Dr. Jacobs was my doctor when I lived in Louisville and I swear if I could drive back every time I needed her I would. She's an amazing doctor that if you listen to will be able to help you with anything. She is a listener and does spend time listening to her patients. If it causes her to be a little late to my appointment that's fine because I hope she listens to me too! She will be up front and honest with you. She does practice older styles of medicine while bringing in new styles. I miss her so much!!! I've still not found a doctor like her. As for body odor she doesn't have any! Doctor Jacobs I miss you!

Dr. Jacobs has been treating me for over a year. She is old school, direct and absolutely wonderful. I recommend her highly! I've never waited more than 5 minutes past my appt. time to get in and never waited more than 10 minutes in the room for the Doc. She is funny and caring. Having to leave my previous doctor was very upsetting, however Dr. Jacobs made the transition very easy and enjoyable. Thanks Doc. Merry Billingsley

The bad reviews below crack me up! Let me start by saying this woman is simply amazing! She is old school and truly cares about her patients and their welbeing. The only reason you would leave mad is because you probably were not doing what she wanted you to do. If you don't plan on following the directions of a doc, why go ing the first place. As for wait times...yes she runs behind sometimes. She sees her pts that really need her asap. She is well worth the wait. As for body odor....HAHAHAHAHA she has never ever smelled bad when I have been in her presence. Thanks Dr J for making my 13 yr old daughter feel cared about and that her health matters.

Dr. Jacobs listens, she communicates well with her patients and she treats her patients to the best of her ability. She can be direct, and I wouldn't have it any other way. She's fabulous and a rare find.
