I've been going to Premier Dental for a long time, and for good reason. The hygienists, dentists and office staff are all the best. I moved to Texas in 2015 to 2017, but I came back to Premier Dental in Omaha for my dental work. I don't trust anyone else with my teeth. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Premier Dental. I have been mortified to go to the dentist for as long as I can remember. Between bad experiences, soft enamel (get cavities easily), receding gums, extraordinarily sensitive teeth and an immunity to numbing shots, I just don’t have any reason to enjoy going to the dentist. But I do. All of the techs I have had (which is about 3 because they keep you with the same tech to build rapport and comfort) have a gentle touch, and are good at what they do, with enough knowledge to modify and tailor their tools to your comfort. Everyone is extremely friendly, and I always leave feeling better than when I went in. If you need a dentist, pick this one. ETA: in the handful of hears I’ve been going here, I’ve gone from too scared to even make my own appointment and crying at check in, to cautiously but successfully getting cleanings with nitrous, and now I can get through an entire cleaning with no tears and no nitrous. I’m so proud of myself, and grateful for Premier Dental.

The expertise of Dr. Beninato in assessing and developing a treatment plan for trouble-shooting my problematic jaw, bite and functional abnormalities is unmatched, says the woman with 13 jaw surgeries and two rounds of orthodontic treatment—by orthodontists—under her belt, including 8 years of metal braces as an adult. The cutting edge imaging performed and critiqued by Dr. Beninato illustrated the issues and limitations presented by my case, and illuminated a pathway forward in addressing the situation. Dr. Beninato carefully explained the data and it’s diagnostic significance relative to my current state and explained HOW specific appropriate treatment and intervention can improve the status quo—including the expansion of my extremely limited airway. I appreciate his brilliance and unmatched skillset in creating best case treatment scenarios for me. His patience, concern and generosity of time show the utmost of care and respect for me, his patient. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found my way into such a wonderful practice. Dana his assistant and Jamie in the front office are also amazing people. It’s obvious the moment you walk through the front door that everyone working there loves their job and is committed to bringing their A Game to work. My mouth will be restored and it’s condition updated with appropriate non-metallic replacement fillings. And I will continue to rest assured that I am receiving the Best Care available in the region.

From when I stepped in the door until I left, it was easy to see that this is a VERY well run office. I was greeted promptly and in a very friendly manner, and was offered a coffee or water. I was taken back to a consultation room to finish filling out my information, and I was checked on to make sure I didn't have any questions. I waited in that room to be taken back to the exam room, and the doctor was running behind. But unlike so many other doctor office visits, staff routinely checked on and updated me, everyone apologizing for the wait. Premier recognizes that we show up on time, so should they - and they were phenomenal about owning the fact that they were running a little behind (we're talking like 20 minutes, by the way, I didn't mind at all). At the end of the day, I actually don't mind waiting - I just want to know what's going on. I was taken back to the exam room with the tech (I don't want to offend anyone's position if this incorrect, this is layman talk!), and wow, they were READY. I was coming in for what I thought was a misaligned jaw, that's what I told them when I called. Everything was ready in the room that they needed, and the tech was an absolute pro, and she was super fun to work/talk with to boot, and said she loves working there. I'm embarrassed I didn't remember names :-(. As we were walking back to the consultation room to meet Dr. Beninato, I noticed that the walls were adorned with pictures and portraits of patients and their smiles, which I liked. And the place is simply immaculate and exceptionally well managed. Dr.Beninato was very personable and obviously knowledgeable. What I loved about him most is that he included the tech in the discussion. Not just making sure she was there, but asking opinions and actually being collaborative. So refreshing to watch a professional understand that they have a staff for reason, and their rapport made it very clear that they operate as a team. My wife referred me there, and she reminded me that Disney teaches other companies how to operate with their "Disney Experience." Many if not all of the dentist offices I've visited could use a seminar the "Premier Experience." Simply top notch.

Looking for a new dentist but uncertain and anxious? Dr. Beninato and staff are wonderful. Literally just finished a root canal and almost fell asleep during the procedure. Such a professional and comfortable environment. They even provide “comfort” items like a blanket (if you’re cold), lip balm and other things to make sure you feel comfortable and safe. Also, all the financials are laid out very clearly so there are no surprises. Love it!! Highly recommend this group!

My first cleaning with Premier Dental went well & they were very thorough. They use newer technology so I was more confident in their assessment. I do wish they would explain the process prior to starting a first cleaning though. My dental anxiety was a little elevated as the process was very different from my prior Dentist. They did explain things, but I had to ask questions along the way. Overall, I was happy with the cleaning & all staff were very nice & patient.

