Wow!!! Dr. Eells staff always goes all out on holiday decor for the waiting area!! Which I will go on record saying has the shortest wait times of any doctor’s office I’ve ever been in :) As usual, front desk staff was all smiles and treated us like family and friends!! My one and only recommendation for a primary care provider in the Las Vegas/Summerlin area!!! Best of care, and the lowest wait times on the planet!!!

This doctor is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the doors to the office, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Dr. Eells has gone above and beyond to be sure that my complete health and wellness have been made first priority. He is extremely knowledgable and personable. I never was made to wait. And if ever I needed to contact him or his staff, they were super speedy in responding by my inquiries. The office is inviting and his beautiful staff members are friendly and helpful in every way. Truly, I would recommend this medical office to anyone seeking answers to better their health and do so in a very personalized way.

Best doctor in town. I have been a patient of Dr Eells for 3 years now and wouldn't consider anyone else. Every time I've been here my wait time in the waiting room has been nill. I never wait for Dr Eells. Can't say the same for any other doctor I've been to. Dr. Eells is kind, compassionate, considerate and very smart. I feel like part of the family when I come into his office. You don't have those kinds of experiences at other doctor offices. Dr Eells is very knowledgeable when it comes to the human body and resolving any problems / concerns that I have asked about. I would recommend Dr Eells to all my friends and family. Being a part of his practice is worth the price of admission.

I've been with Dr. Eells for almost 2 years now and I've been extremely happy with him on all levels!! He's one of the kindest doctors I've met, he spends all the time I need on visits, making sure I understand what's going on, what meds to take or not to take, and other things I can do as far as healthy living choices go....which is great!! I came down with a case of Diverticulitis a few weekends okay and having him a phone call away, he even took the time to call me a couple times as I was recovering!! Not too many doctors I know go out of there way to check up, even double check up on their patients away from their office visits! He's a super doctor and great person!! I'm blessed to have him as my care provider :)

I've been under the care of Dr. Eells for over 4 years now. I was fairly new to the area and desperately needed to find another doctor, the one I was seeing just didn't seem to have any interest in me, and I grew tired of the long hours in the waiting room and the 5 minute visits. Lucky for me Dr. Eells was one of the first to show up on Google's search. I called his office, a very nice lady on the phone promptly set me up an appointment and now here it is, 4 years later and I can honestly say he has helped me more in 4 years than I could have ever imagined. His staff treats EVERYONE with kindness and respect, and they have created an environment that is welcoming, clean and effecient. Wait times are NOTHING!! It's unreal the difference. I just took my wife to an GI Doctor here locally....2 hours in the waiting room. Less than 15 mins with the Doctor. That doesn't happen at Dr. Eells. They help SO MANY people!! I felt compelled to write a review because he truly is a wonderful wonderful doctor. I can't put into world's how much he has done for me. Every time I have any questions regarding a pain in my side or a headache with nausea, he was there....happy to help me. He always takes the time to listen, and I have never felt rushed while in a visit with him....ever. He's as caring of a doctor as I've ever had, and I feel blessed to be under his care. I've gotten to know him very well over the last 700+ days and I can promise you this....he cares about every one of his patients, he's extremely knowledgeable in the various fields of medicine and I would be doing anyone looking for a good doctor a disservice if I didn't HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!! So if you're like me, and have grown tired of long waits in waiting rooms, unpleasant staff who never took the time to remember my name let alone my face and doctors with timers on me who always seemed to talk more than they listened.....I highly recommend Dr. Eells and his staff!! They have shown me that's not how they do business. Their level of care has exceeded my expectactions one hundred times over. He's the best doctor I've ever had bar none, and I'm forever grateful to have found someone like him. I recommend him to everyone I meet who might be looking for a care provider so I felt I should do the same here on Google....after all, that's how I found him :)

First I want to start off by saying Dr. Eells and his staff are top notch. His office has a warm, welcoming vibe and his staff have always been very kind and polite. I happen to be sitting in another doctor's office while I write this review. I've recently moved and since doing so my wait times have increased ten fold. I've been waiting for almost 2 hours in a waiting area packed full of people. This is how most doctor visits tend to go. Not at Dr. Eells. He spends time with his patients and his staff barely let's you sit down before setting you up in a room. He always spent as much time as I needed with me which is a rarity. I've been lucky to get 10 minutes with other doctors I've been to, and that's IF I actually see the doctor. Sometimes it's his "assistant". So instead of writing a bad review for the GI Doctor that I am still waiting to see, I decided to write an excellent review to one of the best care professionals I've ever had when it comes to medicine and health, Dr. Eells is the best choice if you're in the Vegas, Summerlin area, period.

My wife and I are in our late eighties. Having Dr Eells as our primary physician for the last several years has been a boon to our lives. He understands our needs and always provides any assistance we might need. His office staff is very friendly and helpful which makes our lives a little more pleasant. As a doctor, James Ellis is an intuitive diagnostician. He takes a very proactive approach to your health and well-being. His attention to your health details gives one the security that you are in good hands. His knowledge of medication which he uses judiciously promotes wellness. His fondness for natural remedies compliments his goal on treating the whole person. As a human being, his bedside manner,compassion and kindness are second to none. With the competent management of his office staff Lilly, Abi and Stephanie, doctor visits are once more "painless"! I am not one to leave comments for a business unless it has exceeded my expectations and Dr. Eells office is one. My husband and I are seen here and YES we do pay that extra amount annually that Dawn has stated and YES we pay a co-pay but is there really a price on our health?? His holistic approach to things, the time he spends speaking to us, remembering our issues, AND the fact I can text him on a WEEKEND for prescription refills etc is more than the price I pay. My husband nor I have ever felt "bullied" or have felt uncomfortable in the presence of any of the office staff. Nurse Lilly is such a delight & is always so informative if I have a payment issue, I guess she could be a sweet "pitbull", shes filled all my prescriptions when asked, answered all my questions as informative as possible, and even cares to know how MY days are going. Abby is such a great sight to see & so well mannered! Always saying hello or acknowledging us even if shes preoccupied. I intend to keep coming here no matter what Dr. Eells has had to do in order to help his patients. Its rare to find a Dr that can make you feel like family. I recommend OVER AND OVER AND OVER!! 10 stars if I could!
