I have been anxious about seeing a dentist for several years after a negative experience with another practice. I told the staff up front about my concerns and they were extremely kind and gentle. They explained everything they did and went over the results of the exam thoroughly, without overwhelming me. They prioritized what needs to be done and when and made it very easy for me. I am very happy and recommended them to my friends who are also anxious about finding a dentist who is right for them. Thank you for being patient, kind, and most of all, non judge mental!

Great office the girls in the front are super helpful especially Diana she’s always smiling, laughing and trying to make everyone feel comfortable. Once in the back I felt safe and at ease. The staff was super friendly, easy to make my appointment. The front desk was very patient with my need to reschedule my appointment due to my busy schedule. Hard to believe that the review score is as high as it is. I went here maybe 2 years back but it has been the most out of pocket money I have ever paid at a dentist for a deep cleaning , new patient exam and xray. People seemed nice but were pushy with their sales techniques and even pushing for me to leave a good review. If you are good you shouldn't have to push for a review. Quality of work was fine and professional. I found another dental office and realized it was time to leave a review.

Jamyei is amazing. Every time I come here she has excellent customer service skills. The front office ladies are also very polite and professional. The only issue I have is that sometimes I’ll arrive before others in the lobby and my name always seem to get called last. Once I’m in the back they do an excellent job getting me in and out in a timely manner, and they are open one Saturday out of the month.

This location was great. Both times I went, the ladies were great. They were personable and very understanding. I hate the dentist, and they understood and were very compassionate with me. They made sure I knew all the info I needed on new merch, insurance coverage and discounts. I actually love them. I will be returning in a month.

Best dentist I have ever been to. The staff are spectacular. Dr. Breton is an amazing Dr. I'm scared of the dentist and never wanted to go. unfortunately I needed to get go get a tooth pulled and Dr Breton made my experience so much better. I didn't feel anything and he did a good job keeping me calm from being so scared. The head staff at the front desk ( I think it is rose) is a wonderful person. She helped me out so much with the payment plans and I'm thankful for that. Such an extremely nice person. I highly recommend this place. And I will be going back with no hesitation. I was promptly seen as soon as I arrived for my appointment, greeted by very welcoming staff...My treatment was very reasonably priced and the Dentist was extremely gentle and charismatic throughout my entire time there. I've been a patient of this practice for over 6 years, averaging 4-5 visits per year. Dr. Breton and his excellent staff are professional and genuinely friendly. Everyone from the reception desk to the dental assistants and even Dr. Breton himself will pause to say hello whenever they see me. My hygienist, Diana, is thorough and fast, and quick to notice even the tiniest wince if a sensitive spot is touched. I have recommended this office to family and friends for several years, and would definitely do so again.

I have been a patient at this establishment for about 4 years. This dentist has by far the best staff and the friendliest people working there. Have only ever had an amazing experience. While waiting you are presented with a wide variety of magazines that are Always up to date. You also get the option of watching tv. When going into the back it is always very clean and nice. The room are good size and all have TVs in them. The rooms are very clean and never dirty. While getting worked on you are never neglected in the care department. If you ask for anything you receive it wether it be a pack of wax for your braces or even some floss. The establishment has very friendly people behind the counter including Diana and Jennifer. Two of the best in the industry full of information and always have a good attitude. Glad to be a patient of this dentist.

Been here twice, I really have hated going to dentists for years until now. Dentist was great and tells it like it is, no BS which I hate. The hygienist was super nice and patient with explaining my plan going forward. I was there twice, 2nd time there was a miscommunication of an appointment time to where I showed up and was told I didn't have an appointment. Well Jennifer the office manager, in true great customer service fashion talked to the workers and helped squeeze me in! She's always super nice and helpful! I had the pleasure of locating the Tampa Dentist office on my insurance website. This dental experience was A++ and I am not looking back. As long as Dr. Carlos Breton is in this office, I am staying put. The office ladies were polite, helpful and delightful. Jenny was funny and made me feel comfortable with her humor and wonderful bedside manner. Dr Breton was absolutely a wonderful dentist that explained everything in detail to me. Had my 2nd visit to the dentist today for my 6 month cleaning. The front office staff is awesome, friendly and check you in quickly. Took no time to be called to go to an exam/cleaning chair. The hygienists are great too, friendly and thorough. Definitely happy with Advanced Dental Care and don't plan on changing to a different dentist. The location is convenient and about10 to 15minutes from home

