We engaged Fedelta Home Care to provide a care giver once a week for my mother. They were very easy to work with, made it easy to understand the process and the options, and provided multiple ways to communicate within the organization. We had them for almost a full year, and our care giver ALWAYS came at the date and time agreed (and it was the same nice lady!) She assisted with shopping, taking Mom to the Doctor, getting her hair done -- it was so great to have such a positive experience with something as critical as this. Would highly recommend Fedelta over some of the other agencies we initially evaluated.

The caregivers aren't necessarily perfect, but then no one on earth is perfect. I find their care almost universally outstanding and they indeed are very 'caring.' The only complaint is that one of them is always complaining that our house is too cold. That is not enough to change my rating, however, as I dare say that all of the others are marvelous and even he is quite good when he is doing his job.

When my Nana was in the hospital Fedelta helped us find the right facility to get her in for rehab. The representative was amazing and a whirlwind of positive energy while my family panicked since we knew so little about everything that was going on. Professional, compassionate, and wonderful. Those are the words I think best describe Fedelta.
