We are new to Visiting Angels but first impressions have been outstanding. I am able to keep my mom and dad at their home of 60 years. Ashley the director has been very understanding to our needs and willing to work with all our requests. My parents angel ( Sherry) has made a big impression so far. Which is a great accomplishment because my parents are very demanding. Plus Visiting Angels has provided relief to me. Its great knowing they are under such good care.

Visiting Angel’s have been really great to help out with my parents. We started with them in April ‘21. I have a brother and a sister. Our parents are in their mid and late 70’s. We suddenly found ourselves in need of someone to be with dad. Our mom had suffered a sudden medical emergency and she was the one who took care of dad. He’s not in terrible shape but needs a lot of help moving around, dressing and etc... I did a search and found Visiting angels. I called and they were able to be here Monday 8 am, the pricing wasn’t as bad as I imagined and they sounded like they could help. They were here first thing Monday morning as promised. Lora came out along with the caregiver and got us set up. It was very simple and pleasant. Our mom recovered after a few weeks and we continue with a caregiver for dad. It gives mom a much needed break several days a week. My dad really enjoys Lauren (his caregiver). She is very down to earth, pleasant and helpful. There are several representatives. Lora was our initial representative and I’ve spoken with Jill, Ashley, Jennifer and Nicole at one time or another throughout all of this, but it doesn’t matter. Anyone you speak to will handle what is needed promptly. They have been very dependable, helpful and simple to deal with. They really have been a big relief for my whole family. We have an Angel for sure. Pamela Lovejoy has been caring for my mother for several months and she is absolutely the best. She helps her with meds, walks and exercises with her, fixes lunch and snacks, and does so much just around the house to help me as well. On top of that, my father who (up until this week) has not been her client, is treated so good by her and cared for as much as my mom. Pam loves my parents just like her own family. I have been an Angel for a little more than a year and a half. I have had car trouble excess dr appointments and the Angel staff has done everything to help me keep good hours. I have worked with several other agencies and not been happy. I really enjoy working with the Angel's because they show they care about you and the client. They match you with a client and they also never send you to somebody with out being introduced. They will meet you at a new clients house , introduce you and sort of let you know the clients needs. It isn't like you are going in with blinders on. All in all, I think they are just a great company to work for. I plan on staying till I retire.

The last time was a life saver when my father had just come out of the hospital sooner than expected and couldn't stay alone all night. I called them at the last minute and Ginny came through for me. Visiting Angels has been a life saver. I live 800 miles away from my mother and needed to know that someone could be there for her until I was able to set up a nursing home for her. She has dementia and when the sun goes down, her symptoms exponentially increased. They are there from 7 pm till 7 am and they are so helpful with getting her to get some sleep. They are there to talk with her (she's a chatty Kathy) and she says she loves and adores them. It gives me great peace of mind to know that she is being cared for so well. If you have a loved one that needs companionship, care, socializing and they are in the dementia/Alzheimer category, Visiting Angels is the perfect match. They are trained professionals. My mom loves them and I could not do what I needed to do without their assistance. I can't thank them enough!!!
