Dr. Carillo is my favorite doctor to go to see for care.. She knows her stuff, and is highly professional and very personable. When it comes to experiencing anything out of the norm, Im confident that my visit with Dr. Carillo will help me get the care and answers I need for treatment and on track to better health. She is truly an amazing doctor! Her staff are also very professional and kind. I love that I never have to wait long to be seen. I have been seen here more than a handful of times and each and everyone of my experiences have been the same. That is why I am writing this and wanting to give her a great review thats been over due because I always leave her office feeling confident that I'm on the right track and just good. So thank you Dr. Carullo!

Never been to this doctors office before, but it had very good reviews. Way better reviews than Quick Care, which was where my wife said to go. So I took my 11 year old son in because he was not feeling well. The office visit cost was very reasonable and we didn't have to wait long at all before being seen by the doctor. The doctor was really knowledgeable and diagnosed my son with Bronchitis, Sinusitis and an Inner Ear Infection. He gave us samples of medication and wrote prescriptions for what he needed to get well fast. I knew that I wouldn't be able to remember everything that he was telling me and what I needed to do, so I asked if he would be willing to speak to my wife over the phone. He said absolutely not a problem. I dialed her number on my phone and they spoke together for a good 10 minutes. I have never had a doctor in my life do that before! They also gave my son a snack before he took his sample medication, so he wouldn't be taking it on a empty stomach. When we were ready to leave and walking out, I fully expected to be stopped and have to pay additional money before leaving. But no, everything was included in the original money paid in the beginning of our visit. Awesome experience and will be back when the need arises again. Even my wife says yes, we will be going back there again in the future.

I came here with no appointment and was expecting to wait at least an hour. To my surprise, I only waited 20 minutes. This place is very clean. The staff is professional and competent. The Dr. was great and very helpful to my issue and I was in and out of the office within 45 minutes with the prescriptions I needed. Not only are they an Immediate Care but it's also an Internal Medicine Clinic which works out for me because I have tried to find a good and honest Dr. in Vegas since I moved here and that was very difficult. Third time is a charm I guess. I will definitely go back here. Don't waste your time with other clinics, quality and professionalism are very rare to find in Las Vegas.

Went to the Tenaya Urgent Care with caution since the care received at the Eastern office was so terrible. What a difference! I had about a 5 minute wait; the nurse took info; were almost immediately seen by intern Bob and PA Josiah. They were very professional and informative, scheduled at CT scan which was taken right away. Josiah gave the results right away, prescribed antibiotics and left the examining room to dictate the results. We had to wait about a half hour for someone to come in and remove the IV which turned out to be unnecessary. I went looking for someone to speed things up as it was 4:00, my husband was hungry and threatened to remove the IV himself. I found someone in the office, told her our plight, and she brought us juice and cookies! Couldn't believe it. Super care and very attentive staff. I recommend this Urgent Care very highly (and I am super critical). Definitely a 5-star rating.

I took a break during the middle of my shift to get checked out. I was there and back in under an hour. Dr. Carullo was kind and attentive. I filled my prescription that day and recovered quickly. It's nice to know there are still a few urgent cares around who focus on quality patient care. I'll definitely visit again!

We've been here many times and the wait has never been too ridiculous and every doctor and nurse we've spoken to has been VERY caring and responsive. The care here is outstanding, and we don't have insurance so for the price it is especially good. They also do their best to help us save money, being that we're self pay, and one visit they even treated my wife at cost.

I've been to a lot of doctors. A LOT. I have reoccurring sores that appear on my ankles once to twice a year for the last 4 years and everytime i would be told by other doctors that was a skin infection....not this time! Dr. Carullo explained to me I had vein ulcers. To think I could have treated this 4 years ago! This experience was hands down one of the best in all regards. The office staff was efficient, kind, courteous, fast, and with a smile. I was in and out within an hour....i waited 4 years by going to other doctors to get the right treatment. Dr. Carullo answered all my questions with patience and took his time to explain and answer all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone looking for a urgent care with a vein specialist. I have a family history and now feel relieved with a plan for the future.
