test but also become a safe, astute driver. The school is very organized, making sure each time you have a lesson they call and email you to remind you about your lesson. The payment system is very easy, it can be completed online through their website and they have one of the most affordable packages around the Zerega and Castle Hill area. I had a terrible experience at another school on Zerega and I felt confident in my driving after just three lessons with TJ. My road test was in New Rochelle, if you want lessons there you need to provide your own car. Leo drove me to my site and was very supportive and encouraging and it really helped to ease my nerves. You won't waste money or your time with this school.

I Passed My Road Test today 12/29/17, after originally starting with Ruki auto in August 2017. Roland is a great instructor because he calms you down, and finds a way to make driving fun while learning during your lesson. I first started out so nervous, and full of mistakes but Roland worked to have me gain confidence by showing me it’s not as hard as I’m making it seem. I took my lessons with Frank he's an exceptional teacher and very patient. He will give you constructive criticism and work on your weakness. The only reason why I gave 4 starts was because on my second lesson I was assigned Mike and he is a horrible instructor and I can tell he's a bad person unless your just like him I recommend the other instructors. I do not understand why they leave a disrespectful person who many people have complained about to teach new students. I would say he would be the number one reason why people wouldn't want to come to the school he will def scare people out of this schools excellent services besides that please don't be afraid to come here the service is excellent and the customer service is superb!

While reading the reviews here before taking my lesssons i thought noooooo way these reviews are real . Well let me say that they are ! Thanks to Leo && TJ I passed my road test today !! If you're anything like me a person who would get super nervous behind the wheel those two instructors for sure will help you get over that. They are super patient , nice , give great advice . You can tell all the instructors wish to do is for you to pass and feel confident while doing so . Not only the instructors but receptionist too , while scheduling my lessons i spoke to Julie and she was amazing . Julie helped accommodate my lessons that was best for me , reminded me of my lessons and was always available to help with any questions I had . Super efficient and organized school. HIGHLY RECOMMEND .

I came to Ruki after failing my first road test (parallel parking). The instructor here was far much better in getting me prepared for the test. They place you with the same instructor for all your lessons unlike my previous school where each lesson meant a difference instructor. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Ruki's driving school was the first driving school I ever went to and was my first experience of driving an actual car. My family do not own a car and I was only able to practice driving with the 10 lessons I took from this driving school and I was able to pass my Road test on my very first try. Thanks to my instructor I was able to achieve a dream of mine, which was to drive and get my licence. I also love that they were able to pick me up from my home and drop my off back. Look No further! Ruki Auto is the best driving school in NY. Period. Nervous driver? No problem. Busy schedule? No problem. Live in Bronx and Lower Westchester? No problem. TJ is one of the best instructors ever. Let me explain my story. Once upon a time, I had gone to a driving school I will not name (starts with Alpha and ends in Omega) and spent a lot of money for a 10 lesson package and only received 4 lessons because I was constantly yelled at and berated by instructor, and then their car broke down, and I never heard back from them. Good riddance. At first I was upset about the financial loss, but God does things for a reason. I was outside my home, and I saw the Ruki Auto car parked nearby. Then, another day, I saw Mr. Leo and a student who had just passed, and being timid, my non-shy sister asked for his card and info, and he gladly gave it. I finally showed up to the office, and I was warmly greeted by Stephanie, who took the time to explain every thing about the packages to me. She was so cordial, I stayed talking with her for a long time, and she did not seem bored or irritated. She is a gem, and she calmed all of my fears. Then, TJ came in, and I was introduced to him, and his demeanor and personality made me realize that he would be the best teacher for me. My initial instinct was correct. I informed him that I was not a nervous driver, but a terrified driver, and I was stiff. He chuckled and reassured me. On my first lesson with TJ, my nerves disappeared because he is authentic. He is always calm and joking. He knows how to build your confidence, and at first I thought "I can not be learning anything, because I am having too much fun." TJ is intelligent and observant; he explains every step, and is the best at constructive advice. Never judging, always encouraging, he has the gift to enable a student to take ownership and charge of their progress and ability. Hence, please listen to every word he says and lesson he teaches you. I took 11 lessons, and when I started, I was too scared to turn on the car. By the 10th lesson, I was driving through 3 cities. TJ was always on time and called to let me know his ETA, and gave me my full 45 mins and 90 mins of lesson time. That is very important because a lot of schools do NOT do this. TJ never lost hope in me, even when I forgot things and could not parallel park to save my life. He refused to give up on me, and instead gave me a new technique that worked. Now, I am the queen of parallel parking. On the day of my test, TJ calmed and reassured me, and was still challenging me to be the best.. By taking the training wheels off early on, I parallel parked like 20 times perfectly before my test. When I took the test, I was confident and obviously it showed because I passed with 0 points off. I can not thank Ruki Auto enough. I feel like they make everyone family. TJ was my angel, and instilled in me the importance of safety. I must also mention that I I took their 5 hour class, which was not that expensive, yet informative and interesting. In conclusion, if anyone has an issue with their test or lessons then it is their own fault not Ruki Auto because the latter is truly the best of the best. TJ is the driving test whisperer. He knows exactly what you need to know to pass. Superior service. I am so grateful to them. Thank you Ruki Auto!!!

I had my first road test today, and I passed thanks to the help of the amazing instructors at Ruki!!!I had been to several other schools in the past that would have me wait in the back as other people finished their lessons or pick me up super late after my lesson was actually scheduled to start, but RUKI was so professional!!!I had the 10 lesson package and my instructors were MR.FRANK AND ROLAND!!!Both were EXTREMELY professional, and encouraging!!!!I had such a fear of parallel parking and both men let me know that I was capable of overcoming it!!They were each on time for pick up and never made me feel like I was just another lesson, they really wanted to make sure I was comfortable and let me know I was capable of passing!!I was taken to the road test by Sam, and although I had not met him before he also gave me input and assured me that I would do a great job on the road test. He even made a sign for me as he got out the car that said, "You got this!" Excellent driving school. The car is very easy to handle, the instructors give very good advice both in operating the car and driving on the road. My time here was very educational and informative, I cannot express my gratitude which this school gave me. After my first road test at another school; i felt uneasy and all the lessons I prepared myself was invalid and failed with a 55. I was very down and disappointed. My sister who had recently passed her road test gave me hope to give it another shot which I couldn’t stand to lose another opportunity. The classes are straight forward and the teachers are willing to work on your weakness to make you feel more confident. After all my 12 lessons and my second road test I have finally passed my test and thanked everyone at the school. You have to get TJ. Let me tell you my experience. I failed my first test. Like 2.5 seconds into it. TJ took that snd changed it. I did ten classes 45 min long. They will cone and pick you up. Near or not too far (they are worth the travel) i did my road test in new rochelle so easy and they were nice. My instructor Jennifer was sweet and understanding. She explained my points that were taken off and i liked that. Get TJ you will not regret it.

My teacher was leo and if it wasn't for him i wouldn't have my license or be the driver i am today. He taught me how to be an excellent driver and also a cautious one. Let me start off by saying that I just got my license, and it was because of ruki auto driving school that got it for me...thanks leo...but mostly I have to say that the man behind this was my driving instructor Sam...now, I want to tell you that this man was so amazing in making you feel so comfortable that I swear, it's like I've known him forever...I took only Sunday lessons with him because of my job taking most of my time. With the little I got of lessons, I got to know a lot with Sam. It was Sam that made this all possible for me.
