It began when I made the initial phone call. The receptionist was friendly, polite and professional. I called again to see if I could get an appointment sooner because of my mom's issue. This time, I spoke with another receptionist that was also friendly, polite and professional. The day of my mom's appointment, we walked in and was greeting with a smile and, that same politeness and professionalism I received from my telephone conversations. The staff here is wonderful! The reception area is large and inviting. The dental rooms are spacious and clean. I can tell that the employees enjoy working here. My first time experience was EXCEPTIONAL!

Reception/ front desk are exceptional — makes it a comfortable and efficient experience coming to the dentist! Also I have a lot of dental anxiety but Dr Jean is super duper nice and exceptional (had a huge cavity on the verge of requiring a root canal but she was able to treat it without going that far!) Happy healthy customer.

Dr Atam is the best dentist I have ever been to. I had a problem previously with not getting numb for a filling, after an hour of shots nothing worked so I was very nervous to try again for my filling. Dr Atam was incredibly patient and executed the numbing and drilling with such precision I knew there was nothing to worry about, I felt instantly reassured that I was in great hands. I hope she remains my dentist! Thank you for your great service.

My whole experience at United Dental Group was excellent--from the receptionists who greeted me in the waiting area to the dental assistant Keona and dentist Dr. Enjuweh. I had a dental check-up and cleaning both of which were more thorough and painless than any other dentist I have ever visited. I have found a new dentist!

The entire office was awesome! The hygienist Melody was kind and professional, as were the front staff. I had gone to another office a month before coming here, they recommended I do an expensive deep clean, however, Dr. Boateng here at United Dental Group was able to see the tartar on my X-rays and gum line measurements and determine that that wasn’t necessary. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and professional. Strongly recommend!

Karen, Khaliah and Keyanna greeted me when I arrived. They were very professional. I want to thank both the doctor and her assistant for their professionalism. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was seen, there was hardly any wait. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. KK was the dentist’s assistant and I really loved how personable and warm she was. These women did an excellent job, my mouth feels cleaner and they referred me to a much-needed orthodontist. I think the entire team graciously.

I am really surprised by the reviews for United. I've been going there for 8 years and I love them. I know no one really likes the dentist, but I am very confused. I start going based on a colleague's recommendation, and they've been great right from the start. Great front desk staff - always accommodating for scheduling. I didn't even have dental insurance when I first had to go there for a problem, and they were really nice about working with me. I've had several dentists there and all have been efficient and effective. I had one dental hygienist that wasn't very careful and kept jabbing my cheek with that sharp straw thing, but I only had her twice and I've never seen her again. Everyone else has been great.

Went here for the first time 2 weeks ago and everyone was great. The front desk staff, especially Jose and Zante, are great, answer all questions, keep you updated in the waiting room, and are wonderful about scheduling. I went in yesterday for some fillings but had a reallllly bad toothache caused by my wisdom teeth. The dentists response: would you rather me take out your wisdom teeth today? I thought that scheduling my wisdom teeth removal would be weeks of waiting, but they were able to coordinate between this office and their office in Tysons Corner to get them out same day. I'm so glad I did, the removal was not nearly as big of a deal as I thought it would be, and my toothache is gone! Love the staff, highly recommend!

The practice is desperately working to improve its image, and it shows. While I have seen some upcharging in my few years as a client, I have always received high-quality professional service from very competent and knowledgeable staff. I recently had some deep cleaning that needed to be done, and thanks to United's care and maintainance regime my gums and teeth have significantly improved.

I can't believe some of reviews and I have been going to them for about two years now. I must say that they have taken care of all my needs, my bills have been straight; because they give you a treatment plan prior to billing and I have been treated with nothing but patience and kindness. I was just there the other day and I was in and out with my cleaning and treatment and did not wait long at all. I believe all the bad has been weened out and we can not be responsible for everyone or their actions. We learn how not to be and do is the best we can.

United Dental Group in DC My friend suggested me and a reference for them, I had been there for 7 years so far since December 2012. The last time, I was there since November 2015. I went for my cleaning,saw Dr. Alukha,she was awesome. I had a cavity and she took care of it right there. She took her time to explain everything and showed me what needed to be done,even gave me her headphones so I could be relaxed. Best part was I didn't feel anything when she gave me a shot. I had been there many times for years, but I was supposed to go back two years ago. Last year, in 2020, was the wrong time, and this year, in 2021, the good time to go there. I'm so happy that I need it for the dental exam, X-rays, and cleaning. The front desk is friendly, the restroom is cleaned, the waiting room is good, and a dental assistant is supportive and helpful. A dental doctor is friendly and courageous to do right the best for teeth as well. I can see that most of them are new employees to me than before, how's interesting. I'm very comfortable with them so far. I will be coming back there AGAIN. It was nice to be back.