The staff at Premier Dental is incredible. One of the first questions they ask you in a private consultation room is if you have dental anxiety. I personally do not, but my mother has severe dental anxiety secondary to many traumatic experiences at the dentist growing up. I think one of the best ways to ensure that your patients will continue to come back to the dentist is by providing ways for them to cope with their anxiety. They offer sedation options and do not make you feel like a baby if you need them, even for a regular cleaning! They ask if you are the type of person who likes hearing the details or only wants the bottom line and then adjust their explanations to you accordingly. I had not been to the dentist in over 6 years, and they did not make me feel bad about it. They were thorough, gentle, and extremely helpful. I felt comfortable with a TV right overhead to watch as they worked on my teeth. I am so impressed by this office and would refer them to everyone!

I love going to Premiere Dental. The technology there is really advanced compared to other offices I've been in. Haven't ever found a dentist I liked until I came here because it was on my insurance list. Unfortunately not very happy with my experience here with billing. Nice facility, friendly people; they are a little sales-y but I get it, it's a business and they need to close the work. I was quoted a price for some crown work and then an estimate of insurance coverage (like normal.) After I got the work done, I got a bill for a higher price. I was told that the insurance payment changed and the previous was an estimate. Well, unfortunately that is not the price that changed. The price that changed was their pricing of their own work. The insurance payment part was actually correct. When I pointed this out to billing they basically told me "oh well" and the eighty some dollar difference was my problem. The $80 isn't the problem, it's the fact that they changed their own pricing and had no desire to try and make it right. I will be taking business elsewhere.

Ny experience with premier dental was wonderful. I'm not a person who likes going to the dentist. It scares because my teeth are very sensitive and I am very self conscious about my mouth. The team at premier began from the moment I stepped foot in the door, helping me feel at home, at ease, and unafraid. I didn't feel judged for the mess my mouth was. The hygenist came in, was polite, and treated me with respect. When Dr. Boston came to discuss my options he spoke to me as though I were a friend and we were chatting over coffe, No judgement, just "how are you?" "What's Your family like?", getting to know me, and "What can we do?" "what are you comfortable with?" "What are the options?". Laying things out for me in a way I could understand. Then coming up with a solid plan of action I was comfortable with. The scheduling staff helped me to understand what my insurance would cover what I would need to pay for and when I would need it, and how scheduling and the procedures I needed would be carried out. Talking me through and making sure I understood. Just an all around wonderful experience. If you have fear of then dentist, sensitivity, and need a dentist that will be there with every step to make sure you feel comfortable and safe, this is your place. 100 percent!!!

I have been terrified of the dentist since I was a child. Once I became an adult I only went to the dentist for major tooth pain I couldn't take care of by myself. These people are absolutely fabulous. They make you feel like they care about you as a person and also about your concerns with your teeth no matter if it's cosmetic, dealing with pain, cavities, alternatives to teeth. Whatever. Everyone is friendly from the time you enter until you leave. When something hurt I let them know and they stopped and fixed the issue with the pain and didn't act irritated that I stopped them. Also I didn't have money to pay for everything immediately. I don't have good credit so they put me on an in house payment plan. Lastly they called me for a follow up appointment and my brother had just been shot and later died. I was a mess when they called to schedule me and I told them I couldn't schedule at this time. Later I received a card in the mail offering condolences. I just love this place and all of these people. Thank you premier dental.

Premier dental truly is the best dental office I have been to! I was able to get an appointment with Brandais for my cleaning today and to see Dr. Butler for my exam. They are so great! What I also love about this office is the amount of education behind their recommendations which is what led me to Invisalign. I had very good experience at premier dental , my teeth and gum was so pain full last night , I try to make appointment around many dentist but no one have available slot today , I call to premier dental , I explain my severe pain problem and they take me in one hour . They take care my problem so nicely , The staff from front desk to nurse and doctor everyone is so experienced and well known about their skill , everyone speak so politely, The doctor I don’t remember her name she is so nice , She is well experienced , She did not take any long time to find the problem and solve it just in 10 minutes , No long waiting , Thanks to staff and doctor for take care well , I recommend to to patient who have any dental issue must go this place .

I lost my front bottom tooth to decay and it had to be pulled. I went to another dentist and the best they could offer was this horrendous device with wires and a single front tooth jutting up in the middle....it was awful besides being quite painful...I lost almost 20lbs because I couldn't chew anything!! I couldn't smile, couldn't talk with it in place, so I ended up not wearing it at all. I was mortified. I came back to Premier Dental, to Dr. Butler, who made my upper plate that Im absolutely thrilled with. She said she could solve the problem for me with a permanent bridge. I've only had one appt and I'll never have to wear that horrible appliance again...I can smile 😃, and even talk again. I couldn't be more delighted! If you're reading this, Premiere Dental is the best and they do it right ✅️ the first time. And in my case, they can even fix what others have done so badly 😢.