It is not the best place that I would call a proper dentist's office. I got duped that same why the previous reviewer who gave the scenario about the overprice charge. Everyone in that office does not practice unfair treatment, but their prices are ridiculously high when it comes to service costs. When going here, I would recommend asking for a quote first and then comparing it with what the insurance will pay. Also, make sure to review what routine services are allowable by the insurance provider. Advance Dental Care will try to offer the service again and bill the insurance company for it, and in return, the insurance company will send a notification that you've used up the given number of routine examinations and that you must cover the cost for that billed service. If you are looking for honest reviews, I would recommend YELP.com.

Best dental care place I’ve came to by far! Very nice and friendly environment and staff. Came in for an emergency extraction about two months ago and they accepted me right away. Every since then I’ve been attached. They’re very motivated and the staff are super friendly and ongoing. They like to know about you and your life and they all geniunely care. Dr. Carlos Brenton and his staff are phenomenal! I remember my first visit and talking to Dr. Brenton, he told me exactly what I had to do to get back on track. I’m not fond of medical equipment and needles, but the staff was amazing in making conversation and keeping my mind off the procedures. I called this office on Monday and was offered a new patient appointment for Wednesday morning. They were able to see me for x-rays, a comprehensive exam, deep cleaning and a specialized treatment, all in one visit. I left with two referrals, medication and a treatment plan. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, professional and accommodating, especially Diana and the hygienist who provided the cleaning and treatment (sorry, I don’t remember her name.) Dr. Breton was professional and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and with great detail. As someone with severe dentist anxiety, I felt like all of my fears and concerns were taken seriously. This office is very efficient and accommodating, which was super appreciated considering how anxious I was that morning. I would recommend anyone visit this office if they are looking for a new dental provider.

My kid and I have been coming to Advance for many years the only reason I'll give it a 4 out of 5 stars is because it seems to have a fast turn around with the hygienists have not seen the same one in a while, also they now charge a covid surcharge 🤷🏻‍♀️ to cover their already needed covid items that they don't provide to the public. But other than that small detail the place is great. Clean and very much adhering to the CDC guidelines for covid.

I was able to split my payments for my crown into two visits, allowing me the possibility to be able to pay for the service and not worry with the finances as much. The previous reviews were on a different dentist that is no longer there. The new dentist is the best there is! I used to see this dentist when he was in Citrus Park. When he left I stayed, but the office changed pretty quickly. It's amazing what his influence was there. So, I decided to follow him to the new location even though it's farther away. I'm thrilled with my experience there! This was the best dentist visit I've ever had. It's been about a year, but the dentist remembered me, and even asked about my son. The staff is superb! Zero wait time! I've never learned more about my teeth. I'm 36, and I've completely changed the way I brush, and finally got motivated to floss! Wow!

I wasn’t seen but I’m giving this office all the stars I can. My boyfriend has been coming here for the past 3 years and has never had an issue. I wanted a checkup so I walked in and asked if I can be seen. It just so happen their was an opening. Upon checking my insurance Jennifer told me that she accepts it but they’re not “in-network” meaning, I will have to pay higher copayment amounts if I was to be seen there. I appreciate the honesty here and will be calling my HR department to switch to an insurance they take. Jennifer you run an honest office and that is hard to come by. I will see you all soon.

