Great experience overall. Dr. Hamed El-Jabali was very welcoming and made me feel like I was in good hands. He works with you 100% of the way, and is very interactive with his patients, and that’s something I like in a doctor. Front desk is always a big help in scheduling appointments. The ONLY thing I’d have to complain about, is I was scheduled for an appointment on one day, then 2 days later, I would receive an email saying that I was scheduled for an appointment for a different day. But overall, great place and great staff.

I have to be honest, I'm not a big fan of the dentist. I'm always anxious and terrified. I've been coming to this office for years and I have nothing but great things to say. From the time you walk in, Mayra welcomes you with a warm and friendly smile. She's always the first one to put me at ease. She's awesome. Samar is awesome as well. She helps calm and relax me. The Dr is great. If you are looking for a dentist, come and check out mine. Even my kids enjoy coming here. The whole staff is amazing. Not one bad experience.

I was a walk in, experiencing pain and major suffering. I was greeted and acknowledged immediately as I walked in. I was given a lot of useful information and they even discussed options of making my visit more affordable. The dental assistant Melinda was absolutely amazing, I felt comfortable and she did a personal job of taking my x-rays as well as answering my questions. Between Juanita and the other receptionist,(feel so bad I can't remember her name at the moment)I felt confident with my visit and the doctor. Dr. McMillan made the process seem extremely easy and he made me feel at ease, despite my pains. Overall this staff was phenomenal, I wish moote paced in Tampa had staffing like this! I was very impressed(which it's hard to do) with their customer services. I signed up for a discount plan and even got a very great and useful electronic toothbrush. Here's to a better smile and healthier teeth, thanks everybody over at The University Plaza -- Coastal Dental, I won't be going anywhere else. See you all soon!

I would like to thank the entire staff at Coast Dental. Everyone was very courteous, patient and professional. The dental hygienist Patricia was gentle when giving me my deep cleaning gum treatment. She explained everything she was doing and the importance of it. I am especially thankful that I was able to get my new patient exam and deep cleaning all in the same day. I found it very convenient and I will be returning too continue my dental care.

I went to 3 different dentists and called about 10. Last dentist I called ,referred me to Coast Dental due to the HMO plan I was covered on. The first Coast Dental office I called never answered their phone but this location did and they were very informative and helpful. I wasn't in the waiting room for very long. Long enough for me to fill out the necessary forms and for her to process the paperwork. They did a panoramic x-ray of my teeth and an exam. My teeth are absolutely horrible and without criticism and unnecessary lectures, like I got at the last dentist office, they were accommodating and understanding. Took very great care of me and were super sweet with my 4 year old son who tagged along. If you want a dentist office and staff who will go out of their way to do what they can to make your smile and day brighter this is the office to go to. Very satisfied that I landed on these wonderful people. :)

Fantastic Staff! Very friendly and informative! I got a deep cleaning from Nicole who thoroughly explained the procedure while keeping me comfortable! Dr. Hamed El-Jabali was also very caring and surprisingly funny! Coast Dental is a five star hands down!

I was told why I needed what I needed, so that helped me feel good about going forward with my plan since I last dealt with a dentist from Plan City a while ago. And that nurse Drew made me feel like I was at my friends house and really helped me feel cool and he was real real professional.

The overall service at the location was good. I scheduled my appointment about a month ago and was prepared with my completed documents for a first time patient. I was also 10 minutes early for my appointment time. I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time before I was taken to the back area for x-rays. I was little bothered considering I came prepared/early for my appointment. While taking x-rays and talking with the dentist, the service was excellent. It could have been a miscommunication, but since the service was great, I would try this location again.

I Walked in to ask questions and to my surprise the front desk was amazingly polite and very informative, unlike other facilities I've been to. I'm really glad I enter this location, once I'm ready and obtain insurance this is the location I will be attending. I receive this kind of attention and I'm not a patient yet the other location was really rude and obnoxious.

Dr. Habibi is absolutely a fantastic super professional dentist, %100 satisfied with her work, did 2 root canal and crown here and am about to do a couple of feelings too. One of my teeth that other dentists wanted to simply extract( to make their lives easier), with lots of effort she save it and built it up again. I'm so happy that I still have it. Also, the staff are super nice, polite and kind. Recommend it without any doubt!

Had a great visit today! First time here and everyone was really nice and helpful. Had an exam and cleaning. During the cleaning I was told I had receding gums due to my bottom retainer which no other dentist office had told me. I'm 22 and can't get that back now. Thank you guys for telling me so things do not get worse! Main complaint. I made an appointment specifically for an exam then a cleaning. Then was told when I got there they told me they would try to fit me in. Luckily there was a spot available, however, I made an appointment FOR a cleaning then was told maybe I could get one. Poor planning on their part.

I've been going to the University Coast Dental for about 4 years. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service that I've received from the staff. This is the first dental office that has worked with me financially to care for my teeth. Everyone there treats me with respect and care. Dr. Habibi is the best dentist I've had. She does great work and she values her patients. Gabriel, my hygienist is also great. He is always on time for his appointments and he offers trustworthy advice on cleaning tools and methods. The ladies in the front, Mayra and Terry are the BEST! They are professional and kind to all customers. My only con is that every so often, Dr. Habibi runs behind schedule, usually due to patients that come in late or because she is taking her time to care for your needs. My advice: Get an early appointment because she is worth it! Update!!

I visited recently to do a cleaning and the essential preventative care. I was extremely amazed by the service. Gabriel is the name of the person who assisted me. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and good at explaining the benefits of the extra things such as an oral cancer screening. We had a great experience with Dr. Amr and Samar. My wife had a deep cleaning procedure this week. Samar was very kind, patient, and understanding. She always stopped the procedure whenever it became too uncomfortable for my wife. She didn't force anything on her during the procedure. I saw Dr. Amr twice. Both times he was smiling and happy. I wish I could give this office 5 stars. The only room for improvement I saw, however, is just the reception. It would be nice to see a smile as soon as entering the door knowing you're gonna be bleeding for 30 minutes and hearing metal screeches lol.

I spent a magical morning holding hands with James while Dr. Hamed Eljabali expertly did my root canal. I was so nervous, and they let me listen to my music and relax. Most importantly, I DIDNT FEEL A THING. My last dentist completely mangled my filling leading to this root canal, and they have completely erased my pain! Amazing, friendly and efficient staff.

I needed some urgent care performed on my mouth due to excruciating pain and I called several different dentist offices explaining my situation, only to be told I was unable to get an appointment prior to the month of August. I called Mayra, over here at University Coast Dental and she showed empathy and compassion and went above and beyond for me and told me to come in to get my moutg taken care of. I was just seen for my initial exam and I absolutely loved the care and positive energy I received immediately upon walking up to the front desk. I would recommend this office to anyone. Dr. Hassan was incredible! I was going to leave this facility to look for another dentist but I was pleasantly surprised to see that Dr. Hassan replaced by previous dentist that was here! He and the staff were kind, considerate, thoughtful, caring, positive and completely reassuring! Dr. Hassan and staff explained everything to me with patience and respect and they were very flexible when I was considering whether or not to get the Oraqix to make my cleaning more comfortable (because of my teeth are very sensitive). I tried the Oraqix and it was the most comfortable cleaning I have had in years! I am so grateful for the change in staff and I plan to stay at this Coast Dental location. Happy Camper! :-)
