First time visiting this office had to have some substandard dental work corrected. The whole staff was wonderful. Dr. Phan and her assistant Heidi are Magnificent and even the front office headed by Grace are second to none. Highly recommending this office for all your family’s dental needs.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in like 5 years, so I knew I was going to need some work done. I really only went in because one of my teeth was starting to bother me. Meeting with Dr. Phan, she was very nice, very educated, and when she would talk to me about what was wrong with my mouth, she would do it in a way to where I wouldn’t feel bad about myself. I haven’t done any real work with them yet but they were very nice and understanding, which is a nice thing to have at a dentist office.

I had my first visit with Dr Phan today. The office was clean and staff were friendly. Dr Phan provided me a very thorough examination. My only complaint is that I wasn’t able to get my cleaning done the same day as my dental exam. I wasn’t informed of this until after I arrived, which caused some inconvenience having to reschedule.

Dr. Phan and her staff were excellent. from the time I walked in the door until I checked out, I felt extremely comfortable. The receptionist was very kind in checking me in. The waiting room is great with comfortable chairs, coffee maker, water and a TV that was playing netflix. The building is beautiful and was just so calming. When I was called back to the room I was quickly put into a room where all my needs were met and the wait time was virtually nothing to the Dr. coming in. She jumped straight to the point, looked at my x-rays, and proceeded with treatment while addressing my concerns in the process. The dental assistant was very nice as well and very competent. At the end of the visit, check out was as easy as checking in. I felt the patient in and out process was very fluid and flowed extremely well. I will continue to go here for all my dental needs.

I have been visiting this office for over two years and I have only had a lengthy wait one time, every other time I have been seen at my appointment time or within a few minutes.. That says a lot because I go every 3-4 months. The staff are always professional and friendly. Saturday hours are very convenient. The two dental hygienists that I have worked with are both two of the nicest ladies I have ever met and they do an extremely thorough and careful job, always explaining what is going on and making sure that I am comfortable. My teeth and gums have shown improvements, I've always had problems and the care I am receiving is paying off. The pricing is very reasonable, my insurance only covers so many visits a year and it doesn't break the bank to pay out of pocket for those visits that are not covered. When I see Dr. Phan she always remembers me and asks about things I told her a year ago. She is extremely considerate and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family.

Had a nice cleaning appointment with Lana today. She is an excellent dental hygienist! She explains what she is doing and is very aware of patient comfort. I’ll see her again in a few months. The only reason they don’t get the fifth star is because the office tends to double book their dental work appointments making them take too long. I also recommend rinse water warmers. The ice cold water from the dental equipment is irritating and painfull on sensitive teeth!

The staff here is amazing. I just had another great visit. Everyone is friendly and professional. After checking in, I barely had to sit down before they called me back. The equipment they use is all the latest technology. Xrays are immediately digitized and uploaded to a computer screen in front of your chair. The staff then points out on the screen where any potential problem areas might be and then they explain what exactly they will be doing. The offices themselves are immaculate and comfortable. I was in for an emergent visit and not only did I get in on a normally busy day but they were also able to do the procedure that day. So far everything from the procedure has been good. I moved to northern New Mexico and haven't been here for over 3 years. I was in ther area and called to see if she could do an implant for me while I was in town. Within two days she had ther procedure done. I would recommend smileology to anyone. She does it all. There's no need to go elsewhere for dental work.

Update: I was able to get in to see the endodontists that they referred me to for a root canal this week. I also called this clinic back and we have an appt set up for a crown and another appt for a cleaning in June. Felt a lot better after taking to receptionist today with having a clear plan in place. I think it was very overwhelming to hear that you need a root canal and pain is around the corner. I never had one. Thanks for helping. Great dentist and staff. Got in on the same day to check a tooth, which was a Saturday. Thought they would fix it. Found out that they had no time today but I get the pleasure of waiting several weeks for a root canal. Not happy about that.

