I love Dr. Willers! He’s an amazing doctor and doesn’t just look at the short term solution but the long term as well. He previously treated me and when I began having pain I knew he was the one that could help. The staff are friendly and polite. I had numerous questions and they never seemed inconvenienced. The office remodel is gorgeous. I love that the office has everything they need right at their fingertips. I can’t say enough about this facility, doctors or staff. Their extensive knowledge of the human body is not only impressive but the backbone of how they treat each patient.

Dr. Thompson performed foot surgery on me, and on two different occasions both be in the weekend I had concerns. His office has an answering machine that you leave a number I had no idea I would hear from anyone before Monday. Too much surprise my car was returned within 15 minutes. That doesn’t happen anymore, I was very impressed. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and very courteous. The wait for your appointment it’s never long. I would recommend this group to anyone.

I've seen several Doctors at this Group but this was the first time ever needing Dr. Crosby. On the first visit, I met Sam, his PA. She was awesome! I felt I was in good hands already! Then when I met Dr. Crosby, I knew I found a winning team! They were amazing! He did surgery on my hand and I had no pain afterwards! Needed no medication! Their whole staff is caring and wonderful! I love Dr. Colin Crosby as a doctor and a human being. I’ve been seeing him since 2015. He has now done both a neck fusion and lumbar fusion for me. He helped me explore every option possible before eventually having to do the surgeries. He never pushes surgery on you; he truly has your best health interest at heart. This practice has perfected the patient experience. When my daughter injured her knee we were initially scheduled for an MRI (2 weeks out) with another facility. Thankfully a friend called me to say we really needed to see Dr. Moore before any decision was made. Elite got us in for an appt the next day, then an MRI and we were on our way to treatment/recovery so much sooner!! In addition, with each step of the process you are met by excellence in care. From the front office staff to the nurses (Jordan, Brooke) to the PA (Jocelyn) to their PT team (Braden & Trinity) we always are impressed with the high level of care and kindness. Dr. Moore is awesome! He is honest, professional, thoughtful and the BEST orthopedic surgeon you will find! Soon after my daughter's injury, my son tore his ACL. We knew we wanted Dr. Moore as our surgeon and our experience has been equally EXCEPTIONAL! This was my second procedure with Dr Moore. I highly recommend him and his staff and would return to him if needed. The first was my Left rotator cuff repair and at 4 months my right rotator cuff repair. I’m very excited to no longer be in constant pain everyday and limited in what I’m able to do. Dr. Elrod is by far the best doctor I’ve seen. Super personable and you can tell he cares deeply for his patients. I live 2 hours away from his office but will happily make the drive to see him when I have issues going on. He’s done both of my ACL surgeries and he’s just simply the best. In the office everyone is super nice. It was very frustrating getting MRI transferred from Vanderbilt to the practice. Vanderbilt requires a physician to request the records or be there in person to get a disc. Dr. Won’t see you without it but won’t request it. Do yourself a favor and get all records before you go for appointment.

Doctor Willers is a wonderful physician. My foot surgery was initially very difficult because I was non weight bearing for 5 weeks, resulting in my loss of independence during that time. For me, that was the worst part of the entire experience. I never felt more than a very brief occasional ache in my foot. Dr. Willers is personable, kind, and he's never rushed me through a follow-up appointment. I looked for the best physician for my particular type of surgery and I was blessed to find Dr. Willers. Had right total knee replacement with Dr Raab yesterday. My preop experience was very smooth, organized and well coordinated, between both Elite Orthopedics and STMT. Also, Elite Orthopedics dealt quickly and appropriately with my major medical insurance as well as with FMLA and STD paperwork. Wooot!!!Day of surgery from admitting through discharge seemed to go quickly and smoothly. Am extremely pleased with all the care I have received

I broke my tibia and fibula at midnight a few days before Christmas and had to be taken to St. Thomas for emergency surgery. Dr. Martin completed my surgery and has been my doctor through post-op and recovery. From my first meeting with Dr. Martin at the ER she has been nothing but kind, thorough and generous with her time. She worked my surgery into an already busy schedule so I wouldn't have to wait in pain and kept close communication with me and my spouse throughout my entire hospital stay. Since then, she's been incredibly helpful at follow-ups (not to mention, she has never once been late for an appointment! Never had a doctor do that before!) and has made what's been a difficult injury much easier to deal with. Her entire staff is wonderful, too — PA Amy in particular! Dr. Martin is the best!

