The dentist here care about your teeth and how you feel about them. The staff is warm and friendly and they always send friendly text and email reminders to ensure my next visit. I had my first appointment here today and i am extremely happy with the care. I felt like my teeth were being cleaned properly and i was explained everything as we went along. The front desk and hygienist are awesome. The doctor and everyone that had a hand in my visit today was great. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for my goodie bag also.

Scheduled an appointment on short notice, the ladies at the front desk were polite and pleasant to talk to and helpful. They were able to accommodate me and since I haven’t been to the dentist in some time when I came in I felt comfortable and at ease I came in and had the usual pictures taken no long wait or sitting around. The staff were knowledgeable and whatever they couldn’t explain, the dentist came in and broke it down himself in the end and told me exactly how the procedure is gonna go and what steps are gonna be taken for after care and so on and so on. All in all I had a great experience and I will be coming back for any and all routine work and any and all dental problems afterwards!! You guys are awesome!!

American Dental Associates is a great dental office. They are fast and good at what they do. I went in to get a cleaning and x-rays as a new patient with them and then went back to have some fillings done. They listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable (I suffer from dental anxiety, like alot of other ppl) The dentist I used to go to wanted to do a root canal because a filling came back out but when I went to American Dental Associates they assured me a root canal was not needed and they could fill it again. The fillings were done very well and I was able to eat regularly that same day. Very good Doctors, dental assistants and hygienist at this office. Also the girls at the front desk are so nice and make sure you know what your going to pay and that everything is scheduled correctly, you can even text if you don't have time to call.

Went in for yearly checkup. I use to always hate going to the dentist, but here that has changed. I like that they are soo personable and easily attentive. They took the time to discuss options and even explain things in "laymen" terms for me. I like that they also discuss plan of actions going forward, and don't just scrape my teeth and give me a lecture about brushing better. They actually do go over brushing plans and things I can use to help me. The waiting time was only a few minutes and I had little to no pain. I am actually looking forward to my next visit! I feel like i will be smiling more in pictures because of them.

I had a great experience! The customer service was great, dental assistant was polite and welcoming. She went over my procedure that I was getting done. I also had a tooth that was bothering on the dentist checked it out and made sure it wasn’t bothering me before I left. I felt that he was persistent in making sure my fillings looked natural! The receptionist at the front desk also very polite and explained what was covered with my insurance and what was not pretty accurately. I would definitely recommend to friend because since I’ve gone I never had to wait long! Everyone seems to enjoy what they do here!

You know a dental office is excellent when even the kids had a positive experience. Their friendly staff and professionals put my boys at ease - and accommodated all three at the same time! My special-needs son was the biggest surprise! He normally needed to be sedated for serious dental work, but Dr. Pratik connected with him on his level through the video game he was playing and was able to get him to cooperate with ease.

At the reception area the ladies are always pleasant, kind, and were helpful in explaining payment & anything regarding my dental insurance so great first impression. The hygienists have all been very nice, courteous, and they've always explained what will be done today, answer any questions/concerns, and the recommendations they provided (whether it's a product that might benefit your dental health or an in office treatment) were suggested but never forced upon me. Dr.Patel was helpful in answering my questions/concerns and she was very personable, super friendly, and I feel very comfortable going to their office.

I love American Dental Associates! I have a fear of dentists, and have had MANY bad experiences in the past. Dr. Monica is wonderful, very kind and considerate. She always asks how I am feeling during a procedure, and makes sure I'm comfortable and it's not painful. Once during a root canal, I had a problem with the apparatus they were using to help hold my mouth open (I felt very claustrophobic with it in my mouth) and Dr. Monica immediately fixed it and worked with one hand holding my mouth open, so as not to cause me to have a panic attack. The rest of the staff are wonderful as well, and I have never had a bad experience at ADA. I fully and completely recommend them, and will continue to use them for all of my dental care.

The office is conveniently located, the front staff are very thorough and professional. Every experience has been a good one and I actually look forward to my appointments because my care team. Sade, Margie, Magda and everybody there make it a very pleasant experience. I know I am in the best hands. I have had some complex Dental work needed and I really appreciate the State of the Art equipment and tools utilized along with the sheer expertise and knowledge demonstrated by everybody. Everybody is so nice. it feels great! Special mentions, also, on the warm Lavender wash cloths given after your procedure to cleanse, the amazing Air Filters throughout the office to keep us extra safe in these times!!! They invested a lot of money to ensure their patients safety and it is awesome and appreciated. Did I mention I loved this place? Best Dental office in Philly!

Best experience at a dental office I had in the past 21 years . Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Patel really informed me in detail of my dental procedure . Also they have complamary Coffee which was fresh from a krueg and a nice massage chair that I used , it felt like heaven. I highy recommend this office if your looking to be a new patient .

I was in to get routine maintenance and looking to change dentists. So I found this one close to my house. The google ratings were pretty decent so I made an appointment. The staff was very accommodating and offered me to come in an hour before my scheduled appointment. definitely a win, win. I am very satisfied with the X-rays and cleaning I received. My problems were addressed and I was set up with the needed information to correct the issues. I appreciate the knowledge and the warm personalities I encountered during my visit! Normally I am hesitant to go to a dentist however this was my best experience. ADA is Highly recommended. Staff are very pleasant. Irene my hygienist is excellent. She was patient to answer my questions and did the procedure throughly and very carefully to ensure no discomfort was caused. Very friendly person highly recommended. My fillings were done by Dr. Monica Patel. Though this was only my 2nd appointment, from the way doctor executed the procedures with confidence and ease was the testimony of her experience. I was greeted by friendly faces- Kaleena and Magda and then I didn’t have to wait long at all before Katherinetook me back. She was my hygienist and was amazing at coaching me through the process. She was friendly, patient, and her approach to the work I had to have done was so comforting! I loved her! The doctor was also super approachable and amicable! Whereas most doctors can be somewhat standoffish, Dr. G was kind and super pleasant! Lastly, I am a cash paying client and for the amount of work that I have to get done, the total I was given was beyond reasonable and they gave me options to pay in full. I highly recommend this team and this practice! ☺️👏❤️

