I've been bringing my children here for 8 years and they have always been treated well. The doctors and staff are great! Brenda in particular is wonderful! I remember when I brought my son for the first time she went over all the details of what would happen during the appointment and explained the office policies in detail. She always has a great attitude and is so helpful when trying to schedule appointments. She is definitely a great asset to the practice!

Receptionist was very friendly and patient. Verified identity properly & assisted with kindness. Waiting area was clean, kid friendly and spacious. Dental assistants were polite, asked appropriate questions with professionalism and smiled regularly at the children. Overall experience was the most efficient and swift compared to other dental offices previously attended. 10/10 for sure.

All of the staff from answering the phone...even to the front desk ...the dentist were so kind, patient and respectful. They made the over all experience of "going to the dentist" more relaxed with their attitudes and environment. They got us in & out- without feeling like being rushed and not cared for like other places. I was referred by our main dentist- but im going to look into making this our dental home. Definitely recommend!!

Love this dental office! I refuse to bring my kids anywhere else! Highly recommend. They make sure your children are comfy. They communicate so well. The dental assistance are so amazing at what they do. They all take their job serious and I love that. The have tvs at every dental chair so the kids are distracted in Disney cartoons. They also have big tvs in the waiting room and a big fish tank. My kids are always excited to go get their teeth cleaned. Thank you accent dental!

The staff is so kind, caring, responsive and great at communicating any delays. I always feel safe putting my children in their hands. My toddler normal screams and cries and has to be held down for cleanings. The amazing staff here took their time with her, explained each tool and process and made it so fun for her that she asked to come back tomorrow and even let them take xrays.

We love it here. I just took the kids in for a checkup and they did amazing. Always so good with my children. My son is a hand full and the young lady that cleaned his teeth did so good with him and he worked well with her. This was the first time I didn't have to hold him on my lap. The staff and doctors are very friendly! The assistant, Andrea, made sure to explain to my 13 year old son how important brushing and flossing is. She also made sure he understood everything the dentist talked about because he does need a few fillings. Andrea's focus was entirely on my son while cleaning his teeth, while also making sure to let me know the areas of concern. Kudos Andrea! You make what could be a scary experience, easy and comfortable for kids!

This office is truly a well oiled machine! We get in and out very fast, everything runs very efficiently & the staff is super helpful and friendly! We had appointments for 3 children at the same time and we were in and out in under an hour! The assistants, Kennedy, Leslie and Ashley were all helpful, very patient with my children and explained everything very thoroughly. I highly recommend Accent Dental to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist!

I took my 2.5 year old here today for his first ever trip to the dentist. Unfortunately it was for more than just a routine cleaning. The staff was so helpful to squeeze us in as an emergency visit for my little guy and I am so grateful for that! The office is extremely clean and kid friendly. There were 2 different TV’s playing Disney Cars and a large aquarium. The staff was super friendly and busy. No disgruntled employees or employees sitting on cell phones, everyone was extremely professional. I was able to go back in the room with my kiddo and he did amazing for ladies in the back. They are SO good with kids!!! I’m so glad I established care here for my children’s dental needs.

Service is great, However they are charging $1.00 for a mask which is very low to me. Anywhere else you go and don't have a mask, they just give you one free of charge. The somehow feel they have to make a profit off of masks when clearly their making all kinds of money

I took my three daughters today and it was such a nice experience. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Zoe is so upbeat and didn’t mind my oldest being right next to her while she cleaned my youngest teeth. Jessica had my oldest and she is autistic and has adhd. She struggled a lot today but Jessica was very patient and kind. She walked my daughter through each step and even though my daughter threw a fit she still got everything she needed done. :) I’m unsure of the third assistants name but she got my middle daughter to do X-rays and that’s always been a battle! So, overall it was a great experience!

This is probably by far the friendliest staff we have ever worked with. Today was our first visit and we have permanently made this our go to! My son has an anxiety and it's normally a battle to get him to even open his mouth but the whole atmosphere from the moment we walked in was so inviting and calming that we had no issues. Check in was a breeze and very short wait time to be taken back! Would highly recommend for anyone who knows the struggles of trying to find all of that in one Dentist or Dr!

The staff was amazing!! I made an appointment for my almost 5 and 2 year old! Not realizing it was at the same time I had to leave my daughter and go to the other side where my sons exam was. They made her feel so comfortable and she was happy as can be when I went over to see her! The amazing tech also asked if I wanted to go check on my daughter after she was done cleaning my sons teeth. Amazing fast service also!! We were in at 5:15 and done by 5:45!

Took my 5 yr old daughter there today for the first time and we love it there. I never thought I'd say that I actually like a dentist but they are great. Very kid friendly environment. There's wonderful artwork all throughout the office,plenty of TV's so your child can stay entertained while getting their teeth done and plus they have a big beautiful fish tank as soon as you walk in. Staff is so friendly. I highly recommend this place. You or your children won't regret it.

