They have a beautiful new office. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly. I waited a few minutes before being taken to the exam room. The nurse made me very comfortable before Dr Forman came into the room. Dr Forman was very professional and took care of my issue. Then advised he how to proceed with my additional issues. When I moved to Tampa 12 years ago, I went through several dermatologists because let’s be honest a full body check scan by a stranger is uncomfortable. Dr. Forman has always been professional and has never dismissed my concerns. He removed a growth on my face and left no scarring. He never leaves me waiting in the room long and the the staff is professional and friendly and I’ve never had a problem scheduling. His old location was nice but the new clinic is top of the line and I plan to take advantage of the spa treatments soon.

Former patient of Dr Sosa's here. Though I miss him, I have to say, I went for an appointment yesterday and I was treated with the utmost respect. The staff was extremely friendly. Dr Bogel was extremely kind, I am very happy with her. Both her assistants were on it, very compassionate. The front desk was a great group. They were very understanding of our previous conversation where I wasn't thrilled about having to make an appointment. The office is pretty state of the art. Lot's of medical professions there. Kind of a one shop stop. Though it's a hike for me, it may not be for you and I will continue as a patient. The experience was just that good. Bonus... The fish tank is unreal!

They treat their patients great they have you in and out of the office without feeling rushed and do brief exams which is amazing for the condition I have they have been so attentive with helping me get the right care I am so happy I found this place. I had such a great experience! Over the weekend I had a really bad breakout on my face after never experiencing something like this I made an appointment for early Tuesday morning. I didn’t even wait 10 minutes and every staff member I came in contact with was very friendly. I saw Dr. Casey and she was so friendly, she thoroughly checked out my face and reviewed my products, came up with a game plan and I was out.

My appointment with Dr. Foreman (May 2020) was very unique: 1. Covid still has a presence at this time, and 2. I am now living outside of the USA. It was great being able to have an appointment with a doctor I am already familiar with, and whom I respect personally and professionally, along with his amazing staff members. They all treat you as equally important and ensure there is no stone left unturned. Special thanks to Madonna, Jennifer, and Victoria for making sure I was connected. The appointment went smooth, as Dr. always takes time out to simply listen to concerns. He's not rushing the conversation for sake of getting to the next patient, as most doctors do (i.e so annoying). He really cares. I am very satisfied with my results (after a prescription, of course), as my dark spots are now slowly fading. Thank you to the whole team.

I've had only one doctor, and that was in Japan, that I truly felt like this is a doctor that wants to cure what ales me. First, it is Dr. Ramani AND her staff...I was seeing a neurologist that was merging into Forcare Medical. He retired, Dr. Ramani was the doc for my appts. She listens to you, she examines you thoroughly, and I truly feel like this might just be the one that cures me. She is a Rheumatology doc who has been published and just to make this review short, if you a are in pain, scared or you've already been diagnosed, I urge you to at least try Forcare Medical and see if either herself or the newest member of the team ( I apologise ) I don't recall his name, call the office, speak to one of the exceptional office members and schedule. I must also mention... There is a blood lab AND small pharmacy on site. Now, my primary care at Forcare Medical, in the same office, so convenient, Dr. Tanya Bogle This doctor has gotten me from feeling so awful I could not even go out, leave my home. On a good day, I could clean my kitchen before I felt I'll and had to call it a day. She did every blood test under the sun and when She narrowed it down, sent me for more blood test. It took some time, but she found the main component of the problem, treated me followed up every few weeks and even ( hope you're sitting down ) called me to check on how I was doing! Dr. Bogle is the absolute BEST primary care physician I've ever had. She will not stop! Yes, I have to get another blood draw but, at least she orders blood draws. To follow up on the Medicine If she thinks you need something else, she gives you 3 referrals to choose from. Her staff also has that unique bed side manner as herself. They've calmed me when I was nervous, and their just EXCELLENT. Lastly, they also have dermatologists, get your moles and skin checked too!

I have recently seen Dr. Chawla in Rheumatology, he also takes the time to listen to what your symptoms are, explains things so you can understand and runs comprehensive tests to get answers. When you go to ForCare Medical Center you will have a team of experienced professionals, from the doctors to the nurses to the administrators, who take great care of their patients. There is little waiting in their beautiful new offices... which has the best Hot Chocolate (or coffee, expresso or latte) available in the waiting room. ForCare has different types of doctors. I see Dr. Forman, a dermatologist... and highly recommend him. Tell 'em Paul sent you!

First, Dr. Bogle is awesome and she will be missed! However, I called today in regards to setting an appointment with the Rhuemy department. Unbeknownst to me, that department is apparently closing down. The front office staff to answer the phone rudely said to me “it’s closed” without any explanation as to what happened, and to what my other options can be. I thought that was very distasteful. If you’re gonna answer the phone, at least answer and try to help the patient out because they may not be aware of what’s going on!

This review is about Dr. Tanya Bogle (PCP) with Forcare Medical Group, Tampa FL. I have been seeing Dr. Bogle for awhile now. She listens, kind, patient, understanding, cares, etc... Trust me all the good things you want in a family medical or primary care physician. I’m use to doctors quickly coming up with some sort of diagnosis as soon as you open your mouth. Do NOT let her sit back and think approach/let’s see deter you. She’s not just going to come up with anything off the top of her head if she’s not sure after evaluating you (holistically). I never knew that’s how a diamond rated PCP should be. I had extensive medical care needs even before seeing her. She is so thorough. She ordered my medical records from every doctor and every surgery I ever had (in my adult life) and went through them ALL. Dr. Bogle doesn’t just order labs and shove prescriptions down your throat. If she doesn’t understand something she’s not afraid to say, “I don’t know”. What I can tell you is after that “I don’t know”, she will refer you to a specialist but also spend her personal time researching, calling and trying to get to the ROOT of whatever it is. She calls (sometimes personally) or has her dedicated nurse call you if she knows you’re not well, not just one time either. I can go on and on... The things I’ve said are only the tip of the iceberg. I will (and have) traveled hours to keep her as my pcp. My deciding factor on my insurance preferences revolve around whether she accepts them or not. Yes, I feel she’s that good/great/excellent. Thank you Dr. Tanya Bogle. You have set a standard that I feel all my other Dr’s should/must have.

Dr. Chawla has been amazing! I brought my Mom to him for her osteoporosis. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us our options with handouts to read. He explained what diagnostics were needed and moved forward from there. My Mom is 81 years old, so he made sure she understood the plan. I am very impressed with Forcare Medical, they are very kind and compassionate professionals! Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses, PAs, and the doctors have treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. Today I had a Squamous cell carcinoma removed by Dr Epstein. She used the Mohs method which is less invasive and has a higher cure rate with skin cancers. She is a very skilled doctor and I felt completely at ease as she took care of my issue. The icing on the cake is her bedside manner, very easy going and personable. We had a nice conversation while she was taking care of me. I will add that her nurse ( I wish I got her name!) was so friendly and was gentle when administering the numbing agent, just a tiny pinch!!
