Dr. Day removed a cyst from my scalp today. The office visit was quick yet appropriate as far as time goes. I’m a new patient and he took the time to get to know me. He explained what he was doing with a great mix of professionalism and humor. Unfortunately for me, I get these cysts regularly, and in the event of getting another one I’ll certainly be calling him. The staff was very kind, and the facilities were clean and modern. I highly recommend this physician and the facilities.

I have been going to Dr Day for 7 years. I see him twice a year to get a skin check for moles, irregularities, etc. I have always found him to be personable, kind, and very knowledgeable about the skin. I have never had to wait very long, if at all, for my appointment time and I find him and his staff very efficient. I feel very confident in his abilities and would recommend him to anyone! Keep it up Dr. Day!!

Torn Ear Repair: Dr. Day and his staff were amazing. Super kind and very informative. I had ripped an ear ring out of my ear lobe and it had split at the way thru. I wanted to get it fixed so I could wear ear rings again. Dr. Day was able to do repair my ear. It was a quick process and the procedure was not painful at all. I went in and they numbed my ear and it look them 20 minutes. I had stitches for 7 days and in 6 weeks I can get my ear re-pierced. Very affordable as well!!!! I highly recommend Dr. Day and the Belle Meade Dermatology Center!

Rare Skin Cancer-African American-Dr. Day has been my family's dermatologist for many years, however, this was my second visit as a patient. What started out as a painless pale mole in appearance, in my scalp several years ago, turned out to be a Basal Cell Carcinoma. Dr. Day performed a biopsy on my first visit and sent to the lab for testing. I received a phone call about a week later stating that it was indeed a Basal Cell Caricinoma, which is a form of skin cancer. This is rare and unusual for African Americans. A date was scheduled within a week to have it removed by performing the Moh's Surgery. I was a bit nervous, but Dr. Day and his assistant made me feel very comfortable and put my worries to ease. He is very professional and adds humor to his visits, which goes a long way when your nerves are a bit frazzled. The procedure was basically painless, just a little sting from the numbing injection. They didn't even have to shave any of my hair (yeah). I am very pleased with the level of care and concern I received from Dr. Day.

Dr. T. Wayne Day, MD is the best dermatologist in Nashville. His staff provides fast and friendly service. Dr. Day makes accurate diagnoses and treatment plans that are effective. Dr. Day is also a good listener and has strong people skills. If you have skin problems that won't go away, schedule an appointment with Dr. Day right away!