I love this place. They got me in to see someone quickly and the PA I have been to see a few times now is the best. Samantha (Sam) Huntsman has several years of experience there working with Dr. Samuel Crosby and I would trust her with anything. I don't think she needed any guidance on what to do diagnose or help me, but she did discuss and confirm what she found with Dr. Crosby and was right each time. Most importantly, she listened intently to everything I said, answered every single question, never made me feel rushed, and has the sweetest, kindest personality of any Dr. or PA I have ever met. After a bad experience at TOA a couple of years ago, I would recommend to anyone to try Elite first. TOA is too big, owned by a huge corporation and you can feel that in the entire atmosphere and attitude when you're there. Elite Orthopedics is the opposite.

Pretty good so far, however Being a stickler for the details type of person, there have been several things that have been less than desirable. No follow up apt. was made for us before leaving hosp after total knee replacement. Should have. Was not given any info.on the device used in knee nor the model number etc. Maybe a card to carry specifying my device. Do not know the device name not material used. Was not told under normal use, how long device should last. Will now have to call office back again for the umpteenth time, to find all this info out. Prompts etc. Waiting etc. So can not rate yet until these issues are resolved.

If you need any ortho work done. Do yourself a favor and don’t settle for an average everyday ortho group…be Elite, let these Top Tier professionals take care of you.

Dr. Price actually repaired my labrum and bicep in 2012 after two unsuccessful surgeries with another doctor. He literally gave me my life back at that point. So I knew when I had to have shoulder surgery again that I would be going to Dr. Price again. Just like last time, he did an amazing job on my other shoulder. My experience with Dr Samuel Crosby has been fantastic! He has an excellent bedside manner and is very sincere. Dr. Crosby treats you like a family member. He does not rush when he comes into the room he is very thorough when asking questions regarding the issue you are seeing him about. I had to have the joint in my right thumb fused. Dr Crosby explained to me exactly what would happen, he came and spoke with me the morning of my procedure and kept my husband informed throughout the entire procedure. My surgery went just as he said it would. Dr. Crosby made me feel entirely at ease with the entire process. Once I got home, his staff called to check on me a couple times and told me to call if I needed anything. Dr Crosby set up physical therapy at Elite Sports Medicine, and the staff members there were wonderful as well. The physical therapist that worked with me also informed me that Dr Crosby would call down to check on the progress I was making and would tell him what exercises he wanted me to do. He even told me that Dr Crosby did this with all his patients because he genuinely cares for his patients and their well-being. I will say that Dr Crosby definitely goes above and beyond in his profession. Dr Crosby's entire staff is awesome. I highly recommend him to everyone!!!!

Had a 3:30 appointment and was told to arrive at 3:00. Did not get called back until 4:00. Not sure if this is usual or not. Visit with Dr. Dovan was brief. Not a lot of time to have any detailed discussion. Just covered the basics. Felt rushed. X-rays were taken but those were not shared other than to say things looked fine. He ordered an MRI. Will see how the next appt goes and if the visit is more personal or less rushed. Not doubting his expertise. Just wasn’t expecting a long wait and then such a short and impersonal visit once brought back. Have heard nothing but positives about Elite Sports Medicine and its doctors. The front desk staff was friendly upon checking in. Waiting area was spacious with plenty of seating.

It was the best and highest rated of all the placed I researched for getting my spinal surgery, and second place wasn't even close and I u derstand why. Traveled 150 miles each way to go to elite for all my appointments and pre surgery stuff and I fi ally had my surgery yesterday. I had a severely ruptured c6 c7 and I had a disc replacement and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Dr. Colin Crosby and his entire staff are byfar the best medical professionals I have ever been treated by. I have been walking g around d in alot of pain for almost a year and every time I went there for an appointment it was very professional, I didn't have to do much waiting g at all neither in the waiting g room or the back and it is very clear that they are all very good at what they do. And they were like that all the way til after the surgery u til I got discharged and I expect it will be all the same at all .y follow up appointments. 5 stars is not enough

