Rebecca was the lady helping me and she is very pleasant rrand helpful. I am looking forward to starting and completing this training so I can start my new cereer driving big rigs. 7/29/20 Update: I passed my CDL exam today and now I have my CDL Class A!

This is an exceptional school with exceptional people who run it. I highly recommend them. Side note: I loved the beautiful dogs in the office, these kind dogs definitely add to the atmosphere.

Hi, my name is Abe . I would like to share something that happened to me at a so called school in Loveland Colorado called: Randy Lopez I payed over $4300 dollars with there promise that i would walk out from there school with my class A driver license and they just took my money and left empty handed. So I called up Exel and made an appointment After second time i took my test and passed. I was very impressed with there knowledge and experience. I truly recommend this school.

In my experience, having an instructor who is good at communicating, and driving students to learn are necessary and beneficial to the student. Most, if not all of the instructors with Excel have many years of hands on experience in their craft and readily pass it down to those they teach. I was a student at the another truck school,and needed extra help Shifting in manual and Could not shift or move the truck in manual. I had to go excel Driver services and use driving simulator, To help me learn how to shift better in manual and drive . The trucks school I went too is a good school And the other students were picking it up a lot faster Driving in manual, but for myself I needed extra help in Learning drive in manual. So went to excel truck driving school to use driving simulator to help people like me that need extra help learn how to drive a manual and driving and The driving instructors were very good their , I used a driving simulator two times total hours 3 and 1/2 hours. I learned how to drive and shift up-and-down and Learned how to double clutch. I also heard it they have a very good truck Driving school CDL programs. I want to say thank you to exel driving services And their instructors For helping me and And a few weeks later I got my CDL A license.

Previously I had a rough experience with a different testing company with unprofessionalism, being unorganized, and just an all out bad experience and I ended up failing. I was bummed out because trucking has been my dream since I was little, its family tradition. Of course I couldn't give up, so I looked else where to test and I fell upon excel. After reading the reviews and calling the front office, I felt confident this was the place to go! The customer service was phenomenal, the attitude was great from start to finish, I overall enjoyed my testing experience at excel. These guys really want to help you succeed at the end of the day. From the minute I talked to Theresa and Connie in the office, I knew that Excel was the the right fit for me and testing for my CDL A. Greg was absolutely great in helping me one on one with my Pre-Trip Inspection class. Terry was fantastic to test with and made the whole CDL A Test a lot more comfortable than I expected it to be. Best school there is. All the staff take the time to teach and help a student in the best way they can. Trainers spend time with each student to make sure they are safe in all aspects of driveing. Owner is willing to take the time to listen to all concerns and address all issue with the best of his knowledge.if he doesn't know the answer right away he will take the time to get the answer. Instructors are very knowledgeable at what they are teaching. It was a stress free environment. At first I felt like to much knowledge was thrown at us at once. After the first few days I caught myself catching on rather quickly to most things. I think the course and future students would benefit greatly if the class was a little longer. I say this because each student learns differently and each student has strengths and weaknesses. Each student needs to focus more time on their weaknesses and less time on their strengths. Lary was very enthusiastic and encouraging every day sharing his knowledge that he had as a subject matter expert in his feild. He was also very calm when I as a student made mistakes. We talked through them and came up with actions on how to fix the mistakes for next time, to better myself as a driver. Greg was also very helpful and patient in giving us tips and tricks to different maneuvers. Instructors were very professional and accommodating to students needs. Overall the course was very well organized and put together and I learned a great deal of knowledge.

I came here for a one day class and was instantly surprised with the outcome! My company sent me here and I had the mentality that I wasn't going to learn anything or enjoy my time here. I had Terry as an instructor for the day and he changed my mindset completely. I showed up about 15 mins before the school opened and he graciously welcomed me in and offered me something to drink. After talking for a few minutes we went outside and starting pre-tripping a truck. We spent most of our day driving and he pointed out things that I have forgotten and other stuff that I didn't even realize that I was doing wrong. Terry is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I wish I could have went to school here instead of the truck school that I went to in Ohio where they just pushed people through the curriculum so they could be as good as these infamous SWIFT drivers. Thank you for all your help Terry, it has made me a better and more importantly a safer driver.

(THEY MIGHT BE ABLE TO FIND A COMPANY TO PAY FOR YOUR CDL!) There is a ton of experience in this school! I've never driven an 18 wheeler but in a couple weeks was able to learn to drive and pre-trip a truck. Please don't misconstrue the tough love it's clear as day nobody there wants you to fail. Jason the man that runs it is a great great and supportive guy. The rest of the staff is also really supportive. If your just not ingesting the info truck driving might not be for you. PS read the pamphlets they give you over and over it will help you.

If you want to receive a complete education in the proper methods of safely operating a commercial vehicle, this is hands down the place to go. Excel's instructors are 100% there to give you the best (and very fun but serious) learning experience available in the industry. Every step of the way, I was continually learning new skills, driving techniques, and general information regarding the trucking industry. Furthermore, the yard facilities, trucks, and trailers are all very well maintained and top notch. I cannot cover all of the great attributes of Excel Driving Services in a single review, but I can say that there is no better place to earn your CDL!

I have not taken this school. All I did was try to call and get information on their CDL Class A courses. I had to ask 5 times before the poor girl would admit their price to me. I feel like she was trained to withhold that information any way possible, as she continually tried to set up an appointment so I would come in and discuss it first (even though I had to say three times I was in the process of gathering information from MULTIPLE schools, which I would think would be a good motivator at having better protocol when answering phone inquiries.) I was quoted 4500.00 flat, but they have financing options.

Best CDL driving school experience. All the instructors are well aware of different learning styles and simple ways to get the information out. There are several different instructors and they are all open to helping each and every person who goes through the program, all I can say is if anyone fails after taking this class, they refused to make the effort or communicate.
