I was very pleased with my phone call and visit to Lakeshore Dental. My initial contact was with Kendra. She was professional, very thorough, and extremely helpful, as I was in a situation that needed immediate attention. Ariel was kind, helpful, and professional as well when I came in for the office visit. I was highly impressed with Dr. Patel’s honesty. I had actually come to the office for a second opinion. I needed immediate and urgent attention for my dental concern. He was attentive, professional, patient, and answered all of my questions. I respected, and felt very comfortable with his medical opinion. For me, his honesty was amazing because I was between two opinions and needed to make a timely decision. Overall, my experience with Lakeshore Dental receives a Five Star rating!

Efficient, friendly and caring staff. From the front desk check in and checkout, it was a pleasure. My hygienist was Karen; she was professional, offered great suggestions in assisting me with my oral health and did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, not to mention the X-rays didn’t trigger my gag reflex. Dr. Patel was friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do but I must say, I am so glad I got this appointment and had such a good experience. This was my first visit and I intend to become an established patient. The Dentist I’ve been seeing for 12 years is wonderful but I couldn’t get an appointment for several months and is a lot farther from my home. I was able to obtain an appointment as a new patient fairly quickly at Lakeshore Dental. Highly recommend this practice and thanks to my son and daughter in law for the recommendation!! I've been a patient of Lakeshore Dental for many years. They've helped me with a dental implant to replace my front tooth after a failed root canal by another provider (and it looks so natural), many routine check ups, and dental surgeries. I highly recommend this expert team! The new office has a beautiful view of a nearby lake, and Karen is my favorite dental hygenist! She is an excellent conversationalist, addresses all of my concerns, and somehow, she remembers me and what we talked about last year, each time I come in for my annual check up. It’s was our daughters first dental appointment and it was phenomenal! Everything we could have wanted and more. The front desk staff were welcoming and attentive, Valerie (our dental hygienist) was amazing and made our daughter feel safe, comfortable, and made her feel brave through her appointment (she is 3). If I could give 6 stars, I would. Amazing, wonderful, kind, people, who did a FantastiC job on the dental emergency I had this morning... I've always been terrified of the dentist, but they made me super comfortable, and fixed the problem immediately, even though I had never been a patient before, and had no appointment. I say "hadn't" because I didn't have dentist, but I do now, can't imagine going anywhere else ever again.

I couldn't be more appreciative of everyone there. ________ My first experience at Lakeshore Dental was very pleasant. Everyone was very friendly and the wait time after arriving to my scheduled appointment was minimal. My visit with the Dr. was short as I was there for a quick consultation. He made me feel comfortable and asked me several times if there were any additional questions or concerns I had. I feel confidant about the care I will receive once I am back in the chair. Contacted Lakeshore (open on Friday unlike most dental practices) to see if there was a chance of their seeing me…taken in immediately. After a disturbing and negative visit to a local dentist, I went to Lakeshore Dental for a second consultation. After a very short wait, I was led back to the examining room by a friendly, calming dental tech. She made me comfortable in the chair, and shortly the dentist arrived. I'll try to summarize how this visit went with the dentist, Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel is an engaging, comfortable, knowledgeable professional. He is truly the best dentist I've been to in my 63 years. Whereas the first dentist was doom and gloom about my particular dental problem, Dr. Patel was upbeat and confident while examining me. He told me that he was confident that he could save a tooth that I had already resigned myself to losing. Dr. Patel explained how he was going to be able to save this tooth, the methods he would be using, and he came across as very confident in his skills in this area. Dr. Patel saved the tooth, and the final result was a beautiful, natural looking crown over the natural tooth- a much better outcome than losing the tooth. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole staff at Lakeshore Dental, from the friendly and helpful admin staff, to the dedicated and caring dental techs working with Dr. Patel, and Dr. Patel himself. It could not have gone better for me. I encourage everyone to give Dr. Patel and his staff a try. I really believe that if it is even remotely possible to ensure a positive outcome for your dental needs, Lakeshore Dental is the place to go.

I found this place while looking for an emergency appointment for my boyfriend. After filtering through google reviews, I called them and got an appointment for the next day. The staff was so friendly and professional that I made appointments for both my daughter and I. My kid has a ton of energy and usually cries at the dentist but seems to love going to Lakeshore Dental. The hygienists usually ask me about my daughter whenever I visit without her. In addition, the dentist actually explains what he’s doing, makes recommendations, and allows patients to ask questions. After seeing my regular Dentist today I was told I needed a surgeon ASAP. BUT I was sent out of his office with a stack of phone numbers. I was told to call around. I had an emergency appendectomy a few weeks ago. The inside of my mouth was cut open when they put the tube down my throat .Also I had a piece of jaw bone sticking out. Last night a piece of bone came out. The pain became unreal. After calling around and everyone saying they can't help me. Or go to the ER... FINALLY I found Lakeshore Dental. They fit me in. Everyone was so friendly happy and the Dr was very nice himself. I would recommend going to them any day of the week.

Today i went to the dentist for the first time in 10 years. If you are terrified like i was i encourage you to come here. The first visit was just x-rays and then Dr Patel gently looked in my mouth and established the plan of care. So if your scared, this is an easy step that doesn't involve anything intense. I have to go back in a week for a deep cleaning, which i know wont be fun. However, my constant worry and stress about my chompers is gone. I will update this review if anything changes but for right now, 10 stars!! Go to the dentist!, if i can do it, you can too!!

I walked into this dental office thinking that the dentist would recommend I pull out all my teeth and I get dentures. Instead, Dr Patel saved all of my teeth. He created a plan and worked with me to create a better smile. in the beginning my cavities were so deep that they kept falling out, Dr Patel had enough integrity to replace the feelings every time they fell out until the day came that I was able to afford the crown that I needed. The staff is very efficient, friendly, welcoming and caring. Kudos to Misty and Tammy. I had a root canal and crown that was done by other dentist. He did not make the crown very well so the food will trap all over the place and lots of inflamation and pain. I called and got an appointment the next day. I have to say that they have really kept up with the technology. I got my teeth 3D scanned by Dr. Patel, and got a new crown done within 3 days. The crown fits so well that I don't even feel it being there. Good bye to the pain. I also had couple of fillings, which are done so well that I can't even tell in which teeth he did it. Dr. Patel also uses clear material for fillings, which is invisible. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and informative. He discussed the problems and possible fixes for it, and included me in all the decision making. Thanks to Dr. Patel and staff.

18 Nov 19 I went in for cleaning and I was experiencing a sensitive tooth. They thought the cause was an old cavity. Sure enough it was. My tooth feels 100% better and I can chew normal again. I unfortunately had to get a bridge put in. I'm extremely happy with the way it turn out. The technology they used to match the bridge to my teeth is state of the art.
