I was VERY GLAD to have been REFERRED to (the) Center for Wellness and Pain Care (the 401 North Buffalo Location) ! From the WARM GREETING Given by the "Check-in Receptionist" Chaunte to the Help from the Assistant. Fabiola Capano is SPECIAL! She TAKES the TIME to Go Over My Condition and Shows COMPASSION and CARING! Of Course, When I was Departing, the "Check-out Receptionist" Nay was COURTEOUS as Well ! Also, a "Shout-Out" to both Paola and Genny! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND (the) Center for Wellness and Pain Care !!!

I'm fairly new i have been a patient for 5 month's now and I couldn't ask for better people. I use the Buffalo office my doctor is Fabiola and she is the best extremely professional and puts my mind at ease every time. Everyone at the front desk is great I wish this was the place I came to all along.

I have been working with Rebecca to solve prescription issue and she has been so amazing and caring. She has not made feel like I am doing anything wrong just caring and kind. I see Neil and he is such an amazing Dr he is so compassionate. His medical assistant is so friendly. This Pain Management clinic makes you feel valued as a patient not just giving the meds out!

Shannon, PA at the Cimarron clinic is AWESOME! No one wants to come to a pain clinic; however, Shannon is always pleasant & happy. Additionally, she is thorough with her exam, and treatment plan! We try traditional methods and she suggests other pathways too. I have been going to the Center for nearly 5 years and have been moved to several PA & NPs - but no way will I leave Shannon. If I have a question or have an issue, I put a message in the portal and she responds within 24 hours! Now, that is customer, or rather patient service! The medical field is difficult, especially due to staffing shortages and Shannon ALWAYS overcomes and comes through for her Patients! If you need a pain specialist - get in with Shannon!!!

Been going her for almost 3 years! I love the doctor I have now. Neil is the best. He listens to you and ur issues ur having. Dr Alexander was my favorite when he was still there. Wish he never left. But now I have Neil and would not want to see anyone else. Never had a issue with this office!🙂🙂 …

Fabiola is amazing!!!! I was so nervous when the office told me the appointment was with her when I had requested Dr. Campbell based on reviews. But now I'm so happy and thankful that we got her. We LOVE her! She truly cares about her patients, wonderful personality, great sense of humor, she listens, and she answers any questions you have. Doesn't rush you. She's not pushy. I really can't say enough nice things about her. Absolutely no complaints at all! LOVE HER!!!!

Had to wait a while to see the Dr., But it was well worth it. I was treated with respect and all my concerns were addressed. Everyone from the front desk to nurse practitioner were great. We have a plan now and I have something to look forward to, that means a lot when you struggle with chronic pain.

Dr. Fabiola has been one of the most amazing pain management Dr's I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She has taken care of me and helped me get a quality of life I didn't think I would have been able to get. She's kind and thoughtful and truly wants to help make your life the best it can be. I look forward to seeing her every month as our conversations are always amazing and the highlight of my day. She takes time to actually get to know you as a person and individual. I have always had a fear and unease with most doctors and Fabiola is the only one I would see and trust with my future and my life. So if your looking to actually get better and live your best life this is where you need to go.

Dr. Neil Jones is a wonderful and very experienced doctor. He cares about his clients and will go beyond to help his patients get better. I wouldn’t trade Dr. Jones in for any other doctor whatsoever. Even the staff at this practice is very friendly and professional.
