Thanks to the VA I am awaiting my cleaning, but Dr. Jay and the awesome ladies in various positions are very friendly and cared about my situation. I was truly happy to become a new patient at this dental office. Hopefully the VA will allow me to remain with them as it is much more convenient than traveling into the Phoenix VA. The initial consultation relieved my anxiety and made me feel comfortable. I appreciated the information I received. The doctor and staff were friendly and supportive. The only complaint I have is regarding the second appointment wait time. They called us back almost immediately upon check-in arrival, but then let us sit in the consultation room for almost an hour just staring at the black computer. I know the Dr. is busy, but my time is valuable, too.

This place was absolutely amazing!!! The staff was so gracious and sweet! They have coffee water and little bottles of wine in the lobby which helped me a lot. The office was very calming clean and efficient. Very welcoming. They have a puppy for emotional support after extractions although I'm not sure if that's an all the time thing. I'm horrible when it comes to my teeth and extractions but I felt so at home and pleased. Dr.J was so supportive and caring. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs it. I have the worst dental fear. They were so nice and kept talking to me and making me calm down. Everyone from the front desk to the back is amazing. I have seen both doctors and they are awesome. Very understanding about my dental anxiety and explained everything to me and showed me what tool they were going to use before they used it. Very respectful definitely would recommend anybody to go to them especially if you have dental anxiety. They also got me in next day which is amazing.

I have been to dentists in the past that I really liked, but this one far exceeds anything I have ever experienced. You are welcomed to a beautiful office when you arrive and offered water, coffee, tea or wine while you’ve wait. When they take you back, for the first time, they give you a tour of the office and a card and gift. Then you are treated with the newest equipment on the market. They are kind, gentle, personable and professional. You won’t go wrong by using this dental office as your own. I don’t usually love going to the dentist , but I won’t be late for these appointments. My new favorite dentist office. I'm a twice a year for cleanings guy. I dont normally have much interaction with the actual dentists in the office. They spend a minute peeking in your mouth and thank you for coming in. But you do spend the better part of an hour with your hygienist. So find one you like. Megan is the best and its why I drive a little further to the Surprise Dental & Denture office. She makes sure my teeth are clean, my mouth and gums are healthy, somehow has the ability to get all the scraping down with a gentle touch, and with a great personality! She seems to love working there, the owners treat their staff well and you can tell by how the staff treats you. As an added bonus Jason even took the time to smooth down a rough edge on one of my teeth at my last visit. Overall if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I first contacted this dental office after an emergency. I had broken my denture in half and needed assistance ASAP. They fit me in right away. Dr. J was able to temporarily mend my denture so that I could use it, while we waited on the development of a new stronger denture. The making of my new denture was quite fast, despite being mixed in the holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Dr.J’s mended denture stayed strong throughout. I was very happy with the look and feel of my new denture. I’m so happy I found Dr. J and his staff to take care of me. I would recommend them to anyone needing a dentist and or denture specialist.

I was BLOWN AWAY with the care I received from everyone at Surprise Dental and Denture! I was experiencing extreme pain due to broken teeth and they got me in for a consult and extractions right away! They gave me a tour of their GORGEOUS office which includes plush chairs and a coffee bar. They showed me the patient areas. Everything is so clean and beautiful.They were so patient and kind with me. I was very nervous as I had a bad experience at a different dental office the week prior. Everyone from the ladies in the front office, to the Dental Tech and Dentist himself just really put me at ease. The dentist explained everything before he did it and kept reassuring me that I was doing great. I was so scared of the pain I was expecting to feel based on other dental offices and procedures I’ve had in the passed. But I never had any pain at all! They made sure I was 100% comfortable before starting the procedure. They really made me feel safe! They explained all my after care instructions and made sure I had extra supplies for home care. They got me scheduled for a follow up and to make a treatment plan. (As this was an urgent situation and we were focused on the immediate issue.) I actually can’t wait to go back to see them again. Those are words I NEVER thought I’d ever say regarding a dentist. I will 100% recommend their office to anyone needing emergency care, routine cleanings and check ups. When my adult daughter comes back home from NAU on break I’ll be booking her check up with Surprise Dental and Denture too. Thank you all so much for being so kind and caring! You truly can tell they are a family owned and run business!

I absolutely adore my doctor! Mashni is such a patient and caring person. She absolutely makes me feel comfortable at all times and she has so much wisdom! I’ve had 2 teeth pulled and 7 fillings. Moved to Surprise a few years ago, Surprise Dental is the third dentist I have tried. I have finally found a dental office that I am extremely pleased with. Their office is clean and spotless. They use the most up to date equipment for any procedures. They seem to be a little more expensive but for the care and comfort they provide for their patients the extra cost is well worth it. At another dentist office I was quoted over $5000 dollars for a dental procedure, by going to a little more effort I received the same results at Surprise Dental for $2000 dollars Obviously they have me hooked as a long term patient.

He was all praise about everyone from the receptionist to the husband and wife team of dentists. I mainly went because it was easier since we had the same insurance, to go the the same office. Upon being called to the back I was shown an extra place to sit if the waiting room was full. They pointed out where the bathroom was. Which is very important to us older folks.. The girls introduce themselves and totally informed me step by step what they were doing for my first initial visit.. Totally professional and careing asked if they could get me anything to drink and gave me a welcome gift for choosing their practice. Met the dentist and she is professional and takes time to LISTEN to you and very easy to understand.. I was totally comfortable in this office... And I am totally afraid to see a dentist...... She explained what she would do in reparing my teeth.. And that they work with insurance to get the upmost benefits covering my dental work needed . Which is another big relief for anyone these days. On my way out for appointments to be set up. I received a printout on everything planed to be done to bring my teath up to where they should be... I know exactly how much I have to pay and what insurance is paying...This office is on top of things they are fast and efficient... What a easy, non stressful visit.... When it comes to dential offices I am not easily impressed... This practice here they are very professional. I am looking forward to a wonderful experience with this office...❤❤❤

it was my first time having a procedure like this performed at your office, which was a crown replacement. Dr. Mashni was very good and professional. Problem was her assistant was a bit rough, she seemed to hurried and made me feel uncomfortable and a few times it hurt. Used my mouth and teeth as a support for she was doing to help Dr. Mashni. When Dr. Mashni was completed with her job removing existing crown she left the room and Derri did her job filling the void with a temporary filling. That procedure was a bit rough as well, like she was in a hurry to finish up is how I felt. Sorry, but this is how I feel. If you wish to talk about this at my next appointment which is Tuesday March 21 I don't mind. all of my other appointments have been GREAT starting with the front office till I leave, you have a great team.
