As the name implies they are a great dentistry office. Always very nice, clean, and professional. High quality equipment and comfortable spaces in which to take care of your smile. I was a little leery originally when the previous practice I went to closed and they recommended Quality Dental Care but they have been nothing but fantastic. Not only in reaching out to remind you of appointments but in the expertise of their personnel.

We recently moved to omaha and needed to find a new dentist. As everyone knows it can be frustrating to find good, quality dental care. With that being said, we are so happy to have found Quality Dental Care! From start to finish we have experienced nothing but friendly, professional service! From your initial call, to walking in the door, to your examination, it's just a great environment filled with outstanding people. What we experienced were individuals who really put the extra effort in to making you feel comfortable while providing you with excellent dental care. Dr. Janecek and the staff were fantastic! Every dentist I had been to over the past 5 years seemed to be focused more on trying to sell me services that I didn’t necessarily need and cared more about making money rather than what is best for me as a patient. Such a relief to have finally found a dentist I can trust and rely on. Would highly recommend to anyone who has had previous bad experiences at the dentist. Was a first timer and I had an excellent experience. The receptionist was very welcoming and pointed out where everything was. Then my hygienist showed me around the building and introduced me to Dr Janicek. Cleaning went great and I felt very welcomed and when it was time to schedule a filling and my next visit, prices and process we’re very transparent. Easy to check out. I definitely recommend coming here! Will be back again!

Best experience I have ever had at a dental office. I went in with some pain from a cracked root canal I had done many years ago, and they were able to completely take care of me during my first visit. As I am having surgery in three weeks, I wanted to get in to see Dr. Trumm. They were able to find a time for me. I need a filling and a cracked crown replaced. Dr. Trumm understood the urgency of getting the work done, as I can’t have any dental work done for three months after my surgery. By the time I got home they had arranged two appointments for me. I so appreciate the effort they put in to take care of me. Quality Dental is highly recommended by me.

Wife had a toothache (turned out it was chipped) and while it wasn't emergent we were still seen swiftly. Being able to fill out the required documents online ahead of time was awesome! At the time of the appointment the first thing I noticed was the office was very clean and neat. The staff was very friendly and got us checked in promptly. We were seen within minutes of our appointment time. The tooth was assessed professionally and it was taken care of that day. Looking forward to the follow up cleaning! I can definitely see why this location is listed as a Tricare gold location. While we hope to only visit once a year, we are definitely looking forward to our continued visits here. The complimentary water/coffee was a cherry on top!

I've been going to QDC for years now. One thing, well a few things I can say: They are very accommodating! I called regarding a chipped tooth, and they got me in the same day! Dr Hartnett is always a pleasure to see. She's so pleasant and calm. The staff is amazing, from front desk, to Dental Assistant, to check out desk. I ALWAYS tense up when I go to the dentist. This visit I noticed a sign on the chair for 'Calming Mechanisms'. That's not what it said exactly, but very close. They give you a choice of comfort items from warm blankets, eye covers, and stress balls. I left without fingernail indentations in my palms yesterday. I'm not sure how I left that stress ball though. Great idea QDC!!

I’ve had bad experiences with dentists in the past, and it has been years since I’ve been to a dentist because of that. Well lately I’ve been having enough tooth pain that it couldn’t be ignored so I spent hours looking at reviews of dentists on Google and yelp. Finally I decided on quality dental care. I am so glad I did. I got there and they had me in the back within a couple of minutes of checking in. They were quick with everything they had to do and showed me everything they were looking at on the screen in front of me. Which was awesome because I am a very visual person. After the visit they were still waiting on my insurance stuff to finish coming through but they had it within a couple of minutes and were going over the breakdown of how much my next visit would cost and why. I really appreciated that so I could prepare financially. All in all I was very impressed with all of the staff that I interacted with while I was there. From now on I will be at the dentist yearly for all of my cleanings and taking any advice that these folks give me 5/5 faith in dentists restored.

Quality Dental Care is the best dental office I have ever had work done at. I literally dread going to the dentist because I had awful experiences from the time I was young. And it is usually intensified when I have to find a new dentist. I googled dentist near me and read some of the reviews for the Quality Dental Care office and they were very good, so I gave them a call. They were able to fit me two days later and their care was excellent. Being that I also had delayed my cleanings because of Covid, I also made an appointment for that and it was for the very next day (luckily someone had just called to reschedule their appointment). Both my emergent appointment and my cleaning appointment were awesome. I’m so glad I won’t have to dread going to a dentist anymore. If you need a dentist or are not satisfied with your care, please call Quality Dental Care like I did and I’m sure you will be happy you did.

Dr Welniak is the best! The entire staff here is great! Had a bad experience as a kid at another dentist and didn't go back until I was urged to go see Dr Welniak. She has never once made me feel bad about the condition of my teeth which I greatly appreciate but at the same time she kindly went over the damage I've done to my teeth and let me know the plan we are taking to get them back to be healthier. I used to HATE going to the dentist but now I don't.

