My husband and I have been with Dr. Ocana for about a year now and couldn't be happier with this doctor, and his staff. He genuinely cares for his patients, listens to their concerns, and takes his time answering any questions you may have, no matter how silly. Recently, my husband had knee surgery and developed a blood clot. We had gone in for a regular visit and Dr. Ocana heard something that he thought needed attention quickly. He sent us to Tower and it was found that my husband had a blood that could have resulted in a serious situation. We were so lucky that it was noticed, and now my husband says that Dr. Ocana is his hero. We are so happy to have found this doctor. Also, his staff is second to none when it comes to help in getting information, making appointments, getting paperwork sent and just plain being pleasant. Thanks!!! James and Jo Ann Rose

I have been a patient with Dr. Ocana for over 10 years. He has always provided superb medical care. He is always there to answer all of my questions and concerns. I have been a diabetic for 73 years and Dr Ocana has been a great asset in managing this condition, as well as my other medical issues. He is a very patient listener and I always feel better and more confident after my visits. His entire staff is always very attentive and caring. They always greet you with a smile and are always positive. To summarize, Dr Ocana is the best doctor I have ever had and I very highly recommend him.

Dr. Ocana has been my primary care physician for many years. He is a very caring and trustworthy physician. He is also my mother's doctor which gives me peace of mind to know she is in good hands. I am very pleased to have him as my doctor. As far as his staff, they are very nice, courteous and professional.

My name is Rose Porrata, and Dr. Ocana has been my primary doctor for ten years. Both my husband and I have always appreciated the fact that he takes time to explain things in layman's terms. From day one, until now, his professionalism has been consistent. The attention and care he has provided has been greatly appreciated by my husband and I. Dr. Ocana not only has been treating my medical situtations, but he has also demonstrated that he cares for his patients not just as case numbers, but as people. His office staff as well, have always treated us in a courteous, willing to help manner. The staff has always proven to be efficient, and everything is done in a timely fashion. They also take time to make you feel welcomed. After ten years, I can honestly say that Dr. Ocana and his staff are the best!

My name is Patricia Maiolo. I want to share my experience with Dr. Ocana and his staff. When I first met Dr. Ocana and we discussed my medical issues, he promised me two things. One he would always respond to an after hours call within ten minutes. He also said he would work with me to have a productive life in spite of my health issues. He would always be available to talk about any concerns and answer questions Dr. Ocana has never let me down. You are not a number and this is a private practice. Dr. Ocana knows each of his patients. In my opinion you couldn't ask for a better doctor. He has my complete trust. His staff have the same values as Dr. Ocana. . They are professional yet they make me feel like family. If I ever had a problem, which I have not, I would go to Dr. Ocana and I know it would be worked out. They are that kind of family business. I rate them with a hundred stars. I decided to write this to share my experience. The person who wrote such a nasty review must be talking about a different doctor and staff. Dr. Ocana and his staff would never behave as he has stated.

OCANA Medical Center is staffed by far with the finest and most caring people in the medical profession as I have ever known. They go far beyond the ordinary by making sure that treatment does not stop once their patients leave their office. As a senior citizen it is very comforting to know that I can reach them 24/7 year round. My wife and I would not ever consider going elsewhere for our medical needs.

I have been a patient of Dr Ocana for over four years now. I actually did not pick him as my primary doctor I was just assigned to him from my insurance company What a great choice they made. Every visit I go o the staff is wonderful, friendly and polite. Anytime that I felt ill and I called the office I was always treated with the utmost respect. Margarita is by far one of the best as far as calling me back and following up days later making sure that I am feeling better. If I ever had to call on a weekend or after hours Dr. Ocana always responded quickly. I totally recommend the Ocana Medical Clinic.

David Rivera's review is not real! I have been a patient of Dr. Ocana for over ten years! I trust him with my life. He and his staff are ultra professional and I have NEVER had any problem with them. On the contrary I have had some difficult issues and they literally bent over backwards to make sure I got the treatment I truly need! I would recommend this practice to any one that needs medical attention! We love all the staff in that office!

The last review I read is for Dr. Ocana is totally FALSE!!! I have no idea why this person say such a thing. Dr. Ocana is a great Primary Health Care physician! The staff is caring and very professional. This person must be talking about a different Dr. Ocana. This Dr. is nothing, if he is not caring and very professional, PERIOD! Not to mention NOT after your money.

I recently was put on Medicare. I went to Dr. Ocana because of word of mouth. I had been going to the same doctor for over 9 years before coming to Dr. Ocana. I could hardly walk, I had two amputations, diabetes and hypertension. I have now been seeing Dr. Ocana for around 14 months and after he changed my medications I am finally able to stand up from sitting. My heart is doing well and my AIC has gone from a 9 to 7.1 . I would refer anyone to come and see. You will be amazed. Thank you Dr. Ocana and staff.

I am a Veitnam Veteran and I use James Hailey VA center for my Military connected health issues and my primary Dr. at the VA is great, but because I'm now retried and have Medicare Coverage I use Dr. Ocana...he takes care of every day medical needs and I bring him a copy of my VA medical records..... I have the best of both worlds.....Dr. O cana is fantastic, he talks to me and not at me, we laugh and I could really enjoy his company, he is a careing down to earth human being....Cos. Maiolo.
