I was recommended here by a loved one. I have always been very pleased with the service at Tampa Palms Dentistry. The office setting is very new and clean. The highly professional staff make you feel very welcomed and comfortable from the moment you walk in. The dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants are very knowledgeable, caring, patient, and skilled. I always appreciate how they explain everything to me in a clear, detailed fashion. The booking process is also very simple and they have flexible availability. As a health professional myself, I would highly recommend Tampa Palms Dentistry to anyone.

Dr. Georges and his staff were so kind and compassionate. My jaw was swollen and Dr. Georges reviewed the best treatment plan and referred me to Dr. Solomon for root canal and it was a very good experience. I am very thankful for his compassion and his knowledge. I highly recommend this place! It was a great experience honestly. From the moment I called to make an appointment with Tori (receptionist) to the first step into the office I was impressed. Eileen (dental assistant), Brandon (team member) and Dr. Georges were all professional and friendly. They explained every step and what was to be expected in a kindly manner. They allowed me to ask questions and made sure I understood. They were all patient and informative with me. I was so nervous about the procedure at first but, Eileen and Dr. Georges was very comforting and gentle with me and making sure I was okay through the entire procedure. It was so much better than I thought. The whole team is amazing!!!! ♥️

I’ve had two visits so far and honestly I’m happy I chose to go there for my dental needs. Staff is so friendly and accommodating. They do well with reminders for appointments and reception is great at explaining everything that I don’t understand. Also shout out to the technician that has been there twice to clean my teeth. I wish I was good with names but she is so sweet and easy to talk to about anything related to my teeth. Keep up the good work everyone!

Over the years I've had a terrible experience with dentist. I can truly say this office is not one of them. Everyone was patient took their time with me. The cleanliness of place. The doctor was super gentle but got the job done effectively. I'd recommend this place to everyone. I'm moving to New York soon for work. Best Dental practice! I had treatment done by Dr. Georges and Dr. Patel and they were excellent. Dr. Georges extracted two of my teeth he was very professional the procedure was painless and fast. Dr. Patel did a filling and crown she did an excellent job definitely best dental office, I recommend them a 100% not letting the staff and the assistants behind they are so friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcome.

This is the best experience I've had at a dentist. I had a lot of procedures done here including a wisdom tooth extraction and cavity fillings and none were painful. I was able to recover from the extraction in 4 days and didn't experience any pain even after the local anesthesia wore off. The staff and dentists here are really friendly and they definitely helped me feel comfortable as someone who usually gets anxious at the dentist.

You know, I have made an interesting observation about Google review in general. No one comes to leave a review for a mediocre experience. Its reserved for exceptionally bad and exceptionally good experiences. I am happy to report that mine was the latter. Anyone who says otherwise must be a particularly critical person or one with no empathy, everyone has their bad days. I only ever had positive experiences at Tampa Palms Dentistry. Shout out Dr. Georges, you are a great doctor. I believe that ones opinion is only valuable if there is something to compare it to, context creates value so enjoy this short story. I had to get a crown on a tooth and went to a different dentist in the area whom I will not mention. 0/10 experience. Customer service was bad, the crown procedure took 4 hours (twice as long as it should have) and was bad, everything was bad. Still recognizing that everyone has bad days, this was not the case. The multiple visits I had to make from start to finish there were just unpleasant, which is a gross understatement. Through this process I realized that a tooth next to the crown was compromised, internal resorption...I had never heard of it but it can happen to anyone regardless of dental hygiene. If you have it you are SOL and the tooth has to come out generally speaking. This office tried to schedule me for another visit to address this secondary problem tooth. It was at this point I said to myself never again will I knowingly subject myself to the mismanagement of time and resources that is this office and politely told them I will seek outside counsel. Thank GOD I did. Comparing that to my experience at Tampa Palms Dentistry was night and day. I ended up needing an extraction, bone graft, and implant of a crown. This is a year long process of procedures, healing, repeat. Was it more expensive than this office mentioned above? Transparently yes, but would you cheap out on buying a parachute? No. You wouldn't. Don't lie to yourself and say you would. Yes, this might be an extreme comparison but you get the idea. Some things in life you get what you pay for. Dental work is imo, one of those things. Everyone in this office is nothing but nice. Dr. Georges is truly talented. Most other dentists would have had to refer me to another dentist for the 3 separate procedures involved with what I needed. It was also shared with me by Dr. Georges that most dentists would have said "do a root canal" and essentially hope for the best. This would have been a short term (and pointless extra cost) solution since the tooth was compromised and would have eventually failed. I was advised to have him extract the tooth, do the bone graft, and get an implant, a long term solution. I truly think that no one misdirected me or attempted to nickel and dime me at any point. Want a dentist that has empathy? Want a dentist that has SIGNIFICANT talent? Want a dentist that will give you the best possible care? Want a dentist that will not mislead you? Go to Tampa Palms Dentistry and see Dr. Georges. I hope you enjoyed this review and found it useful. Dr. Georges, if you are reading this keep being a great, personable, and empathetic doctor. best experience at the dentist i've had!! I was in a lot of pain from my wisdom teeth and within an hour I had been seen, blood drawn for prp injection for healing, and both teeth removed. I am very thankful how easy and painless it was on top of how kind and compassionate they were towards me.

