Absolutely love this office! The girls are all so great at what they do. They genuinely care to help you with all scheduling needs and work with you as much as they can. Not to mention there they're all so adorable & friendly, greeting you with friendly smiles regardless the day or time ! I appreciate all of them and what they do! I've seen Craig Parson & he was wonderful. I enjoyed seeing him. I've also had the pleasure of meeting Olivia Bisignano! I adore her & would recommend either one of them to any of my close relatives or friends. Their bedside manner is remarkable! I don't always write a review but people tend to leave so much negative feed back I feel this team deserves positive recognition for how amazing they are as an office! Thank you for making my experience enjoyable. It truly matters.

Very friendly and very professional. My first visit was a very positive experience. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly. The exam was thorough and the doctor explained everything. Overall exceeding my expectations. I was able to do all the paperwork online prior to arrival so I didn’t have to sit there with a clipboard and try and find cards etc. They have a portal for appointments and follow up that is east to sign up for. Very highly recommended

She made me feel so comfortable and explained exactly what she would be doing, and after my examination she made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns regarding my visit. Dr Brennan is fantastic. His bedside manner is commendable. He took the time to treat my Dad with respect and talked to him like a friend. My Dad left the office so happy. The office has good systems in place and are efficient. It’s busy but you can tell they have gotten the kinks out the system. Def the place to go for dermatology needs.

Easy to find and in a good location. Took a seat and within 10 minutes I was called. Greeted by a charming Assistant named Maria, who had prepared all the papers that I needed to sign, the doctor joined in and explained in detail , the course of action we are going to take. All around it was a good visit.

The new office location is beautiful, and the available parking was a huge improvement over their previous location. 10/10 - highly recommend!

My whole visit went very smoothly. I checked in and soon after they gathered my information (ID and insurance card). I had a brief wait until they called me in and assigned me an exam room. I gave information for my visit and had a short wait for Dr Blanchard to see me. We went over my concerns and had my examination. I felt my concerns were heard and addressed. Everything was explained clearly to me and am very happy with the whole experience.

Friendly staff. It was my first visit. I felt confident with Dr. Parsons. Just an FYI: before my appointment I called the office and was left on hold, never connected. When I got to the office I was surprised by how many people were working and the fact no one had answered my call! Also, I did not receive a reminder email or text to remind me of my appointment.

A great experience beginning with the friendly & helpful staff checking in. Gianna listens to my many questions and helps prepare for the doctor's visit with me. She has always made sure I receive copies of my medical reports. She is wonderful! Dr. Parsons puts me at ease when he walks in and greets me! He has had to do biopsies and surgery on me and has does so well that my healing has been so easy. Dr. Parsons is the best! I do feel the staff cares about the treatments best for me.

Very pleased with our visit. Took me in right away, Dr Craig was very knowledgeable and was able to remove what needed to be done right away. I had been to other skin doctors, and there were always delays or unsure of what to do. Very professional, I highly recommend Dr Craig and this office!

A great experience overall I saw Brennon at the Sky Pointe Location and he was very attentive. He explained what he was diagnosing me with and gave me a thorough explanation of the treatment plan. Brennon also gave me next steps on my treatment plan in case the treatment doesn’t work as expected so I was informed and won’t be surprised down the line. The medical assistant was awesome too; He took my medical history in detail and documented everything that’s gone on up until my appointment so not only the doctor but my insurance company won’t have any questions.

The hardest part about annual appointment was locating the new office. Learned there were new treatment options we will check into on current as well as new next year Medicare Advantage insurance. Also, recieved updated prescription for topical treatment. Physician performed thorough head to toe, front back and sides. Return visit in a few weeks to see if topical took care of flare and discuss future pill or injection options. Felt person gave enough care and attention to my condition and any concerns and spent enough time answering questions and doing the exam. Came away feeling more in control of condition and less anxious about the flare up.

Once I saw my PA, Megan, I received wonderful care as always. The office staff, however, could use some training on customer service. I arrived 20 mins early, signed in immediately, and then sat for 30 mins without ANYONE calling me to the desk. I would still be sitting there I’m sure if I hadn’t gone up and asked why I hadn’t been called yet. Instead of apologizing and acknowledging their mistake they made the typical ‘computer error’ excuses. That is unacceptable! The sign in sheet shows what time I arrived and it takes 2 seconds to give patients an update so n what’s happening. No one should sit for 30 mins without a single word from staff. I wish that the doctors and PAs would take this more seriously because I leave drs for bad front desk service.

Have not had any complications after a treatment or a surgery. Good follow ups and attentive staff are always part of this groups way of doing business. New offices are pleasant and comfortable.

