My daughter has been with Manhattan Bridge Orthodontics for almost three years now. They are professional and knowledgeable, able to answer any questions or worries that I've had. They also have the patience to answer my daughter's endless questions each and every time. Over time, I've seen a great improvement in her teeth, her face structure, and most importantly, her confidence. Thank you, MBO! P.S. They now have the most adorable crane machine for each braces patient!

We were told we needed orthodontics treatment for my daughter so after checking the list of recommended referrals from our dentist, we decided this place was the best choice. Another parent also suggested so it was good to know they had a good experience as well. The place is very welcoming and spacious. The staff very friendly and the procedures explained as necessary addressing our main concerns. Our daughter loves the little incentive for going which is a nice little bonus.

The MBO team is one of the nicest, most efficient orthodontic centers I have ever visited. I have tried many treatments before and have never encountered a team that would be so understanding, flexible, but even more importantly: effective, quick and competent at what they were doing. My teeth got straightened to the point of just having to wear retainers in less than a year! Additionally, the invisaligns really are discrete and much less of a bother in terms of maintenance compared to regular braces - I am saying this as a person that had tried both. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a proficient, qualified service at a reasonable price

I have researched many places for Invisalign for my 16 year old son before choosing MOB. I even found a place, Tribeca Dental on Canal street that was about $1500 less but the level of care and guarantee of that place was very sketchy and I’m glad I did not go with them especially after I read the reviews. MOB is very attentive and on top of all of my sons care, they’re very thorough in explaining the process with each visit. They also run on time, which is hard to find these days. Love it here and highly recommend them. They are worth every single penny!

We are at the end of our Invisalign process and it’s been smooth sailing from the start. All of the staff are very helpful and were upfront about pricing in helping us file paperwork with our dental insurance (even out of network!). We receive a monthly invoice to file for Fsa purposes as well automatically via email. The pricing is very reasonable and cheaper for than other offices further uptown. We have been seen by all 3 orthodontics though Dr Chiang was our initial doc who put together the plan and all of them are very sweet and knowledgeable. Office is clean and timely for appointments. My tween now teen is very happy with the results. We will be back for my second kid!

I had Invisalign treatment with Dr.Zhu. It took about 4 years (June 2018 to June 2022) to complete the treatment since my teeth were severely crowded. I am very happy with the result and I really appreciate for her great work. She was always so patient and accommodating to accomplish my request, and made sure I am always happy with the process. I actually ordered two additional refining aligners (cost $600 per time) since one of my tooth was so stubborn and wasn’t moving as we designed and that’s the reason why it took so long to complete the treatment, however, I am very happy with the outcome! Just completed my treatment here after two years. It was a really great experience working with all of the staff including the doctors, front end, and back end staff. They definitely have a great work culture in this office, and it shows in their patient care. All the doctors are knowledgeable about what the available options are, explain them clearly, and keep the patient interests as top of mind. They're not money hungry people trying to scam patients. I became a patient of MBO August 2020 when I started the process for my Invisalign. I was aiming for a new smile and confidence before my wedding and MBO provided me with just that! Dr. Jenny Zhu provided me with 2 options: traditional braces that would require removal of some teeth or Invisalign. She was clear that Invisalign was an option and indicated that she wouldn’t recommend removing healthy adult teeth. So we opted for Invisalign which ended up being longer than anticipated but overall needed to correct the issues with my teeth (about 1.5 years vs 1 year). Ive recommended this office to many. The orthodontist and staff are knowledgeable, personable, and overall friendly. Definitely worth the money. They also allowed for a payment plan option which worked perfectly for using FHSA (although they also accept insurance). While Invisalign still gives me a slight overbite, I’m really happy with the outcome. My teeth are straighter, no gaps, and overall a smile that I love. Thanks MBO & Dr. Zhu! 😊

Something you might want to know: they give you an estimate for how many treatments they think it will take to get your teeth straight. If your teeth aren’t aligned by the time they estimated - they will not charge you extra for the extra aligners that you need to get to your final product. Tip for first timers regardless of where you go - make sure to glide your finger and tongue on your teeth when getting your braces OR invisalign attachments removed. Sometimes there are bits of glue that need additional polishing. That glue won’t just fall off on its own. Oh also they gave me a mug at the end & a photo comparison of how my teeth looked! It made me feel special <3