I had rotator cuff, labrum and biceps tendon repair. Some say it is the most painful surgery. I had an uneventful recovery and very little pain. Follow up appts were efficient and timely. Each appointment Dr Price made me feel like I was his only patient was in no rush and took time to make sure I was where I needed to be at each point in my recovery. It is very nice to have a physician who cares about his patient and doesn’t rush in and out as if you are only and number or next inline. I did have a few questions post operatively. I did have to leave a message but the RN/assistant return my call the same day and was very supportive and reassuring. I would recommend Dr. Price and Elite Sports Medicine to anyone needing orthopedic surgery. I am a nurse and no one hates being a patient more than me. I would rather be on the nursing side. Where do I begin with The Raab Team……Professionalism and Empathy wrapped into one Team comes to mind. My first meeting was with Kirby; we discussed my X-rays and the condition of my right hip. She never pressured me into moving forward with a Total Hip Replacement and I felt at ease with her approach. She placed the decision to move forward with me alone (knowing in hindsight that she knew my hip was in bad condition, but never tried to influence my decision). We first tried Meloxicam and it seemed to help, but only for about 2-weeks. At that point in time I decided to move forward with the surgery. Dr. Raab put me at ease for a major surgery. His approach is to the point, while also understanding my concerns for this procedure. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I was coat tailing a good friend’s hip replacement, so I had the luxury of “experiencing” the process in detail and getting to know Dr. Raab before meeting him. My friend highly recommended him and after my experience, I highly recommend him and his Team as well. At my 2-week Post Op Appointment I was walking (limping) out of his office spouting off about entering a Triathlon. I heard him say from a back room, concentrate on walking first. Needless to say, I liked his humor too! Physical Therapy was exceptional as well. Morgan and Bri took care of my recovery that lasted 6-weeks. It was obvious from the start that they wanted me to recover as quickly and safely as possible. They motivated and encouraged me through the entire recovery process and I can’t thank them enough. My only grievance; they have 2-3 Colon’s (Colin/Collin/etc) running around and I kept looking up every time I heard my name or one of the other Colin’s. (-: As a whole I can’t recommend them enough. The entire Raab Team was above and beyond what I expected and I definitely made the right decision with my right hip replacement. Triathlon, here we come!

I went in to get the results of an MRI. I got the worst news, a muscle, in my shoulder, 95% torn. For a person in a wheelchair, this means 6 months of being completely dependent on others! The quality of care is great at Elite Sports Medicine. At the hospital where my husband had surgery, the family could not go back until later during recovery. There were things such as the positioning/wearing of the sling, or when to resume certain medications, that were discussed only with him. Often after anesthesia, the patient may not be clear in remembering. I would make sure that the family member was involved during these times, if at all possible. However, the staff is competent, friendly, and professional.

I had a terrible fall in July of 2021. I broke my tibia, fibia, & my ankle was dislocated. I also had pieces of bone floating around. I was told I really did a number on myself with this injury. I was referred to my Orthopedic Dr. in my small town by the local ER staff after they did all they could do basically for me. The Orthopedic Dr. recommended that I see Dr. Jeffrey Willer’s at Elite Sports Medicine & Orthopedics in Nashville. This is my go-to orthopedics place. One time I drove 12 hours roundtrip just to get here because nobody else could figure out what was wrong (Dr Willers figured it out in five minutes). I’ve never had a bad experience with the staff. They can get me an mri in two days. The nurses always call back. Wait times aren’t too bad. But more than anything: the doctors are GOOD. They aren’t miracle workers but I’ve been to a lot of doctors and believe me they’re definitely above average. I’ve been coming here for probably three years and I recommend it to everyone they’re the best orthopedics group I’ve found anywhere (I bounce between three states). One time a doctor even apologized to my sister for how people with our disease get treated: that NEVER happens. It just showed compassion. Now she also gets pt there at my recommendation. The doctors are good. Take it from a chronic patient: this place is good. I spent two years being crippled and Dr. Willers is the only doctor who took me seriously AND figured out was wrong and he actually helped me!! The other doctors and my sister and I have seen here also rock but this place changed my life.

Dr. Jeffery Willers and his entire staff are wonderful ! They are knowledgeable, professional & caring people. I wouldn't go to anyone or anywhere else for corrective bone structures. Everyone was nice, explained what to expect with each step from check in, pre-op, on my way to the OR ( don’t remember anything once in OR) and Post Op. very happy with my overall care. Dr Moore is awesome and so far I’m feeling great with very minimal knee pain 1 day after surgery.