I am scared to death of the dentist after a terrible experience years ago while getting my crown placed. Today, I was forced to face my fears, when my crown broke, and needed repaired. The office for me in to the schedule (as a new patient) the same day. The dentist and all the staff were very understanding of my fear, and patiently helped me get thru the procedure, even recommending nitrous oxide. I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have had at the dentist. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Raffoul is a first class dentist who is super nice who you can joke around with and have witty banter with! He is super honest with what you need and gives you advice and treatments that best benefit your health. Tampa palms dentistry is an amazing dentist office. My wisdom tooth had me in so much pain and when I called they immediately booked me the next day and took care of it. Dr. Fadi Raffoul thoroughly explained everything he’s doing while constantly make sure you’re ok and comfortable. Dr. Raffoul also went ahead and removed my top wisdom tooth free of charge just to help with my financial situation, the dental hygienist also moves fast and efficiently to make the procedure is smooth and quick. Their front office receptionist is also very helpful with explaining everything you’re getting done, the procedure, insurance, and finances with a huge smile on his face.

The doctor is so wonderful and so is the team. I have an ACTUAL FEAR of the dentist that is deep seeded into my childhood memories that made it impossible for me to get much needed care. I had 6 teeth pulled at once and just the appointments that approached the extraction date brought me litteral panic attacks. The US Healthcare system is out dated and some people need to be HUMAN and this Doctor made sure that I got the medicine I needed this would be so hard without pain medication

Everyone was really nice and courteous. They're really good at walking you through every process and making you comfortable every step of the way. Dentists have a streak of being known as cold; Doctor Patel was the complete opposite, she was very sweet. So far they're making the process of getting my wisdom teeth removed a breeze. Best service I have ever received bar none in any health setting. Jen has always greeted me with a hello and how was your drive. Dr.George has been more than accommodating on several occasions. The first time I sat in his chair I cried just thinking about the work that needed to be done over 2 years ago. Several fillings, a root canal, crown and 2 sets of inviziline latter, I cry leaving the office. It’s bitter sweet moving away. If you haven’t already just go ahead and go into the office, you won’t be disappointed. The staff is phenomenal and I can assure you will be in great hands. If I will drive over 3 hrs for visits I can get anywhere obviously they are doing something right.

Dr. Gorgeous 🤣 love the name btw, was amazing I have had a tooth pulled before but while he was doing it, it felt like art. His hands were light he described what would happen before it happened. Ok. I wanted to fire my former dentist so I started browsing the Internet looking for a replacement. I stumble across Tampa Palms dentistry. Oh did I stumble well. Hey if you are in need of professional dental assistance, this is the place. Their equipment is prime and up to date. Their staff CARES about the patients, can’t stress this enough, they will take care of you. My teeth need a lot of work due to my parents not having insurance while growing up and they have financing and plans available, so it’s not as intimidating. This was my first visit and they were able to do my checkup/cleaning the same day. After my checkup they said to come back in an hour for my cleaning, I told them it was my birthday earlier that week and when I came back they had balloons and a happy birthday sign for me. I don’t like the dentist but I can’t wait to come back here. They are awesome