Amazing experience! I had my jaw surgery for malocclusion 3 5.5 months ago and have been going to this orthodontic clinic for 2.5 years! Not only is this clinic clean and modern looking, the staff are so understanding and professional. Dr. Zhu and Dr. Chiang were my doctors and I highly recommend them. They answer all your questions and are very empathetic to your needs. The staff know exactly how to work around your mouths; there was never an unpleasant feeling or discomfort. I had never thought of fixing my teeth, until my dental insurance told that they could cover half of the cost. After checking a few in-network providers via google, I decided to give MBO a try because they had a youtube channel and people there seemed friendly. On my first visit, Dr Zhu and her team beat my expectation, so I decided to go with their invisalign treatment right after the initial evaluation. It was just at the beginning of the pandemic, and everything was uncertain. I received my first set of aligners via mail, and 3 months later I visited the office to install attachments. I also had regular follow ups every two months. Early this year, I had to stay at another city for a few months, the office was able to "virtually" check the photo of my teeth and ship the aligners. I just completed my treatment and started to wear a retainer this week. I cannot believe my teeth already got fixed while we are still fighting against the pandemic. Dr. Zhu just made the entire treatment very smoothly for me. Great experience and thanks!

I had a great experience at MBO. I had braces as a teenager and after lapsing in my retainer wearing my teeth had shifted. My course of treatment was 18 months. Dr. Chen was my primary doctor, and he is a very kind and capable orthodontist. He always took the time to answer my questions and was very thorough. The front staff and assistants are all also great, the overall operation runs smoothly and was very convenient for me. I got multiple quotes from different offices and MBO was cheapest by a substantial amount, but the lower cost never meant a loss in care. My treatment occurred during the COVID pandemic and the office was communicative about changes in service, and when we returned to in person I felt their protocols kept everyone safe. Overall I’d highly recommend anyone thinking of doing Invisalign to go to MBO.

I came in originally for Invisalign and I was evaluated by one of the doctors and she recommended traditional braces for the type of issue I was looking to address. One year later I decided to switch to Invisalign because the braces were sort of cramping my dating life (oops lol). The doctors understood and accommodated my request in short order. In a few weeks I had the braces off and my Invisalign trays on. All throughout they followed up with me and addressed any issues I came across. Today was my final day of Invisalign!!! I'm almost sad that my treatment here has ended, Dr. Wan and the entire staff has been incredibly heartwarming and friendly to work with. They take such good care of you and are always putting a smile to my face for all of my visits. I'm going to miss these little doses of sunshine in my life. I came here for the first time in Feb 2018, there was a $50 fee for a consultation/X-ray etc. that was non-refundable but would go towards your entire treatment if you decided to move forward with them. I felt comfortable with their staff, and they have a very nice well-kept office. I do not regret choosing MBO for my invisalign treatment, I had been to two other dental offices in midtown and MBO had the most realistic treatment plan and at an incredibly competitive price. I used to have metal braces, but failed to use my retainers regularly, and my teeth ended up quite disorderly but nothing too serious. One office quoted me for a 9-month plan that was $600 more than MBO's 12-month quote (both came with an additional 3 month buffer period). I was happy that this office felt they needed more time to work with my teeth (instead of rushing it) and also did not cost as nearly as expensive as the other offices. They were also very open to discussing the price and working with me on payment options, addressing all of my concerns. My treatment ended up going for 6 additional months at no additional costs!! They took care of me until I was completely satisfied :) So high yield: an incredibly friendly office that will make sure all of your needs and expectations are met, very competitive prices, professional, and caring :)

