Kaylen OstendorfDr. Lau is a very kind, and he makes things easy to understand. He’s also is very good at answering all my questions, no matter how silly they may seem to me, he never makes me feel like it is and is always willing to take time to talk to us - not on a rush to the next patient. I like how open and personable he is. With him in our corner he’s given me more piece of mind than I thought I would be able to have when I started this journey with my baby. His office staff is also very pleasant and has a smile. I never wait long when I call in and they always get back to me when they say they will. I feel very welcome here. I would definitely recommend!