So… where do I begin? This establishment deserves to be featured on the news ! They are the best!! From the time you call, to the time you walk in, to the time you walk back and walk out they are the BOMB. Unfortunately they didn’t take my insurance and after spending almost a $1000 the day before with Aspen Dental for absolutely nothing. They took good I mean good care of me! I’m 5 months pregnant and suffer from anxiety and they went over and beyond to make sure I seas beyond comfortable and I’m so pleased with the 2 extractions they did. Even though I am in a little discomfort it’s NOTHING LIKE THE LAST WEEK! I believe this is my new dentistry. Very knowledgeable very educated and soooo on point with their treatment plans. Advised me against certain things that would be harmful ( instead of just trying to take my money like previous dentist office well scam Office) helped me with financing and made sure they made me abreast of all the post op care I needed to do before leaving the office and before the procedure. My appointment was at 8 I was seen at 8. Please look no more, this is the place and I usually don’t leave reviews but I was blowed away! Trust me they will take good good good care of you !

The first time I came to this office, it was because of emergency wisdom tooth pain. I have a ton of dental issues and have struggled my whole life Scheduling an appointment gives me a lot of anxiety. At this point, I plan on getting permanent dentures sooner than later. Staff was friendly and has great customer service. I was not happy that I wasn't able to break copay ($570) into payments that I could afford like I was able to do at my last dentist office. Other than that, Dr Georges and his staff were warm and welcoming. The experience with getting a painful tooth out was not the best, I was not willing to pay an additional $130 for nitrous gas, but I did it and I'm happy that I will feel recovery soon. I plan on going back to Dr Georges slowly to get extractions to work toward my goal of permanent dentures in the near future.

Dr. Raffoul is amazing! I didn’t want to be put under with anesthesia to extract all four of my wisdom teeth so Dr. Raffoul gave me the alternative option of just numbing the area. Absolutely amazing dentist and staff!! Dr. Raffoul is extremely knowledgeable. I am extremely nervous while undergoing any dental procedures but he made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I needed bone grafts due to an infection and he worked very hard to explain what had to be done and did an excellent job fixing it. He's very knowledgeable about grafting and implants and thoroughly explained my options and the time frame it would take to undergo treatment so there were no surprises. I had very little pain following the procedure and he made sure to follow up with a phone call to see how I was doing. So, I literally went to 6 different offices before I came here, I wanted a NEW great SMILE! Some were reasonable priced, but omg such horrible quality porcelain / veneers coming out of there that you’ll end up redoing 6 times a lifetime, and other places they just didn’t treat you as a human and more like an atm so who cares about quality of work if you are treated bad, plus they were not cheap! I’m moderately comfortable and have a good job, I just wanted to get what I paid for. I came to Tampa palms dentistry, from phone call, to front staff to the team it was amazing experience, and wow Dr. Georges truly showed me he cared from day one! Right after my cleaning with the hygienist, I thought to my self, “wow this is what a cleaning is suppose to feel like and look like afterwards.” A Hygenist is not just a Hygenist, it’s truly an art and I didn’t realize it till after! Then couple of visits with the doctor, I totally have the self confidence to SMILE again, I am beyond HAPPY, he truly changed my life around, I was border line depressed and didn’t feel like the other offices can help. I went in, knowing I needed a broken tooth extracted. My previous dentist doesn't do in-office extractions, so I had my hubby Google, and this office came up. Not only were they able to extract on the same day as my exam, they had a $99 new patient exam special and all in all I paid right under $700 for everything OOP with no insurance (my insurance doesn't kick in until June). They were all super sweet and patient, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. My nurse Jess was extremely sweet, and made sure I was fully informed every step of the way. I will definitely be back once my insurance kicks in, to get my teeth cleaned, and I will definitely recommend this office to my friends and family. Extremely friendly staff and easy to communicate with. Out of all the cleanings I've had, this was the only one who was extremely thorough. The hygienist, who I won't name here, made sure to go back and clean spots that weren't to her high standard. She was very knowledgeable and shared information I did not have knowledge of beforehand. LOVE MY NEW DENTIST! I was seen by Dr. Georges and his team. When I walked in, I was so nervous because I know I needed a lot of dental work. First of all, they were able to see me right away, no waiting! The hygienist fit me into her schedule for a quick, pain-free cleaning the same day. I came back to get my wisdom teeth out by Dr. Fadi Raffoul (which literally took less than 1 hour)!!!! I also had a few crowns done and they look and feel like my own. As an extremely educated dental individual who also was a dental assitant who is now in the pharmaceutical industry, I deal with a lot of doctors and members who are in medical facilities, that being said; it is extremely a relief to see a place to treat me and my partner with such respect, empathy and most importantly great quality work. I have had dental implants done, cosmetic veneers and a cleaning here. Implant surgeries went extremely smooth. Cosmetic veneers are Instagram pictures worth, my partner loves them 😅 And the cleaning is like a beautiful spa day, that is because I keep up with me cleanings. I must admit the first one was a bit rough but that is because I have no had a cleaning and leg my gums get extremely inflamed. Today was my first appointment at this office and all I have to say is they were AMAZING! From initially scheduling on the phone, to the front desk staff, to the hygienist and the dentist himself, every staff member was so respectful, eager to help, and just genuinely nice. Special shout-out to Jennifer, Ashley, and LaLa for going above and beyond to help me figure out my insurance coverage and being so kind and patient. My hygienist, Olga, was also incredible, explaining everything she was doing and also being so personable. And Dr. Georges was so awesome! He was clear, thorough, and another great personality! If you are looking for a dental office, I HIGHLY recommend this one. If the staff wasn’t already enough, the rooms have flat screen TVs with netflix so you can watch your shows while you wait/get cleaned! And the office in general is spotless! 10/10. I am beyond happy with my decision to come here and know I am in great hands!

