I received my cleaning and fillings here! Dr. Huber and Selena the dental assistant did my fillings and it was a great experience; we literally talked about everything. The front desk is nice and welcoming. On top of that after your visit you receive cookies and let me tell you they are very tasty. If you ever need dental work done this is the place to go to. This is the best office in my opinion that Wichita Family Dental has in town!

Went in to get one of my wisdom tooth pulled because of pain. Ended up taking out my tooth from a previous root canal treatment as well which I didn’t go back for a filling since my experience there was horrible. Wichita Family Dental West is the best place to go. The receptionist was really sweet and helpful. Stephanie and Doctor Huber were awesome!! We talked about anything and everything which made me open up and let loosen up a little. The procedure didn’t take more than 20 min and it was painless. Whether it is a simple cleaning or another removal I am definitely coming back here.

I had to have a tooth removed. I chose Wichita Family Dental West I had been to them a few years back . I really liked how nice and courteous they were. My experience with this extraction was done in a short time and no pain. Numbing injection was given by a young lady who knew her job !! Hardly felt it !! And Dr. H has impressed me !! I was very pleased with my care !! Thank you !!

This was only my second experience at Wichita Family Dental West. My experience was pleasant and relaxed. The staff, the doctor and assistant all worked together in a very professional manner. They provided and answered all my questions with great care and detail in mind. They truly work together and provide the best care during your visit. I highly recommend their service if you're looking to find a complete and worthy family dental facility in west Wichita. They did actually give me a fat lip but I may have objected otherwise😊

I have an extremely case of anxiety as usual for the dentist, which extends back to my childhood visits. When I got the painful ache in my tooth I knew I couldn't put it off anymore. Being just moved here from a small town in Western KS I had no clue where to go. I called the first number I seen on the web. Once a treatment plan was initially made, I knew there was no stepping back. Easy peasy. Dr. McDaniel was amazing from explaining and making sure I was ok. His assistant was super sweet and caring. Thank you for helping a women in need for an extraction and pain relief with "no tears"..

Not a big fan of any dentists office but the team at WFD-West was very understanding of my situation and took care of everything like true professionals. Dr. Huber & Jess were both amazing during my procedure! My wife and I go here for our dental work. The entire staff is amazing, kind, friendly, and caring. They walk you through everything before starting the procedure, I had no pain throughout the process, and felt truly cared for every step of the way. I also love that they make crowns in office and I didn’t have to come in for a multiple appointments. Which is awesome if you have a busy schedule. They also have weekend appointments and have seen me quickly for dental emergencies. The scenery from the rooms is also amazing and fun to watch! I highly recommend Wichita Family Dental!

They were nice and not bothered by my fear of dentists and horrible, awful, disgusting teeth. Went in for a tooth abscess. They made it clear nothing would be done without paying upfront so had to reschedule. Would like to be given emergency services before they ask me for money but I understand how this world works. No money, no comfort. So a whole other week of waiting (until the 29th, after when i get paid), being in pain with no dr willing to give me anything for pain, though I did not ask this dentist. Will be going back to remove abscesses tooth and will eventually remove them all and replace with implants.

Wichita family dental became my place because when I had an emergency they were the only ones open. Recently I have had 2 root canals and a crown done by dr. McDaniels and outside of pain due to the injection sites very little pain afterwards. The staff accommodates any special need I might have and I like dr. McDaniels we work good together to accomplish my good dental health.

Haven’t seen a dentist in over two years due to some trauma I experienced in the past that’s made it hard to find a new dental office I can trust. However, I stumbled upon a dental emergency and went online to find a place I could get treatment for quickly and came across the many great reviews for this practice. Appointment was made and I was surprised how soon they could get me in! While there, Ivy was very friendly and listened to everything I had to say. Dr. McDaniel was also friendly, but very too-the-point which I appreciated. Even though I do not have dental insurance and the final price was a bit more than I planned for, I was able to get thorough and beautiful work done that made every dollar worth it. Scheduled again for another appointment, to which I’m happy to say I feel I can put my trust into capable hands.