This place is WONDERFUL! They make sure you are very comfortable and make sure you're okay before than take you in. If they notice things that could interfere with their work, they will let you know before taking you in! Going above and beyond! Also, I have never been to a dentist since I was just a kid! 34 now and didn't know what to expect but they've been taking care of me. All Staff is very friendly, Today, Margarita did a deep cleaning of my teeth! She was Very friendly and focused! I would like to know everyone's name eventually! I just had the best dental experience! I broke/chopped my tooth. I made an appointment the same day, which I am so thrilled about! I'm still a little numbed up bc I'm leaving right now and was like, 'well imma leave a review'. The front staff was awesome and super friendly. The dentist and techs were even more amazing. We were joking and laughing almost the entire time, which made me feel super relaxed. Everyone was super chill. I had my cavity and broken tooth fixed and a cleaning, which took only an hour and a half, this included x-rays too! All I can say is if you don't like going to the dentist or have had bad experiences other places, Advanced is the one you need to go to! I even made a future appointment.... and we all know most people don't ;)

I went for a year yo this office. Dentist is rude and after my x rays were done they told me everything was fine. Come to find out by my new dentist that I have bone loss... I do not recommend this office. I updated my review to 3 stars due to the office manager, Jennifer helping me resolve my concerns. I returned to the office for new x-rays and went for a 3rd opinion. It has been confirmed there is minor bone loss and a basic cleaning should suffice. I appreciate the office staff taking their time and resolving my issue.

Once again, it never seems to amaze me, when going/coming into Advanced Dental Care! The staff is always upbeat and friendly. The office is so fresh and clean! If your appointment is at 7am, the wait time is 0-2 mins, I even manage to get my friend (she’s terrified of the dentist) to try Dr. B (that’s Dr. Brenton). Yesterday I called and spoke to Jennifer in an attempt to help my parents find a dentist willing to remove a back tooth already diagnosed as needing removal due to infection and considerable pain. My parents live in Tampa and I live in TX which makes it difficult to say the least. My parents had already been to 3 or 4 different dental offices which were quick to charge the office visit only to inform them an hour later that another appointment was needed for the removal of the tooth. Lucky for me I came across Jennifer who was kind enough and caring enough to take the time to not only listen to my call for help but, to make arrangements for my dad to be seeing and be taken care of. Not often you come across someone in this industry who goes out of your way to help the way Jennifer did. Thank you again Jennifer for all your help !!!!!

During my first cleaning my chapstick came off and the hygienist applied Vaseline afterwards so that my lips wouldn’t be chapped. It was really cold that morning and I thought it was the sweetest gesture and at that moment I knew I’d be a patient forever. Two years ago I moved about 45 minutes away and have since gotten braces that they service at this office. For the last 19 months I have made the drive in every month to have my braces serviced. The friendly staff, great service and convenient hours of operation are the reason I make this commute every month with no complaints. I love the fact that I can schedule my cleanings and orthodontics appointments for the same day. I’ve recommended my family and friends to this office and they have all fallen in love with the treatment they receive.

As well as one can like a dentist i suppose. He fixed my broken and aching tooth. He did a good job as I was pregnant and couldn't have any normal numbing agent. It didn't hurt at all afterward. Most pain-free root canal ever. He does try to sell things but its things that are good for your teeth. If you don't want them don't buy them. I can't stand dentists that would try to drill holes in perfectly good teeth and tell you that you need fillings. I have had them twice before. He seems like he knows what he is talking about.

They refered me to an awesome specialist that got me in right away. They did two root canals totally pain free ending with two tiny fillings. Advance Dental Care,is the best handsdown...I went recently, and had no appointment.Regardless,after explaining that I had a serious toothache.I mean,serious pain(early in the morning) I was told,..to just come in,after filling out the necessary paperwork.. Great place! I’ve been going to this location for several years now. The office ladies have always been in a great mood and happy to help. They do well with their scheduling because I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointments. Margarita has always been the one who has cleaned my teeth and she is excellent! She’s great at making sure you’re comfortable and giving helpful tips on keeping your teeth clean. This is a very professional place and you can tell everybody that works there cares about what they do!

This office is very professional. The staff was absolutely amazing. Front desk was very friendly and so was the rest of the staff. I was called at exactly my appointment time. The Dr was very informative and answered all my questions. They were very thorough and did not try to pressure me into getting my work done. They respected my decision to take all the information home so i can go over it with my parents. They were not in a rush and I had alot of questions. When you walk in the office smelled very good made me forget I was in a dental office. I definitely recommend this office.