I want to start off saying that I have had an extreme amount of anxiety around dentistry for many years. I've been to several offices and been disappointed with them and never return. Earlier this year I found Dr. Georges and was pretty surprised to see all these amazing reviews at Tampa Palms Dentistry. From the first moment I walked in the door I was greeted by friendly, relaxed professionals that made me feel at ease. They were patient with all my questions and concerns and never judged me or my situation. Dr. Georges is the most incredibly friendly and down-to-earth Doctor I have ever met. After my initial consultation he told me I was part of their family now and they were going to take care of me and that is what they have done. He and Lala, Jennifer, April and Olta (I'm sorry if I misspelled your name!) - everyone - all seemed genuinely happy and concerned for my well being and do things at a pace I am comfortable with. I never had a single person that was grumpy or dismissive. All just wonderful. The office itself is super clean and efficient and everyone wears protection around you. Every time I go they literally give me a pillow to make me more comfortable and turn on a Netflix show or any music I want during the appointment. I am just really glad to find them and will never go anywhere else again. What I once considered a trip to "clown-ville horror street" with other offices - is now more like a friendly visit to my new friends at Tampa Palms Dentistry. Thank you so much for everything!

I would like to share my experience with Tampa Palms Dentistry. They are a fabulous team, Dr. Raffoul and his team are the best!! I was so afraid to see a dentist so I had only be a couple of times in 30 years, seriously!! I had 8 teeth extracted and 4 implants during one visit. I was so afraid of the pain I expected to endure, but I experienced no real pain at all. Goes to show how great they are! I would recommend this team to anyone who has anxiety regarding dental work. My experience was fantastic, I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled and it was the first oral surgery for me. I was briefed on how the surgery would happen so I could feel comfortable with the procedure. The Dentist and staff were incredibly nice and caring. Today, I visited Tampa Palms Dentistry after meeting Dr. Raffoul. He impressed the need to continue good dental hygiene during Covid. He explained all the health risks and the CDC prescribed Covid-19 precautions his office is taking to keep clients safe. Upon checking-in, the team welcomed me and immediately gave instructions for my visit. The hygienist, Irene, was so friendly and thorough during the procedure that I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Raffoul entered almost like magic when she completed to check me out. He made a recommendation and suggested to perform the operation on the spot (I was there super early). The operation went by quickly as and comfortable as the cleaning. I was very pleased with the outcome today and will definitely recommend this dentistry office to friends. Btw.. if you ask nicely they will let you watch Grey's Anatomy while your in the chair.

