Jessica LiversI have seen Melissa Davis twice, as a new patient and she is pretty awesome! She genuinely listened to my concerns and immediately worked with me for a resolution! Everything went quickly, yet smoothly and I didn’t feel rushed!! I didn’t have to wait for my appointment, I was called back immediately both times and Melissa was in my room within a minute or two. She asked me lots of questions, addressed my concerns and quickly worked to resolve my concerns, while making sure that it was the correct course of action for me. Not only did she take the time to thoroughly address my dermatology concerns, she asked genuine questions about the hysterectomy I had a few weeks prior. She is warm and friendly and seems to take great interest in her patients. Her medical assistant is just as kind and fantastic as Melissa Davis is. The office is very clean and orderly, as are the patient rooms. I am very pleased with my experiences thus far!! I would definitely recommend Melissa Davis at Associates in Dermatology!
Bob OverbergEasy and available parking with quick access to office. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I was taken to the exam room very close to appointment time. Doctor came in right after nurse completed questions. Very pleased and I felt they listened to my dermatology issues. They were welcoming and ready to help me decide what to do.
Heather GibbonsDr. Ashley Brown was fantastic and easy to talk to. She addressed all of my concerns and performed a thorough overall skin check. No lengthy waiting which was appreciated since my appointment was in the middle of the work day & I had to get back. Overall great experience.
Patty OgdenDr Shorten is an excellent doctor. She is very thorough in her examination. She found a dark spot on my scalp, and did a biopsy, and will notify me of the results. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a very knowledgeable, and caring physician.

They made sure I was comfortable throughout my procedures. I received excellent care and I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. McCall Jr. He was awesome!

It was my first time to have a skin cancer and first time in Dr. Brown’s office. Their entire operation of the office was top notch. I greatly appreciate their care for me.

Her staff is efficient and lovely. As they transition to a new system, they are handling it with aplomb and patiently helping customers navigate it.
Sheila SmithGot there early for my appointment-filled out new pt info-sat down and within 5 minutes was called back to exam room. Dr Browns assistant took some additional medical info from me. Dr brown examined my areas of concern and appropriate treatment was given. No complaints at all re: visit and procedures.
