I can't say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Candace Spann. First off, her staff is amazing. Valerie, Cynthia, and everyone I encountered were immensely warm and welcoming. When I initially called to book, her first opening was 4 months out. I asked Valerie about a cancelation list, and she said she'd add me to it. Well, about 30 minutes later, Valerie reached out to inform there had been a cancelation for the following business day. I can't thank Valerie enough, she's a miracle worker. Now for Dr. Spann. There just aren't enough words to describe what a special human she is. I've lived all over the country and traveled all over the world. I've worked in the entertainment industry for nearly 2 decades, so I know instantly when I meet someone who possesses the 'light'. Dr. Candace Spann has that light. She's a very special human and doctor. She's astoundingly knowledgeable in her kraft and all related modalities. Her passion for it overflows the room. You will be overjoyed with your decision to work with her. Dr. Spann developed a strong treatment plan for me, and was even able to begin the first phase of that plan same day. I was supposed to be there solely for a consultation, so needless to say, I was surprised and elated to begin actionable treatment the first day. Overall all, I'm beyond happy with my experience here. I'm very excited about my prognosis and beyond confident in the results we'll yield. I feel fortunate to have found this gem. Thanks again guys for all your help.

Dr Spann is one of the most compassionate doctors I have met in a long time. And as a chronic illness patient - I see A LOT of doctors. She is knowledgeable beyond just dermatology. She spent time with, answered all of my questions, and promised to get to the bottom of a very complex health issue I have going on. She is willing to confer with many other doctors to figure this out and instead of writing me off or passing me along (like every other doctor has in town, she’s offering different paths to get to the answer. She said we won’t stop til we figure this out. She is so much more than just a dermatologist! Her staff was exceptional (esp. Lydia) as well, very communicative and helpful. I can’t thank my friend enough for recommending me to her. It’s hard to find rare gem doctors like her!

I am very happy with this doctor and this office. I have been going here for over a year now and have had many appointments (due to the large amount of moles I have). I've never had to wait long, I've always gotten right in. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Candace Spann is wonderful! She actually takes the time to give my moles a complete examination. She will take pictures of them, measure them and then mark the dimensions. I've never had a dermatologist do that before and I've been to plenty. She'll answer all of my questions and explain things to me (which is very important to me) and she is always happy and friendly. After 15 years of searching for a good dermatologist, I think I found her. She is the best dermatologist I've ever had.

After losing over 100lbs I had loose skin. I was recommended to see Dr. Marvin Spann. He took the time to walk me through what my options were and what to expect. Surgery went smooth and post op things went great. He works wonders! I recommend him to others all the time and will be back for my next procedure!

Dr. Candace Spann was incredible. Super patient, thorough, and very nice. I came to her for a checkup after having-a-less than desirable experience elsewhere and she was wonderful. After finishing paperwork there was just about a 10 minute wait and that was it. I'm so thankful to have found her!

I was most impressed with my first doctor's visit with Candace Spann, MD. My hair had been shedding (zip lock back full) for months. After seeing four different doctors, and having blood drawn, twice, it was determined I was fine because my blood work results were the "normal range." Dr. Spann took me serious and didn't dismiss my concerns, as she listened intently than shared her story. She was the only doctor that discovered a few things were off with my blood work. She's very detailed orientated. I haven't had a doctor explain health issues in detail like that in years. She is so very intelligent and charismatic doctor, and shows she cares about her patients. I've been using her ReTress hair products she created, and I can see a difference in just two days. Dr. C. Spann is my hair restoration angel. I am Looking forward to my next visit with her. I Love everything about Contour Dermatology.

I am a 47 year old woman who went to see Dr. Candace Spann for sudden hair loss. Over the course of the last 10 months, I was averaging losing 200/300 strands of hair per day. As of right now, I have lost over 75% of my hair. Fortunately for me, I had a lot to start out with. After just 2 months, 3 visits and using Dr. Spann's product, which she DID NOT push on me, my hair loss has, for the most part, ceased. Now I lose approximately 2/5 strands of hair per day. When first sending in my website inquiry into Dr. Spann's office, I was immediately contacted by a member of her staff who fit me into Dr. Spann's busy schedule as she heard the urgency in my voice. When I arrived at her office, which is beautifully decorated, I was greeted by her friendly staff who were and are an absolute pleasure to come into contact with. I met with Dr. Spann who is not only beautiful on the outside, but also on the inside. She was extremely empathetic to my situation and remained calm which is exactly what I needed since I was extremely worried. She spent a good amount of time with me explaining the "hair loss" process, in depth, and acted according to my given situation. Next month I am scheduled for Dr. Spann to administer PRP on me which she DID NOT push me to do. As a matter of fact, I asked for PRP the first time I saw her and she suggested that I wait and see what happens over the course of the next couple of months as she did not want me to spend the money if it wasn't something that would work for my situation. I am a Las Vegas native and, in all my years over seeing doctors, I have never found a doctor who is more caring and knowledgeable. I want to make it clear that Dr. Spann did not ask me to write this review, I felt it only appropriate since she has, literally, changed my life in the last 2 months. If you are experiencing "hair loss", PLEASE go see her right away. My only regret is that I did not go see her sooner. I am forever grateful...

Best set of Beauty Doctors at Couture Dermatology & Plastic Surgery!! I feel so blessed I found this “dynamic duo.” Drs. Candace and Marvin Spann are hands down the best doctors in town for dermatology and plastic surgery. Been going to them for years after a friend recommended them and they continue to exceeded my expectations every time. The Drs. are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and on the cutting edge in their field (dermatology and plastic surgery) and their offices are beautiful, elegant, and impeccable. Both Doctors enjoy holding promotional events when introducing a new treatment in their practice. Last autumn, I attended an event where they introduced the Agnes & Scarlet treatments. It was an informative presentation followed by a Q and A. And of course, like all they do, it was elegant: they had a beautiful and tasty spread made up of great wines, a delicious charcuterie board, and melt into your mouth desserts. The Doctors also held raffle throughout the evening with an assortment of prizes which included beauty products and discounted treatments packages. We had the opportunity to speak with the Drs. one-on-one at the event, got to know the staff and met new people. At the end of the event, we all walked away with lovely goodie bags. The event was lovely and elegant, just like them. They make a lovely and personable couple and everyone enjoys being around them. One could not ask for a better set of Doctors and I cannot say enough about them. When it comes to dermatology and plastic surgery, there is only one place in Vegas to go: Couture Dermatology and Plastic Surgery. No need to go to Hollywood to find the best….the best is already here. How lucky are we? We hit the jackpot! ;)