So much so that I've already sent my mother-in-law to him, and my brother-in-law is scheduling an appointment. He is friendly, engaging, caring, and thorough. You never feel rushed with him; he even asks me before I leave if there is anything else I'd like to discuss about my skin health. I recommend this practice highly. For the record, I'm a former 20-year veteran and VP of the Better Business Bureau, so I know a thing or two about identifying well-run businesses.

The office is clean and brightly lit.. I was greeted promptly, the receptionist checked me in right away. Everyone wore a mask as well as the patients. The waiting area was not crowded; I was called quickly to the examining area upon having my temperature checked. There was no time wasted in the examining room; the assistant questioned me briefly then Dr. Megan greeted me with a smiling attitude which is relaxing. My next appointment was set for me which I'm happy to do so. . And I would recommend this office and Dr to anyone.

From the time I walk through the door the energy was positive starting with the check in that thanked me for doing the paperwork online while I fumbled to find my insurance card. The assistant that took my temp and walked me back to the room greeted with a warm smile that put me at ease. My time with Dr Megan Wiesel was thorough as she kept calm conversation during the exam. I recognize that each of these individuals on this staff were trained and they were just 'doing their job'. However I have been to many doctors offices with well trained staff and I have felt like the patient that is blocking them from the next break. My experience here was welcoming competent and wonderful. I really appreciate that. Thank You!!!!

This time I had the pleasure of meeting Brady, a PA in training and if I might add, Brady is being trained by the Best Professional in his field of expertise. Brady is a very nice young man and is on his way to a great career path. Back to my appointment with Brennon. As always, Brennon is so thorough in explaining all of my options moving forward and I am so happy he was referred to me. I was nervous about a procedure that I chose to go ahead with and Brennon eased my worries with explanations in every aspect that I felt so calm and reassured leaving my appointment with no worries anymore. I reccomend Brennon Flannery for anything in this field as I am a very satisfied customer.

I did my paperwork online to save time. I waited about ten minutes before I was called back. The young man who took me back was super friendly, I want to say his name was Micah but I don't think that's right. He took down some information and then left and said he'd be back with the doctor. It was about two minutes later they returned. I met Dr. Parsons at that time. There was a very pretty assistant, but I didn't get her name. We discussed what needed to be done, a biopsy of a growth on my arm. The assistant got my arm numb and Dr. Parsons removed the spot. I don't think it was more than 10-15 minutes that I was in the room. I was at the office just 30 minutes from the time I walked in until I was leaving! I can't believe how efficient this practice is. And everyone was very friendly, something that is necessary in a physician's office. Additionally, this office is in my neighborhood, just five minutes from my house. Now, hopefully, I will have good news from the biopsy.

The only negative comment I can make was with instructions to find the facility. The street number should be posted large and clear in the same section as the building name. Its present location is difficult to see, especially from the street/driveway.

I am writing a review based on my August 3rd 2021 appointment… (Las Vegas Skin and Cancer Centennial Hills) Very friendly, nice nurses and staff. Doctor Craig is of course very knowledgeable and patient. He’s was very kind to myself and my husband with answering questions. The procedure was very quick and didn’t hurt at all, and I am amazed by that, and extremely grateful! (Other Doctor Offices) In my life, in the past (at other doctors offices) I would feel a lot of excruciating pain with every procedure I’ve ever had to have done, while awake. In my life in the past (at other doctors offices) nurses would outright make fun of me for crying and feeling any amount of pain. They would call me a “baby” and say that I’m “ridiculously sensitive” and that I needed to “grow up” which I always felt was very unkind and unprofessional especially when your body is being cut open in some way, while you are awake. I don’t think that anyone can decide how much pain a person is going to feel; because everyone experiences pain differently. (Las Vegas Skin and Cancer Centennial Hills) But not at Las Vegas Skin and Cancer Centennial Hills! My husband and I were treated with respect and care in every way, which I know is very difficult to find based on my past experiences and having to live with several medical issues my whole life. So we are so grateful that we found Las Vegas Skin and Cancer Centennial Hills and Doctor Craig. My husband mom died of Cancer, at a young age, as well as my best friend (who I grew up with) father, so they pushed me to get my multicolored mole looked at. My husband of course is naturally very worried about the mole. Cancer is a very serious issue and sensitive topic, so it’s nice to know that the people who work at Las Vegas Skin and Cancer really care about you, even after only one visit. So from the very bottom of my heart, I highly recommend this office, the doctor and their staff to take excellent care of anyone who walks through their door because they truly care about each an every one of their patients. 100% 5 Stars! This was my first visit to this skin clinic. I chose it because of the reviews online plus because it was only a mile or two from my house. I had a dark spot on my skin that had been itchy and changing as well as perioral dermatitis. Craig Parsons ended up being the Dr to help me. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly. I go back in four weeks to see if everything is worked out, but in the future I absolutely would go back to Dr. Parsons for any other skin issues. Dr. Parsons is not one of those arrogant Drs I have so often encountered. He really is just a cool guy.