I needed a new dentist and had a dental emergency. WFDW was recommended and to my surprise they got me in for an evaluation the same day. My dental repair was performed 2 days later and Dr McDaniel and Courtney C were outstanding. For a new patient I fully expected long delays to get treated. I highly recommend this office. They only treat you for what you need and won’t take advantage of you.

I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist based off past bad experiences. Everyone in this office is great, but especially Courtney, the hygenist, and Dr. McDaniel. They both really put me at ease, to the point where I'll only go on days they'll be working, and I only want them working on me. (Again, bad experiences.) Even my fiance who also has anxiety about the dentist has moved to this practice, and agrees, they're the best. I've had two other dentists in this office work on me, and they were great too. But, I can't say enough good about Courtney the hygenist, I'll follow her anywhere she may go for real. (Not in a creepy way lol)

Doc Amy and Erin were absolutely amazing. I made the call for this Saturday appointment only 2 hours before walking into the clinic. I walked in with the worst toothache and they took such good care of me. They listened to me and did everything they could to keep my comfortable through my root canal procedure, and got the entire process crown and all done in one day. Wichita Family Dental was not my primary dentist office before today, but they definitely are now. Thank to everyone who helped me!

My husband needed to get in right away this weekend for a dental emergency. We’ve been to the East clinic before so we called them before business hours and to our amaze someone answered. They referred us over to the West Clinic since they could get us in quicker. I was amazed! They went above an beyond to take care of my husband. On a very busy Saturday they made time to give him a root canal and crown! While yes, we were at the clinic for a long period of time they balanced us in with the regular appointments, all while down a Doctor. I was very pleased with their patient care and pain management as my husband was extremely painful. From the front of the office, through our procedure, to the time we walked out the door I felt like we were #1 priority with every person we encountered. We will most certainly be back for regular cleanings and every other dental need we have. We couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing care we received today!

Wichita Family Dental West on Ridge Rd...,my first visit was the best!! I made an appointment on a Saturday, for the following Monday @ 7:00am. I had a procedure done that morning, going back to them in a week for follow up appointment. Loved them all so much that I already have made a cleaning checkup appointment for next February. Dr. LeMaster is an excellent dentist. I have, unfortunately, had a large amount of dental work done over the years and visited a more than normal amount of dentists. I’ve also developed anxiety around visiting the dentist because of past bad experiences. I have very little anxiety when visiting her. She has a pleasant manner but more importantly is the clear dedication to doing good work and her interest in the work that immediately made me like her as a professional. Her novacaine shots are done delicately and hurt as little as they can. My co-worker’s sister is a dental hygienist and visited this dentist (without stating that she was one to experience it as any other patient would) as a patient. She reported back that it was a great experience with a great dentist. So well vetted in my mind. If you are looking for a new dentist, she is a good one. You will need to specify you want to schedule at the west location as the east one uses the same call center. I’ve found the dental hygentist and the front desk people at the west location to be friendly and competent as well.

On a Friday night, I chipped/broke a tooth & obviously started desperately googling dentist offices open Saturdays and ALSO accept new patients at a moments notice. I called Saturday morning & got in not even 2hrs later. Ethan at the front desk was so sweet & laughed with me about my horrible situation (and gave me a fresh blueberry muffin on my way out btw.) Erin, the dental hygienist, was the light of my day. She was incredibly helpful, funny, and professional all at the same time. Definitely someone you want in the exam room with you before the dentist comes in. If anyone ever asks me for a dentist recommendation, hands down I would tell them to go to Dr. LeMaster. She has amazing “bedside” manner. She didn’t try to rush through to get to her next patient; before she was done she said “Now that’s something I’m proud to have my name on.” You’d hope every health care professional thinks that after treating you, but in some experiences, that isn’t always the case. Seriously, I’d give them more stars if I could because every part of my experience was impeccable.

This is the best dentist office ever! From the moment you walk in, you are welcomed with open arms, made to feel comfortable and treated like family! I am terrified of the dentist and I have got up and walked out from a cleaning. Dr. LeMaster and her staff are phenomenal and make you feel so relaxed! Dr. LeMaster herself is such a blessing. I have Eagles Syndrome and regular ENT Doctors ran from it. Dr. LeMaster did research and made phone calls and got me to a doctor that fixed me.