I started off my experience at Premier Dental with a Zoom Whitening appointment. Shelby H and Bryce did an awesome job at it! My teeth were noticeably white right after the appointment! I then had my new patient exam with Shelby N. Whitening can make your teeth sensitive, but Shelby made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Premier Dental has newer technology which allows them to detect caries early on. Shelby N and Dr. Bessmer found cavities in my teeth while using the diagnodent. I go to the dentist every 6 months, but my previous dentist does not have all of the new technology that Premier has to pick up on those early caries (although two of those cavities were noticeably shadowy/black 😒). I am just glad that they were able to find them before they turned into a bigger issue! I went in the next day to get some of those fillings done. Dr. Bessemer and Madison did an awesome job! I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time! It was such an awesome experience. My smile is now white and cavity-free! Thank you to everyone! Safe to say, I will be staying at Premier Dental and referring all my friends and family!

We all hate the dentist. I hate it because it's like taking my used car in, it's never just usual maintenance, there's always something wrong that costs way more money than you want to spend. Anyway, my tooth broke and premier dental got me in asap! They looked at my teeth, broke the news that my old silver fillings from elementary and middle school are hurting my teeth and will need replaced overtime, and that's probably why my back tooth broke. It was hard new to hear but they assured me we could work together and get it taken care of overtime. They did address my busted tooth today, which ended up needeing to be a root canal, got me in and repaired it. They were kind, comical even and i feel good about my future work I'll get done here. After talking them, they were very apologetic. Ended up put on a wait list and ended up seen within a week or so, much faster than the estimated date. They did their best to make it right, definitely appreciate it. -- I have been coming here for a number of years, and the customer service has usually been pretty great, so the latest experience was quite a shock. I had made a checkup appointment 6 months prior, I got a notification text and responded C to confirm my appointment 2 days later when I was available to. (4 whole days before the appointment). I went in and was told my appointment was cancelled. Apparently after not responding after just 1 day, it was taken off the schedule so my confirmation never confirmed it. I was then told they didn't have another appointment in that same time slot for 6 whole months. The worst part of it all is, I never got anything saying my appointment was cancelled. Absolutely unacceptable. I have never missed or cancelled an appointment, and yet it was assumed I would just not show up? That's literally not how appointments work, at least not in any company I have ever dealt with. At this point I will be looking for another provider that actually honors the appointments I set.

what a wonderful experience for my 9 yr old daughter. the staff was prompt, extremely friendly, the entire place had a great energy. the upstairs is the kids dept and they have cute paintings on the wall, tv, new patients get a gift bag. wow. I have horrible crippling dental anxiety and a pretty hard time getting numb, so when they told me I needed eight fillings to patch up old work I left my old office knowing there was no way I could handle it without sedation. Stumbled onto premier through Google reviews and I’m so glad i can add to the positive comments. Premier is such a nice, no nonsense environment and the sedation was quick and easy. I first made an appointment at Premier Dental with Dr. Beninato for a consultation for Cosmetic Dentistry. After an extensive examination and intake of my history he discovered a deeper problem that had not been addressed. Instead of jumping right to the cosmetic procedures I wanted he informed me of the severity of the problem and that it needed to be addressed before any thoughts of anything cosmetic could happen. From people with no dental fears to those that are anxious, nervous, budget concerned, and even white-knuckling the chair the whole time. This is the place for ALL of you for all your dental needs. I had been treated 2 times in 3 weeks before choosing Premier Dental to help me with a horribly painful tooth that kept getting temp fixed. They got me in the SAME DAY, checked me out, let me know what the cause was and got me all set to come in 3 days later to the medicine time to reduce the swelling. Monday comes & yep I was nervous but hopefully for a final fix. Dr. Schultz took her time, triple checked everything, made sure I was comfortable, kind, and got me to the point where the next day I was ready for my first ever 2 permanent crowns. She quickly and easily got them in place and now I have much less pain and minus residue soreness, feel SO VERY MUCH BETTER! Their practice is wonderful, the staff in all areas welcoming, understanding, and considerate. The facility is top notch. No sending out impressions, they machined my crowns and we’re in the next day! No running around cleaning here, procedure there, and X-rays somewhere else. Not here, all done in the same place and they even give you 🎧 and a TV to help make your appointment as non stressful as possible. Not only will I be back but so will the rest of the family. Special thanks to Dr. Schultz, Mindi, Shawna, Brooke, and Ashli for all their help.

