I wish I could give Synergy HomeCare more stars! My family and I needed a caregiver for my mother who was diagnosed with dementia. We were so blessed to have our caregiver Cynthia. She treated my mother so well. She was so kind and loving. It was so nice to be at ease with her. Synergy staff was always available to help with questions and were so professional and helped with everything. We were so pleased with our experience. We highly recommend them!!!

Highly recommend! I cannot thank J and his entire team enough for the loving care that was given to my father in his last months. It takes a special kind of person to do what these caregivers do and they are truly angels. I don't know how we would have managed without them. We were blessed with a wonderful team with special thanks to caregivers Linda & Robert. The office team was equally as wonderful! Any issues were addressed promptly and adjusted to fit our needs. I wish there were 10 stars to give to Synergy HomeCare! My mom, with advanced dementia, was in Synergy's continued care for eight years until she just passed away. All the people at Synergy - the aides, the staff, the owner - truly cared for her, taking the time to get to know her... her personality, her interests, what made her happy, her preferences. The quality of care, meals, bathing, etc., was wonderful. They all became like members of our family, caring for my mom like a dear grandmother. Synergy was always ready to do anything they could to help us. I could rest assured that my mom was always in the best care. I'm forever grateful to J., the kind staff and the wonderful aides.

I was anxious and overwhelmed about post operative care as I anticipated surgery on my broken foot following a car accident. I am so glad I chose Synergy. The response was fast and Annie, who came to the house to discuss my needs and the process, could not have been more supportive. But when I came home from the surgery and saw Juliana's smiling face waiting for me, I knew I was in good hands. She is helpful, attentive, so friendly, and did whatever I asked her to do with a smile. I can honestly say that the experience with Synergy was the silver lining to the cloud of the car accident. I would absolutely recommend Synergy should anyone have the need for home aid services.

Making the decision to search out home care agencies for a loved one is difficult and emotional. There are many questions: Where do I begin? What do I ask? My father has Alzheimers and it was hard to finally admit we needed help with him. My initial interview was with Ms. Duong (coordinator) and she made the whole process comfortable. She came to our home and spoke to us with interest, enthusiasm and care. She met my father and treated him so nicely. I was convinced that she would find the right match for my father and she did so in only a matter of a few days. They even gave my father a chocolate treat on his birthday. I am very pleased with the Home Health Aide/Companion that was assigned. She has been professional, kind, thorough, friendly, flexible to our needs and SO patient with my father. I have only good things to say about Synergy HomeCare. This past week my aunt was already in hospice at home. My aunt deteriorated quickly and my cousins needed help with night care immediately. I recommended Synergy HomeCare to them on a Monday night and by Tuesday morning 9am Ms. Duong was there and within only a few hours found someone to be there that night for an overnight. This provided much needed rest for my cousins while they were there and provided a watchful eye over their mother. The home health aide that was sent was professional, kind and kept my aunt comfortable and peaceful until the end. My family was VERY thankful for my recommendation of Synergy HomeCare. What makes them different from other agencies? It is the personal touch. They are available, flexible and will work with you and your family to find the right fit, to give peace of mind. I have called out of standard times and the owner himself is available. The cost of this is priceless. I highly recommend this agency. Thank you for all you have done. My whole family is extremely grateful.

J. Heinlein is a conscionable, ethical, human being and businessman that you will be lucky to deal with if your loved one needs in-home care. For about 5 years he has provided caretakers for my mom who has AD. He and his Synergy Franchise in Westchester take a personal interest in your situation and give a personal touch in return. He is articulate, caring and someone you want to know. The care my mom has received, as a consequence has been superlative. Synergy goes the extra mile every time. There is no comparison with other agencies with whom I have dealt. They can be rude, short and purely business-like. J sets the industry standard very high. May he and Synergy thrive in this era when so many elderly need our help and in this era when businesses can be so callous.

J Heinlein and the staff of Synergy Home Care worked with my family to provide the care and companionship needed. They were able to provide transportation after my father gave up his car and took care of minor shopping trips and appointments, and did meal prep. The only thing is my parents treated them as friends, so often didn't ask them to complete more hands on tasks such as cleaning and laundry and the assigned companions didn't automatically volunteer to do such work. But when asked, the work got done. After my mother passed on, my father enjoyed the company and came to rely on seeing the companion every day.

7/13/2018 It was an excellent day the day I met J.(owner)and Meryline (RN) from Synergy. They are both respectful, responsible and caring people. They spent upwards of 3 hours talking and getting to know our parents so that they could employee the best possible aides for them given their unique circumstances. Synergy is very supported of aging people and their families. The 2 aides, that spend considerable time with our 95 year old parents (2), gives us respite and confidence. Meryline accompanies the aide on the first day to ensure that the plan of care is followed by the aide. We have used other agencies and this is so far Synergy receives TOP ranking.
