I have been going to PDC for over 4 decades. I was nervous when Dr. Armstrong retired, but Dr. Valle is great! The girls in the reception area are friendly and very personable. I actually look forward to my cleanings as my hygienist, Sheryl is the best. The office is modern with state of the art technology. If you are looking for a dentist, you will not be disappointed.

Madeline is a very talented Dental Hygienist and makes my teeth feel squeaky clean every time! She always has a positive attitude and is easy to talk to, it makes my commute from Brunswick well worth the trip! Thank you Progressive Dental Care you are the best!!!

I had a wonderful experience at progressive. The office is beautifully decorated and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I worked with Isabelle and she was patient and kind, she made me feel so at ease! She was friendly and so easy to talk to. I do NOT enjoy Going to the dentist at all. She was understanding and checked in with me often throughout the visit.

It must be 20 +/- years I've been a Progressive Dental patient, and honestly I cannot say enough good things about this organization. Perhaps I've been lucky but every member that I have dealt with has been personable and caring to me and my well being (that's either 20yrs of good luck, or they are that good)! The one time I had an issue, I think it was a filling or a cap, I was seen the very next morning and they promptly took care of it. Quite an impressive response, and track record! I have to laugh because I remember just picking Progressive Dental because they were local to me... now that's what I call a lucky pick!

It's a good sign when you come back year after year and see the same people working there. Tells you it's a good place to work.

Progressive Dental Care is the best dental office I have ever gone to. Hygienist are wonderful, staff friendly /helpful and office is very clean. I have gone to several other dentist offices in my life and never have I felt relaxed, if you can be relaxed when going to the dentist. All I can say is when they check my blood pressure it is always normal and for someone who is horrified of dentist I think that speaks volumes. I would recommend Progressive Dental Care to anyone.

In this Pandemic it can be very scary to go to the Dentist but you do not have to worry about going to Progressive Dental Care. They remain one of the most trusted and safe dental offices in Maine. They have updated to all of the necessary safety equipment and procedures. They make sure to ask all of the important health questions when you book you appointment and before you come into the door. You can safely wait in your car and when they are ready, they call you to come in with your mask on and warmly greet you (even with their masks on you can see the smile in their eyes and hear the warmth in their voices ). They have you sanitize your hands, take your temperature and have you go right to your assigned room. (How easy and safe is that). Your hygenist and room are outfitted with the latest safety equipment and procedures. You feel very comfortable and safe having them work on your teeth.

You can not go wrong by selecting Progressive Dental Care for all your dental needs. The staff is friendly and very professional. You are taken in at your scheduled appointment time and all procedures are explained fully. You get a reminder call prior to your appointment and there may be instance that an earlier time opens up and you will be called. I have been a patient since 1993 and never once had a problem.

Progressive dental care is just that - progressive. They are always kind and courteous upon arrival. The place is clean and all Covid precautions are in place. They take this Covid thing very seriously, taking temp, wearing face masks and shields, gloves, gowns the works. Even using small well place aerosol vacuum systems to capture any spray from cleaning and polishing your teeth. My dentist has always been careful and personally well protected against germs as well as keeping me protected from germs. Thanks Dr. V and the team at progressive dental care. Cheers!

Recently I switched to Progressive Dental Care/Dr Valle. I needed a crown replaced. The office staff very quickly scheduled my appointment. Over the years I have had a tremendous amount of dental work performed from root canals, crowns to implants. The crown repair and replacement performed by Dr Valle is one of the best, if not the best, dental work I have had. State of the Art equipment is used. More importantly it is the skill of Dr Valle and his staff that is most impressive. The temporary crown seated beautifully and looks and feels terrific. I cannot wait to have my permanent crown seated and to have my first dental hygiene visit. I am certain they will surpass my expectations. Thank you Dr Valle, Celeste, Donna and the office staff. I am extremely pleased with the results.

The entire team continue to further its education by attending courses so they can provide the most up to date treatments. There office is extremely clean and they all dress appropriately. There is nothing you could ask for in a dental office that Progressive Dental Care does not already provide. From the friendly, professional and sincere greeting, to the prompt referral to the hygienist or dentist you are there to visit, to the most up-to-date as well as friendly care, every part of your visit will be a good one. Efficient and accurate record keeping makes sure you have whatever treatment or X-ray is recommended for your particular circumstance. Okay, so you are sitting there with your mouth open. But, other than that it's more like a visit with old friends. I've been going to Progressive for over 20 years. I can't imagine going elsewhere.

Dr. Velek replaced 2 old fillings for me with new resin fillings. I was pleased with his attention to detail and how he listened to my concerns before starting to work on my teeth. Dr. Velek cleaned up the residue from the procedure nicely, so that my teeth were left feeling like they did before the fillings were replaced. I didn't need to return for any further work. All was complete in this one visit.