When I selected Premier Dental for my dental needs a couple of months ago, it was because of their reputation for being the best. Dr. Bost and the staff at Premier Dental are extremely friendly and knowledgeable; they make you feel as if you are in very good hands. Most importantly, Premier Dental possesses one important quality: They go above and beyond in making sure your needs are taken care of. I had gotten veneers two months ago and noticed recently that there was a small imperfection in one of them. This wasn't an issue. Dr. Bost was committed to getting this corrected. I scheduled an appointment and work began to get the issue corrected. The veneer was replaced with a temporary; the permanent veneer would not to be ready for a couple of weeks. No problem. So far, so good. Later in the day, after my visit, the temporary fell out. I called to make an appointment the following morning and learned that the office was closed due to training. But, I did leave a message with their after hours contact. In about 30 minutes, I received a call from Dr. Bost: He made arrangements to have an appointment scheduled for me, while the office was closed, to fix my temporary. The immediate attention I was given on that day illustrates why everyone should go to Premier Dental.

They had a convenient time for me to come back after the baby they get the x-rays. After the baby was born I needed some dental work. I feel as though Premier Dental is our second home lately, as I've needed some work done and Dylan is now an orthodontic patient of Dr. Larson's. She is extremely friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. She calls after every appointment to see how everything feels, and has even seen us after hours when we needed help with my son's orthodontic device. I went to Premier Dental after being referred by a friend. I had let a broken tooth go too long with an exposed nerve, I was nervous and scared because of dentist anxiety but they put all of that to rest and made me as comfortable as possible. So long story short they did a root canal and put A crown on the tooth ( which by the way they do the crown in house) who knew🤷🏽‍♀️ and after a couple of days my mouth was very painful 😖 so I called back they told me to come right in and see Dr.Sudan who did my original work, so I did and he went back and shaved the tooth down a little and sent me on my way well the next day my tooth had eased up with little pain and Dr.Sudan even called personally to check on me. Wow as busy as they are he took the time to check on me to make sure I was ok, talk about a wonderful experience and the time they take even the billing people are great! I think I talked about my experience to my friends a 1000x about how amazing this place is. I’m truly blessed, humbled and grateful to find such a great dental place full of great people! Dentist are great been going there for a while now and never had a bad physician but the billing area the way its handled is very unprofessional. I have never seen a bunch of people that can completely make the rest of the experience so sour. The approach needs to be softer knowing that your guest are not dumb they know they have a bill to pay and to be a little flexible and not to make them feel low for not paying in full the day of. Over all the level they approach needs to come down a notch if you want people to continue to come back. Treat your guest as family not just another dollar. Once again I dont want to take anything away from the dentist nothing but great things to say but the business is ran as a whole.

I am not a patient here, but my husband is. I wanted to write a review for the simple fact that I am very impressed with the follow through of the staff here. My husband tends to avoid the dentist like the plague until pain is making him miserable. That was the reason for his initial visit here. They fixed him up and gave him a treatment plan so that he could avoid such painful problems in the future. Of course, he went right back to avoiding the dentist - but THEY called him to say, "Hey - what's up?" That got him back in when he needed it. The skeptic in me says they only called him 'cause it was the end of the year and they were trying to get as much $ on the books as possible. The other side of me is grateful they did contact him or he'd still be putting it off - and eventually costing more than it already is. Dental work is never cheap and the longer procedures are put off, the more expensive they become. Thankfully Premier Dental has payment options available. They were also great when I had to return a product he had purchased - that we already had at home but he didn't remember because he wasn't using it. No hassles and very friendly. Dental work is never fun, but good staff can make the world of difference. Thank you Premier Dental!

I started having TMJD issues 7 years ago, started off with just popping, no discomfort or pain. I researched, read it may go away on its own, but it didn't. My jaw began feeling stiff and painful especially at night, so I tried the following over the years: Anti inflammatory medications, a fitted mouth guard, 4 different chiropractors, Invisalign, jaw massages and exercises, OTC pain meds, and CBD topical lotion. I read Botox injected into the TMJ muscle can help so I was desperate to try it. At my appointment, I was told Botox can help with pain but may worsen the condition. I was heartbroken to say the least. I just wanted immediate relief and not another expensive treatment that fails. I reluctantly started the treatment at Premier Dental, and I am so glad I did!! I now have zero jaw/facial pain. ZERO. I could not be more thankful for Dr. Beninato and their amazing staff!!!