I came in with nerve pain, and exited with my problem tooth removed! Dr. Patel and staff were very friendly and professional, provided care and concern during my tooth extraction, and thoroughly discussed all aftercare. I had very minor swelling and pain afterwards (and my tooth was not an easy one to remove). The facility was spotless and has state-of-the-art imaging to accurately identify trouble areas. I cannot wait to use their services for Invisalign and whitening along with the successful installation of my implant.

I’m a new patient to this office. I was greeted by the patient coordinator Magda who is very nice. There’s coffee and Water service in the waiting room which is a nice touch when waiting to be called back. I didn’t wait long for my cleaning. I had my cleaning done by Irena who is a great hygienist , i had my check up done by Dr Monica Patel who is very nice and did my exam. She explained to me I had few small cavities which she was able to treat that same day. Ipheka her assistant and Dr Patel finished my treatment for the cavities I was completely comfortable during my treatment . Great team , awesome atmosphere. I called for an emergency appointment last week after I woke up with a swollen face from a broken tooth, and they told me to come in within 15 minutes! The staff and Dentist were WONDERFUL! The office is clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work and they made me feel comfortable. The following day I still had issues with swelling and the dentist called me from her cell phone to discuss and then called me back hours later to remind me to take my new antibiotics and see how I was feeling. I highly recommend this office! The only negative is they don’t accept my insurance, so I can’t continue to be a patient there :(

Even though Dr. Monica and staff ( from checking in to exiting and setting up a future appointment) had to tell me more then a few times what the next steps will be they remained professional. Honestly, if you feel a little uneasy or embarrassed because of your situation or the distance between your last dentist appointment; the comfortableness that settles as soon as your greeted makes you wonder why did I take this long to see a dentist. I was very happy with the service that was provided. I started to make an appointment with one office that was closer to my home but the young lady who answered the phone was awful. When I called the American Dental Associates practice, I was immediately impressed with the young lady over the phone which moved me to make the appointment. Although it is far from my home, the service was excellent. From the young lady at the front desk, to the dental assistant who understood that I HATE the dentist and was patient and informative while taking x-rays to the dentist himself. I liked the staff and their attention to patient care. I have finally found my dental office. Thank you!!!

American Dental has treated my husband, two sons, and myself very well over the six years we’ve been going here. About a week ago, I had extreme pain in one tooth and could not sleep. I called American Dental and they squeezed me in for emergency visit the next day. In the meantime, they prescribed me for pain and antibiotics. I had 2 cavities that made my gum so sore that I couldn't sleep on my left side. I tired a dentist closer to home but they didn't take care credit. This was a good thing because American Dental Associates was able to get me an appointment in 2 hours. They fixed my cavities that day and the whole staff was very nice. The only thing was that I had to wait an extra 30 mins. as Doctor Shah had a root cancel scheduled. This was very reasonable and helpful. I was at a different dentist that made fun of me for gagging when the put the x ray tube in my mouth. Here they position my head differently to keep me from gagging. I don't have insurance and American Dental Associates had different options to help.

After a long night of excruciating pain I did my research and came across this dental office. When I called the staff on the phone was very kind and scheduled me to come in for a consultation . After the consultation, it was recommended that I take the antibiotics which they prescribed before starting the extraction. Went home and days later I've returned for my procedure. Extremely nervous, The Front desk and the dental assistant assured me that it wouldn't be bad and that everything would be ok. For me to become a little more relaxed the dental assistant asked if I'd hold want to listen to some music. I said yes and she returned with some headphone a iPad which had Pandora downloaded. I played the music and before I know it the Doctor said "Its Out". The procedure took about 20 minutes and I didn't feel a bit of pain and hardly and pressure. I whole heartedly recommend this office to anyone.

Fantastic dental office. I'm a college student from Boston going to school in Philly. I was scheduled to have a root canal back home in a few months' time over my spring break. However, my tooth started absolutely killing me out of nowhere the other day, and I knew I couldn't wait to have it done. American Dental Associates were honestly a lifesaver; they took me in for an emergency root canal on a Saturday morning, when I didn't expect that anybody in the city would be able to get me in. They took my insurance, which was a big worry of mine, and so the procedure ended up being incredibly reasonable (even cheaper than it would have been for me to have done back in Boston). The staff were all incredibly kind and accommodating, and Dr. Shah was very knowledgable. He even went over my X-rays with me prior to the procedure, detailing for me exactly what was causing my pain and how he planned to alleviate it. Overall, this office gave me a fantastic experience, and I can't offer their services enough, especially in the case of emergency care.

Yesterday, 3/5/16 was my first visit to American Dental Associates. I have a very intense fear of Dentists and I have been working up the courage for a while to find one to go to so that I could start getting dentures. I have been told that I would need to have my top teeth removed and get a full plate by two separate dentists... and would need a few removed to get a partial for my bottoms. Well, after a brief check up and many X-Rays later, I was pleasantly surprised that cosmetic dentistry had advanced to now have better flexible partials... I was also surprised to be informed that none of my top teeth need to be removed, and that they are all strong and good... just a bit of polishing and whitening... and I have only one small cavity on the bottom and only one tooth that will be pulled. Yay... two sets of partials... one extraction and one filling and a beautiful smile is mine to be had...
