Dr, FuJi and his staff are very efficient, competent and nice. i would have rated 5 stars if they were more accommodating in understanding my needs in scheduling appointments. unfortunately, they are not very flexible in matching my needs to minimize number of appointments and schedule all the appointments needed in advance (to help me with my job). understanding they are concerned about stress/pain/ after procedure, but i know i can sustain multiple procedures in one day but still they were refractory in maximizing the number of visits.

How does THIS physician/staff manage ___? I'm happy to say that all things being equal, the staff and physicians at Locust Street Periodontics managed to provide a welcoming and non-mysterious first impression. I left with no unanswered questions. People took time and were responsive. I wasn't made to feel as though I was an "ignorant participant" in some obvious process, but rather that all my questions were reasonable and expected. Nicely done!

Has been a very long process, mainly because of the COVID pandemic, but also because of the very long lead times for appointments (usually 2+ months). Last time I was there, the ICAT machine was not working properly (after the office move) which cost me a few hours of my day and then the reschedule put me out another couple months. Also, any time I have called, I have always gotten the the answering machine. Don't love that. The quality of the care has been excellent and the people are very professional and very pleasant.

Nice, clean facility. Friendly professional staff. Expert Periodontist. I gave a 4 star for 2 reasons: 1. I had to sign a form agreeing to have to pay $350 for last minute cancelation &/or being over 10 minutes late. I just found that to be extremely unreasonable considering they provide zero compensation to patients when they do not uphold the same standard they expect from their clients. I had to wait over an hour from my scheduled appointment time to be seen. I don't mind having to wait 10/15 minutes but over an hour... I actually found that to be very disrespectful. & the 2nd reason is they had inaccurate records for which location I received care of services.

After checking in and taken to one of the dental rooms, again, it was awesome, with while walls and plenty of room. The room itself has the latest technology, is very clean and sterile. The staff at Locust Street Periodontics Implant Dentistry, particularly Donna (I hope I spelled your name correctly) and Dr. Sanavi were great! My appointment was at 3 pm and the tooth extraction (#31) and graft were done within an hour and 15 minutes (including a short reception time.) I was home by 5:15 pm after going to the Walgreens to pick up the prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen. I did not experience any pain and will gladly recommend anyone who has reservations about "going to the dentist" to go to Locust St. Periodontics. They will take great care of you and are very proficient, efficient throughout the entire process of procedure and payment. Dr. Sanavi and Donna clearly explained the healing process and what I needed to do to for better dental health. Thank you Donna and Dr. Sanavi!

I had been having pain in a tooth for approximately 3 days while on vacation. After returning home, I went to see my personal dentist the next day who recommended having the tooth removed with an implant to follow. His office staff contacted Locust Street Periodontics and Implant Dentistry for a consultation appointment with Dr. James Torosian which I received the very next day. The office receptionist (Julie?) was very pleasant and efficient doing a pre-visit phone call. I also received information and a medical intake form via email which I was able to complete online and submit to the office. My wife and I were greeted pleasantly on arrival. We were taken to the examination room in a timely fashion where my wife and I could discuss treatment with Brittany, my dental assistant, and Dr. Torosian. The treatment plan and finances were discussed openly and fully. Dr. Torosian asked me if I was willing to have the procedure performed that very day. I want to emphasize that I had a 4 p.m. appointment. I agreed to go forward and, despite, the later in the day hour, Dr.Torosian and Brittany prepared for and carried out the work with a pleasant, earnest attitude. I especially appreciate the fact that after the procedure as Brittany was emphasizing my aftercare, Dr.Torosian went to the waiting area and spoke with my wife, providing her an update. We were very impressed with the professional concern and abilities demonstrated by Dr. Torosian, Brittany, and the entire office staff that we encountered.