I have to say this office accommodates everything you may need to get done in terms of dental service. The staff is very genuinely polite and the office itself is a very comfortable environment. The only draw back like any other dentist office in america. Is the prices..it's crazy how much the most simplest of procedures are. But..I will say Dr. Phan is very fair with those costs. Not only is she professional and doesn't sugar coat anything that pertains to your dental health but she is very reasonable; much more so than the dentists I have dealt with in the past. I say check this place out and decide for yourself.

I am a customer of this facility for two years. Besides reasonable charges for the services, the office personnel treats me like a family member. This place was recommended to me by my friend. I already recommended a friend's family. The working hours are very convenient. I am impressed with the hygienist's explanation of my issues. So far, in my 5 appointments, I never had to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room. Most of all, the doctor takes time to explain the issue and fixes needed to correct. In one instance, I was accommodated in a matter of hours to take care of my toothache. The place is very clean and the medical equipment seems brand new. I am very pleased with the service. (May 2014 appointment) I have been going to Palo Verde Dentistry for my dental work for almost 3 years. Very flexible to schedule appointments. I like e-mail and TXT messages reminding appointment date/time. Only a few mins waiting in the waiting room, if at all. The whole staff/doctor was pleasant. The office/equipment is very clean. Doctor spent ample time to explain the nuts and bolts of my questions with computer displays and dental models. Reasonable charges. Overall, I am a happy camper. BTW, free bottle water and FRESH coffee also available.

Dr. Phan is great. Been there 4 times in the last year, and each time I like her more and more. I HATE having my teeth worked on (I have hypersensitive hearing, so I get a bit of genuine anxiety with all that drilling and suctioning noise), but she handles my angst with such calmness, a sprinkle of humor...and patience, which I appreciate. This last visit sealed the deal for me keeping her as my Dentist. I went in, thinking one of my decade-old crown was coming loose, it just feels funny. She could EASILY have played on my fears and agreed that I needed a new crown and possible root canal, guaranteeing a nice bit of $$$$ for herself. But she assured me my tooth was fine and was just a bit sensitive due to a cavity I need filled. I've worked in healthcare for the past 23 years and I can assure you, many Dr's are OK with recommending procedures that aren't always medically necessary, if they've got a "worried" patient like I was with my crown. I can't say enough about this place. I called yesterday morning with a serious infection in my mouth, and I was in the worst pain I have ever been in. The woman on the phone immediately could tell by my voice how miserable I was. She said "just come in and we will get you right back" and that's exactly what they did. Every. Single. Person. In that office went above and beyond to take care of me. Comforting me when I cried, even went as far as to hold the trash can when I got sick in the office! If I made any sort of noise they were like "are you in pain?!"... When I was done having my teeth pulled I went into the room my husband was in bc he was getting checked out too (yes, they even got him in!) and the Novocain started to wear off, and even tho they had already cleaned the room I was in, they took me back again and gave me more medicine to numb me up. I had a long and decaying wisdom tooth removed by doctor Phan as a first time patient (military, fresh relocation). I was given a pre numbing treatment, adequate novocaine, and the care and attention during the process was far beyond my expectations. I've never had a tooth removed before, or any major dental work of any kind, so I'm not sure how it's supposed to go, but my experience was nothing like the horror stories I have heard from others about other doctors. I was fully conscious and coherent, but completely and totally numb, my brain said I was supposed to feel pain but I felt absolutely none, and when I asked for pause during the process several times anticipating pain, not only did they stop immediately to see if I was okay, but that paint also completely failed to materialize. I actually experienced ridiculously little discomfort over the next week, some general nerve pain along that side of my jaw but nothing sharp. the care and attention to detail of every member of the staff has been off the charts, all the way down to knowing me by name and face as soon as I walk in the door for an appointment. I don't know if it's possible to be happy to need the services of a dentist, but I'm certainly happy I found Dr. Phan and her team.

I have been going to see Dr Phan now for about a year. I feel that she has my care as her top priority. I have had crowns, deep Cleaning, and root canals. Even when I show up unexpectedly all my needs where met with outstanding professionalism and attention to details were her top priority. It is Great to know that the Dentist is listening to you, it is obvious with the probing questions that her and the staff ask.
