Dr Rivera as with any doctor is going to have issues. I am a man who is critical. I don't just go by emotions. Yet I must say after many years under his care that he has been the best doctor of pain management I've known. I don't like the location. But the man in my estimation is 5 stars. He has cared for me well. The doctor patient relationship is just that. If you help him he can help you all the more. I would gladly recommend him to anyone. If you are having chronic pain I recommend him. Blessings and peace to his staff and practice.

He is a very nice man. A physician's success or failure is highly dependent on his staff. I had my sacrum fused with cadaver bones and developed infection to the wound within 3 days. I had a huge gapping hole dug out where my 3 inch incision site used to be. I had to have a pic line inserted and antibiotic infusions for 3 months. Every single day, including weekends. And many complications in those 3 months. You may wonder why the heck I gave Dr Rivera 4 stars. He never gave up on me. He made sure I was treated properly. It has been a long road to recovery. I think it will take some time to get over what has happened to me the past 3 months. I will say, it take time before I do anymore procedures at Tampa Pain relief center.