My daughter loves getting her braces here. She gets to choose all these different colors for her braces each time and I enjoy seeing the progress being made to her teeth. When I was first told by my dentist that braces was needed, I was very worried that this would be a painful experience for my daughter and for my wallet, but that has not been the case at Manhattan Bridge Orthodontics. They offered me an easy payment plan and got my insurance to pay for part of it. Our appointments have always been very fast and wait times are minimal. Not only was the cost about $3k less than what I was quoted from those other providers, but MBO has made me feel informed and cared for from the first appointment. They regularly check to make sure you are on schedule with your treatment, making adjustments and suggestions along the way as necessary, and have been completely on top of my scheduling and process the entire time. Manhattan Bridge Orthodontics is a great place! The staff is very friendly and they offer you "brace bucks," which are fake money you earn through doing things like brushing your teeth cleanly, wearing the t-shirt they give u to every visit, etc. At the end, you even get rewards based on how much money u earned! A little over a year ago, my son had gotten into an accident at school that loosened his front tooth and pushed it inwards. I immediately consulted my pediatric dentist and was referred to Manhattan Bridge Orthodontics. The manager was extremely helpful and my son was seen right away. Dr. Zhu was very patient and thorough when guiding me through the treatment process. In the end, she was able to reposition my son’s tooth safely and correct his cross bite. Now two of my children are patients of MBO. After months of quarantine, I’ve had concerns about bringing my kids back into the dental office. MBO first follows up with a virtual consult. (They’ve even mailed ortho bands to my home for my convenience.) An in-office visit is then scheduled. The facility is very modern and clean. They have new plexiglass barriers and filters in place, staff wear extra PPE, and a lot of extra measures have been taken to keep patients socially distanced and safe. I can’t thank Dr. Zhu and the entire MBO family enough for their outstanding care! You guys really are the best!

I never had any real issues, save for some occasional teeth soreness. (Nothing a little Advil couldn't cure.) I have a pretty hectic work schedule, which makes it difficult to get convenient appointment times. However, they made it super easy for me to make and change my appointments. I greatly appreciated the hassle-free scheduling because things are always shifting and sometimes it's hard to get in and get out. I saw several doctors here, including Dr. Wan and Dr. Zhu. Both were very knowledgable about my case and made me feel very comfortable. Overall, super satisfied with my results and pleased with the services. Coming here was one of the best things that I have done for myself.

Like many people who does adult braces, I had my first braces when I was a teenager. I wore it for 4 long years but because I threw away my retainer, I had to make the difficult decision to wear braces in my 30's. I found this place online and had a consultation along with 5 other offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Their office is clean and the staffs are hospitable and efficient. Dr.Zhu is a very knowledgeable/experienced invisalign expert and a kind human being. She understood my issues and suggested that I do Invisalign and not a regular braces(Thank God!) so I move ONLY the troubled teeth and not all of the teeth. It was a great decision and after about 2 years, I got the most beautiful smile I could only dream of. I never knew that a beautiful smile could be such a major confident booster. I'm more confident now when meeting people, talking with strangers and taking photos. I make sure that I wear my retainers regularly and I absolutely recommend Dr. Zhu's office to anyone that needs orthodontic treatment! Thank you Dr. Zhu!

Manhattan Bridge Orthodontics, located at 77 Bowery 6th Floor, New York, NY 10002. The office is well organized, clean & neat. As a patient for over 3 years, I can tell the amount of work they put into their clients. Most staff in the front are really friendly and always allows me to adjust my schedule which is amazing. If I ever miss a day, which I have numerous times. Staff will never pressure you, instead they always just send me a friendly email or call telling me to reschedule. This flexibility is fantastic which allows patient to choose when they are available to come. I just completed my adjustment and now move on to retainers, where I am required to wear it for 3-9 months and lifetime afterward during night-time. There are a couple downside here, retainers are not cheap, I was told by a staff that if I lose my retainer, it will cost me $300.00 for a new pair. Normally a retainer last about 2-5 years depending on the usage. This means you need to spend addition liabilities on retainers alone, it more like a subscription you pay monthly. This is only if you did not lose your retainers within the 2-5 years. I’m not sure if they accept insurance but I know when I just started, I pay the full amount around $5,000.00-$6,000.00, not sure of the exact amount. In terms of pricing, I believe it's pretty reasonable since they have a bigger office, better equipment, more staff & doctors. I saw doctors analyzing how they will adjust people teeth, it definitely provides a great impression to clients who sees that. Not gonna lie, Doctors here are actually very professionally and friendly, unlike some dentist I went to which gives me nightmares during my cleaning or extraction. I know there are 3 doctor here Dr. Jenny Zhu, Victor Chiang & Ying Wan. The doctor who handled my case are Dr Zhu and Chiang, both amazing and I am pretty sure they put a lot of work into it. Overall the experience here are spectacular with the friendly & patient staff who helps me adjust my teeth.