Had the same dentist for years, a one doctor show. Sad to leave him but his new hygienist was bad. Found Quality Dental who showed up at the top of a Google search for top dentists in Omaha. I soon found out why. I was used to having the same dentist and hygienist so this was a big change. Every dentist and every hygienist provides the same professional and courteous care. They take time to get to know you. And their dental work is impeccable…every time. It is obvious they spend a lot of time teaching their service model. I will never go anywhere for my teeth but Quality Dental. I had a toothache right before Labor Day and Dr. Murphy knew I wouldn’t make it 3 days without extreme pain so he went out of his way to get me in for an appointment immediately for a root canal. The tooth feels great now. The service since I started coming here a few years ago has been impeccable. I must also point out that they have an extremely clean office that will make you feel at ease. I have been going to Quality Dental Care for 3+ years. I switched to them because I wasn’t happy with the care I was getting with my former dentist and am very happy. Quality Dental uses technology that I previously didn’t experience. Their use of cameras to take pictures for historical reference as well as tracking gum history for each tooth has enable me to see a direct impact of my habits. In addition the staff us recommended both a different toothpaste and floss which have been game changers. Only negative is that their annual cleaning appointments fill up quickly... this is easy overcome if you proactively schedule but would not recommend trying to get an appointment only 4 days in advance.

Great place. Literally the most professional and dialed in customer service operation of any dentist I've been to. Things run like a clock and the staff is friendly and competent. Assuming the medicine is up to par, the difference in experience is customer service. I haven't been to a dentist in years mainly because I was scared of what was going to be said about my teeth. Come to find out I was wrong about how I was going to be treated the people here were honest, very friendly, and felt like i could instantly trust them(I've had bad experiences in the past). They told me how to minimize my issues, are working with me to help correct whats going on and didn't make me feel like a failure for how my teeth have turned out throughout the years. All they carried about in my opinion is making sure i was given the best treatment and felt like I was important to them. I won't go anywhere else.

Quality Dental Care is a great place and I'm glad we found them. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to ensure you're comfortable. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist but they definitely make the experience as pleasant as possible. After having a lot of work completed I was impressed the following day that I received a follow-up text message from Dr. McElroy wanting to make sure I was doing okay. Our kids love being able to pick a toy out after they've visited. We also received a call from Patty, the office manager, letting us know that we'd won a gas grill, this was a great prize to win for referring some people to their office.

I haven't been to the dentist in about 8 years prior to my appointment today. I had to get four fillings today, and I was obviously pretty anxious about it (in the bad way) because every experience I've had in the past with dentists has been awful. I was thoroughly surprised to find that this was a very pleasant experience. I've had fillings done before, but this was much better than my past experiences. Quality Dental goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed and the dentist that worked on me was top-notch. Everything from when you first walk into the office to when you walk out, the staff here are very professional and down to earth, but they don't seem to fake their friendliness; they genuinely want you to have a good experience there. I will end my final thoughts here by saying that getting any "work" done on your teeth is rarely a pleasant experience. It always sucks getting fillings to whatever else needs to be done, but this place makes that unpleasant necessity tolerable. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

When I walked in I was greeted by their staff, they make you feel welcome and at home but I felt very rushed. Probably my fault I was a minute late, so I let this slide. I came in because I was referred by another patient and I had chipped my tooth. I made my appointment for my chipped tooth and the gal on the phone said we also have an opening for a cleaning so I opted to do that “as well”. I got back to my appointment they did the cleaning and a great job. The hygienist was kind, patient, and funny. We did xrays and the doc came over. No chipped tooth repair, just my cleaning he said I should schedule an appointment to come back. Well the lady at the counter made it sound like I was going to get both done so needless to say I was disappointed. The doctor was very friendly and patient as well. When I went to schedule my tooth repair I am now out 6 weeks and I have a chipped tooth and pain in my jaw. Pretty bummed I have to wait that long. Overall pleased with this place but disappointed in the expectations that were given to me over the phone versus the service I received.

5 Star Experience! I came for routine care when I was 32 weeks pregnant. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 years and was scared of what the findings may be. My hygienist was very thorough and explained everything she was doing, I have never experienced that before! I felt like I was involved educated in what she was doing and how she was evaluating. The staff at Quality Dental Care of Omaha definitely go above and beyond their "normal" call of duty every time I come in. Not feeling well and pressed for time, I attempted to cancel my appointment. The receptionist was truly concerned about my getting "charged" for calling after the 24-hour window and shuffled appointments to fit my time. I was getting a cold and obviously the appointment was to put in a temporary cap. The Dr. and assistant paused multiple times to allow me to breathe in between their work. They also made sure I was warm and comfortable in their newly renovated office with massaging and heated seats. WHAT A TOTALLY AWESOME EXPERIENCE. By the end of the visit, I even forgot how bad I was feeling. They are all a truly considerate and helpful office and I would refer anyone and everyone based on my past four visits. I don't usually write about dental offices, but I would highly recommend this one. I went in for an extraction and was really nervous (almost thought about backing out). However, throughout the whole time I was there they made me feel safe and secure. Dr Kocian did a great job getting me in and out of the chair in a timely manner (not my favorite kind of chair to be sitting on). The assistant, Julissa, helped out alot in explaining and going over what the dentist had done and how to treat the area after extraction. Very knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly staff. Will be going here regularly from now on.

You go the extra mile for people, get in their heads and relax them. You had a way of calming me, especially after a tough workout. You were there for me the entire time, talking laughing and easing.