First of all. Dr. Georges Raffoul, is a fantastic dentist. He did all of my dental work. Including multiple crowns, a root canal (where the root spit into two at the end), and all of my wisdom teeth. I have had 0 issues since any of the procedures. And they were very patient with my questions. They answered them quickly, they made sure to alert me to what was happening/ what I would feel during certain procedures. So I could prepare. If I was ever in pain. They would numb the area quickly. They make sure you are very numb BEFORE starting and give it time to take effect. I don't remember all the names of the assistants. But they were all very friendly and open about what was happening with my teeth. And put me at ease... You can wear earbuds during the work so you can drown out most of the sounds. Which is very nice. You can chose what you wish to watch on the TV. Subtitles are on if you wish them to be. Let's see... Basically everything went good over there. It's a wonderful dentist office, with comfortable rooms, competent employees, and an amazing Dentist. If you need work done. This is the place to go.. Thank you everyone at Tampa Palms Dentistry

Not sure what has change but I called and Jennifer the last couple of times has not been able to offer me a establish patient appointment with my hygienist or could not apparently find me by the information I provided. At first there was an 8, 9, 10, 11 and 1 pm appointment and due to her stating she had the wrong patient and those were the times she could give me. The infection that I knew was there had spread to the bone and in my face. My face was numb and I felt an electric shock in my mouth. I called Tampa Palms and they told me to come in immediately. The office is clean and very friendly. They are truly compassionate and put their patients above anything else. Dr. Georges Raffoul was caring, educational, listened to my concerns and addressed the issue that the other dentist office neglected. He immediately removed the tooth and talked me thru the process and did his best to ensure I was comfortable. The experience from the phone, front desk, dents assistance, patient relations, the Dr and aftercare were unparalleled. The doctor provided me all the information before the procedure was completed, and the most important thing was that I went for a tooth extraction and that's what happened. Wow and Wow! When I say great pick for a first time dentist visit. I wanted to find a dentist that was knowledgeable, made me feel welcome, and very informative. Well I got all of those things! This dentist is amazing, like wow. You can tell he designed his clinic with patient comfort in mind. The level of patient care is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Like he will walk you to the check out counter and like in between his patients he comes just to say hi to and let me know it’s gonna be a little bit of a wait and I have my own huge tv while I wait. They gave me the remote to put Netflix. Not to mention the outstanding staff who are just so welcoming and friendly. I’m so glad I randomly found this place. Now, this is coming from someone who is deathly afraid of dental work in any capacity. I have had dentists not care about my comfort and had dentist lie about the work needed just to make money, which involved me having close to half my mouth pulled out. When I first came into Tampa Palms Dentistry it was made clear to me from the very beginning that Dr. Georges and his staff care about ever patient who wall through their door. After learning what I had already been through they not only did the work that I really needed to be done, but they made sure I was able to afford it all without judgement or concern for their costs. They do amazing work and they care more about helping their patients than they do making a ton of money off of you. They care about the people and the work they do and it shows everytime the see a patient. I couldn't recommend anyone as highly as I do Dr. Georges and his staff. If you're looking for a new dentist or are apprehensive because of bad experiences with dentists/dental work, give them a chance because they will show you that they can make it right.

First of all, for those planning on going, The location is in the same complex as Dunderbaks German Restaurant. There is a nearby dentist's office with almost the same coordinates on GPS that I accidentally went to first, so keep that in mind if you're putting it in your GPS. Dr Georges did a fantastic job and really knows his stuff. I had a crown put in and had no issues during or post visit. I also had teeth whitening done by Emily. She's very sweet and was great at communicating and keeping me in the loop though the procedure. also they take care credit, so that's always good. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!!

It was the least painful anesthesia applying procedure I had gone through - yal know, when that big anesthesia kneedle comes. And that is because I have been in dentists throughout my childhood.