I have been taking my daughter here for 10 years. No problems, waits are to be expected. This evening we had an appointment for 5pm. We get there at 4:40, we’re told they’re a bit behind. Again to be expected. We sit there until 6:04 when she gets called back. She’s back there for 20 minutes tops. She gets brought out and I’m told they can’t do it because she has a bit of anxiety. She’s had treatments done here before and this has never happened. Okay, I’m not upset about that. Try to schedule a different time and date to do it and get told July is the soonest they have. That’s absurd. She’s been waiting 7 months for this treatment already.

While there checking in for his appointment they must have noticed my daughter with me and got her in as well without me even asking! Most of my experiences have been great, but every couple time you meet a staff member who must have been working for hours as they are in this, rush and get this shift over with attitude. But that's a rare case and completely reasonable, having screaming kids in your ears all day can not be fun!

I thought I left a review here close to a year ago when I had to bring my oldest son in for dental surgery. The whole team here is great, especially the anesthesiologists, I can't remember where they are from. Today was my oldest son's routine cleaning and my 8 month olds first appointment. There was a terribly long wait today, we arrived 30 minutes early to a 10:00 appointment, and had to wait a little over an hour a half before we got seen. There was a new Dr there that fresh into the practice so she was running a bit behind which explained why it took so long in the waiting room. During covid and everything it's also understandable, she was great and so was Andrea, she was absolutely outstanding. Hope to have her again on the next visit.

Accent Dental, I've taking my kids here since they where babies. From the moment we stepped in the door we felt at home. My kids have never had a bad experience always came out happy and have some nice clean teeth. When it was time for my sons braces they referred us to a great orthodontist. Really love the people staff as well. Nice, family oriented business. I would refer them over and over!

LOVE the front desk lady!!! She is ALWAYS so welcoming and helpful and cheerful and on and on... The hygienists are friendly and try engaging my kids, or maybe distracting them :), by asking them questions about their interests. The dentists are very efficient and luckily we haven't had any major dental issues. My reasoning for giving 4 stars is due to the main waiting room area being a bit tight. We are very happy with our experiences in the past, present and planned for the future at Accent Dental.

Very kind technicians and dentist. They do not use individual rooms which to my surprise makes my anxious little girl at easy seeing other children receive dental work. It was very clean and they have an impressive saltwater fish tank in the waiting room that my daughter loved.

My daughter had there first appointment there today. This is the 3rd dentist she has been to and I must say they are by far the friendliest staff I've ever seen. I highly recommend them for children. The whole experience was great. The receptionist at the front rest greets you as you walk in and is a super nice lady. Then the assistant who cleaned her teethe was very nice and made sure she was comfortable and did a great job with answering my questions and making sure I understood everything. Then the dentist came in and she was real nice lady also. I can't say 1 bad thing about this place and there staff. And I read another review below that said they are racist. Well the waiting room had several races and I seen them all treated the same. Also the staff has different race so I'm a confused by that one.

If your looking to change you or your children's dentist, Accent Dental center is the place to go! And the best part of it all is whatever time your appointment is scheduled for is what time you'll be seen and taken care of. We got a cleaning and x-ray done within 45 minutes!

The best dentist I have found for my kids. Very clean and up to date office. Office staff is great for the most part. I was a little scared when i was told i couldn't go back when they pulled my sons tooth and filled a couple of them but they kept me informed on how he was doing and when it was done he came out he was happy and felt no pain. There are some office staff that could do a better job with working with the kids but for the most part great place to take your kids.

I bring my kids here twice a year. At least I try. The staff is always wonderful and friendly. Having three kids is sometimes hard to get an appointment where they can all be seen at the same time. But Accent always gets them in together. The other day Brittany made our visit wonderful! She engaged the kids in conversation knowing that each would have to wait while she cleaned their teeth. She had them laughing and talking like she was a family friend. When the dentist came to check out their teeth, the kids were relaxed and ready to ask any questions they had without being nervous. This is "THE BEST" child dentist place in St.Louis. ALL OF THE STAFF was so professional and nice. Best experience ever! Our son has Cerebral Palsy and has been to more doctors in his 16 years than most people see in a lifetime. He knows that typically people with masks and scrubs are going to poke and pull on him and he tends to get nervous going into any office. Dr. Naegler and the entire staff have been welcoming, professional and thorough. Front desk and other staff have always been super helpful and pleasant. Dr. Naegler is able to clean and examine our son's teeth and get x-rays when other dentists we have seen can't get him to open his mouth. We are thankful to have a dentist who puts our son at ease to get his teeth the care they need. We would highly recommend Accent Dental in Wentzville and Brentwood as we have been to both locations. If your child has anxiety about dental care or special circumstances that require extra attention then this is the place to go.

