We used senior helpers to aid us in the care of our late 80 year-old parents. My mother had significant dimensia and they were the most wonderful, caring, and helpful support staff through all of her care including Hospice. Steve, the owner, takes a personal interest in every case and is always available to offer advice and support. We now use them to care for my 91 year-old father and have been equally impressed. The office staff, Chelsea, is like a family member. Highly recommend them.

What a wonderful company to do business with. The folks at Senior Helpers of Las Vegas really do understand the importance of, and how to deliver, fantastic customer service. After my first phone call, and a delightful conversation with Sandy, I knew in my gut that these were the right people to put my trust in. So glad I did, because everything about my experience was handled with professionalism, genuine concern and care. Senior Helpers of Las Vegas has been the biggest blessing I could ever have hoped for with caring for my grandmother!! About 8 weeks ago, my grandmother was a victim of some horrible things, o top of that it led to discovering many aspects of her health that are in bad shape. In the chaos of everything, it was decided she was going to live with me full time. Even when this was established we had to move her to me from another state and she was hospitalized again a few days after arriving. I was exhausted and barely functioning after the 5th week. Senior Helpers was highly recommended to me from her in patient Physical Therapy facility. The Owner, Steve, from the Las Vegas location came to meet with us just one day after the call was made. He explained everything to us and gave us so many resources to save money and eliminate stress. He asked us when we needed someone to start which ended up being the next day and he made it happen! They include so many features like cleaning, cooking and transportation for doctors appointments to recreational activities! These features allow me to maintain my full time work schedule and have a routine that allows us stress free way of life and my grandmother with amazing care to provide her a happy and healthy life style!!!! We have 2 amazing women that come 2 days a weeks each for a total of 4 days per week. Steve knows who and how to hire amazing caregivers. I'd like to give a shout out to Tawanda, or Wanda as my grandmother calls her, she makes my grandmother feel like a friend not a patient. She cooks amazing meals and goes above and beyond with the cooking and cleaning. She has helped do things for not only my grandmother but my husband and kids to help me maintain everything more comfortably than before my grandmother came to live with us!!! She is an amazing woman and has quickly become like part of the family which was far more than I ever expected from a care givers service!!! Our other caregiver, Sherene, is also another amazingly kind woman! She also goes above and beyond with the services she provides. I come home to a clean kitchen and home. Everyday there is a smile on my grandma's face and she seems happier than I've seen her in years! Thanks to these ladies and this company, my grandmother went from being malnourished at 108 lbs to healthy and has gained nearly 20 ls in 8 weeks due to the fabulous meals they make her and the stress she was under being gone and giving her the ability to feel safe and happy!! Thank you, Senior Helpers. Thank you Steve, Wanda, and Sherene.. Along with everyone else that I have had the pleasure of talking too from on call services (jenny), billing and compliance (Sandy) for making us feel secure, safe and welcomed!! I am so happy to have you in our lives!!
