I felt Dr. Kwon knew what he was doing. But everything happened so fast that I was left with so many unanswered questions. Today the swelling interferes with my ability to do normal game protection since I am a table games dealer. This issue is going to cost me points as I will have to call in with no Dr's excuse.

Dr Kwon was obviously knowledgeable but more importantly, he was reassuring rather than condescending in telling me I was fine. His staff was efficient and friendly.