I cannot say enough good about this dental practice!!!! My first experience with this practice was by referral from another dentist because the referring dentist was unable to do all the work my child needed. At the time of that visit, accent dental was located in a different building. While that office was nice, they simply outgrew it and are now in a brand new office/building. I only had one visit with this office for the “big” work and resumed going to he other dentist. When the former dentist botched my little ones spacer removal, I had to immediately (like THAT DAY WITHIN 10 minutes) find another dentist to fix the old dentists mess. Accent Dental took us immediately! We drove right over. Their new office is lovely. The staff are even lovelier. I was a crying mess the day that they squeezed us in. The staff was amazing. Folks, this is a busy office. BUSY! But, every staff person I’ve encountered has been incredibly nice. Their check in system is fast. The office is clean, the waiting room is tidy with cartoons playing for the little ones. The actual dental checkup area is a very open concept. You can see everyone. This openness makes it brighter and very relaxing. Additionally, they do take Medicaid. And, if a patient/family needs an interpreter, this practice will arrange for an interpreter. At our visit today, I saw three different patient families with interpreters.... each of a different language. Accent dental set that up for them. I asked the lovely receptionist, Karen, if they set that up and she confirmed it, Accent Dental makes those arrangements. People of all shapes, sizes, and colors are patients at this practice. I saw so many different nationalities there and each person was treated with respect and dignity. I have foster children and Medicaid patients aren’t always treated well at other dental/medical practices. This business is different in so many IMPORTANT ways. I feel fortunate to have found a practice with a “small town feel” in a big city like St. Louis. Let Accent Dental take care of your child’s dental needs. You’ll be happy you did. This was the best experience yet! My son does NOT like the dentist...he often complains...of dentists being rough...and hurting him...but today...was AWESOME!! 10 stars!!! I just took my son to Accent Dental of Clayton. They were amazing! The first appointment he had, that was to check the problem, my son was screaming bloody murder the entire time we were there. The staff jumped into action immediately to try to assist us in calming him while in the waiting room and even opened a private waiting room for us. They got us in for surgery in less than a week. On this appointment we were blown away. They immediately got us into the private waiting room because they remembered we needed it. When we went back they were very thorough in explaining everything that they were going to be doing. When Dr. Naegler went in to more detail about what may happen after they get the x-rays done and asked us what we would like to do for each scenario and gave us her recommendations that were based on his specific needs (sensory etc). They went above and beyond for not only my 4 year old with Autism, but for us as parents and our comfort level during the whole thing as well. I highly recommend her for the younger kiddos. If you do go see her please tell her Harvey Danger said hi 😊 Also for those that say the office is small and cramped they must not have realized they have an additional huge waiting room and play room.

When we first started going to their location in Clayton the staff was always nice, but the location and waiting room was very cramped. The atmosphere was ok but their work was always good. Now that they are in Brentwood (and have expanded to Wentzville), the physical location of Brentwood and Hanley is a little busy but the office is fabulous! The waiting room is very large with 2 TVs playing kids movies, a big fish tank, and restrooms that are literally less than 10 feet away! The patient rooms are set up in a unique way. Some room are more private with 3 walls and just an open door. But the other patient areas are all open. I thought it was odd at first but it actually makes the atmosphere a little more laid back. When your child needs xrays or if you just want to be there, but not all up in there, they have a nice cushioned bench for the parents to wait on. As for the staff, they are phenomenal!! From the technicians, to the dentist, to the office staff they are all so nice and willing to help and answer all of your questions. My daughter had a cast from her wrist to her armpit at her last visit and they asked if they could sign her cast and put her on their Facebook page. She loved it! My son was a little leary of the 360 degree X-ray and his technician walked him through and made him more relaxed! We live a little closer to the new Wentzville location that just opened, but the staff at the Brentwood location is just too good to leave. I definitely recommend this place. They provide quality care by qualified professionals who treat you like family. This is a busy office so sometimes needing to reschedule an appointment can mean be a couple 2-3 months out, but there’s no problem with scheduling 6 month appointments. Plus, I have 2 kids and they schedule them at the same time for their checkups and are able to get us in and out quickly. This is just an overall great dentistry facility. I can’t say enough good things about them!!

The workers are very kind and patient with young children. The receptionist greeted everyone by name which is an impressive feat in this day/age. The only reason it's 4 stars is there's no way to be present with 2 kids at the same appointment time, because xrays and cleanings and checks are in different areas. I didn't realize this when I scheduled. Perhaps next time I'll be more specific with my timing, example: for child 1 at 9 and child 2 at 9:30. I generally love their service and how nice they treat the kids, but in my last visit my son was treated very rude the assistance who see my kid she was very rude I forgot her name Hosley or Hann something like that. She really didn't do the procedures well since she was very full of bad attitud. Accent is fine dental practice. I do not have any problem with the dental care they provide my kids, but I have to complain about the treatment I receive as a working parent. I have four kids. They only allow two kids to have apointments scheduled together. That means I have to take two days off work to get all the boys to the dentist. When I brought two boys in, instead of taking them together, there are multiple stations, they took them in consecutively. So instead of missing time from work for one appointment I had to miss for two. I get paid by the hour. I find this really inconvenient and unfair.

I like accent dental but they are now starting to give me a bad taste in my mouth. I feel like they are deliberately making kids appointments six months plus out so that their teeth will go bad. They may have a small cavity that need fill but bye them waiting so long it goes bad so they can get more money by sedating the child. I'm hip on what they are doing.
