Dentist on down to the techs made this 43 yo very comfortable. I grew up before medicad so dentist visits were not common. I would recommend this place time and time again

Love this place!!! One two separate occasions I have a dental emergency and they saw me immediately. What I thought I would a painful experience was super easy and they made it totally pain free and eased my anxiety! They explained everything so I understood it, staff was great, super reasonably priced, I would highly recommend!

Every time I go I am very satisfied with my service. During my last visit the front desk staff was very patient with me while trying to update my new dental plans. After an absolutely awful experience somewhere else we were so thankful Louisiana Dental was able to squeeze us in last minute on a Friday afternoon. They were able to offer a temporary fix to a chipped tooth so our friend could continue smiling for pictures during the rest of our trip. The dentist was transparent about what the future could hold- a permanent crown and possible root canal- but made us so at ease with everything. Thank you to the entire staff. There wasn’t one person there that wasn’t friendly, knowledgeable, and made our friend feel comfortable. Thank you, thank you! I recommend them without hesitation.

Whew a breath of fresh air! A group of people that is Honest, patient, and caring. I love Dr. CONNOR. Conservative and Honest with extreme transparency and Integrity. After Dr. Dummet I didn't think I'd find another Dentist I could be comfortable with but thank Goddess I have. Even the administration staff is polite and helpful. Don't go past this Dentist on magazine they're the best! If you go past Jackson st you've gone too far..

I have terrible teeth. I've used a half dozen dentists uptown over the years. I got the guts up to try this place after being referred by a friend. What a blessing. They did x-rays and printed me out a plan of the things needed and gave me a pep talk. No shaming. I've been to 3 appointments and they have all been awesome. 2 to go and I can't believe it. I'm almost there. This place is a total game changer if you have dentist anxiety.

My dentist, Dr. Marquita Wallace, and all the dental hygienists I’ve met are professional and really friendly. I’m always kept well informed. At a recent visit I even had my blood pressure checked which i appreciated. Dr. Wallace and Rita, her assistant were warm and attentive. Dr. Wallace checked in frequently, to make sure I was feeling okay and not in pain. I highly recommend this practice. A bonus is that the office is located in a historic building that is beautifully remodeled, highlighting its original beauty.

If I could give this location 10 stars, I would. Dr.Terry and Dr.Wallace have completely changed my view of going to the dentist. They were both so kind, personable, attentive, and caring. It was truly evident that they love their profession and have a passion for dentistry. I began having issues with my wisdom teeth, and had been putting off until I could no longer bear the pain. I work full time, so my schedule isn’t very flexible, however the office accommodated my request and scheduled a consultation, same day! After hearing horror stories of wisdom tooth removal, I was very nervous the day of the procedure however, Dr.Wallace and Dr.Terry created a safe, relaxing environment and I trusted them completely. Even with one tooth being in the bone, the extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth went perfectly. I experienced very little pain and the healing process was very quick. Aside from the perfect extraction, Dr.Wallace and Dr.Terry made themselves available for any questions I had. It was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr.Wallace and Dr.Terry are the best in the area. I highly recommend them for any of your dental needs!

This dentist office is amazing. Awesome staff but my dental assistant Terryell was one of the reasons my visit was great. She went above and beyond to make me super comfortable , after having a not so good first visit. She was brilliant I shall say I didn’t wait long and I was in and I the Dentist I work with (I forgot his name) was great as well I’m highly satisfy with the work that the two did for me . Dr. Wallace is absolutely the best dentist in New Orleans, she is so patient and kind with my autistic daughter and Mary our hygienist is absolutely wonderful!! They are both compassionate and caring professionals. We would be lost without them in caring for our daughter and her teeth. I Love them too!! So much so that I switched dentist's last year and they are now my dentist and hygienist. The staff is also amazing and we enjoyed checking out today with Kristina. This place is wonderful!!!

As a new patient who have lots of anxiety about the dentist the staff was warm and friendly. The Hygienist Mary was phenomenal! She explained everything that happened in my visit and made me feel very special! Dr. Graham listened to my concerns and did extra test to ensure everything was ok with my current fillings. I’m giving this place 3 stars for a couple of reasons. First off I would like to say I got my wisdom teeth out and the extraction it’s self went very easy and dr Wallace did a great job. I was in and out within 45 mins. But I feel like some of my experience was unprofessional. First off I felt like a number not a patient. I felt like they didn’t give me much aftercare info. I was told it was all on the paper work I was given and it was not. Also front desk tried to charge me full price when I had already paid for more than half my first visit. Most of all I got the teeth out on a holiday and all pharmacies were closed so I had to go with out pain medicine for the whole first day and a half. The office should have given me a heads up on this or called in the medication to a location they knew was open. We called them to let them know this and they said they would call in the medication to a location open and and they did not. I am not someone who leaves reviews ever. But in this case I’ve been in a a lot of pain and shouldnt have had to be in this situation.

Ms Mary is a really wonderful person, great hygienist. Dr. Wallace is a class act, she works quickly and is a great communicator. Dr. Moncada is the funniest and most relaxed dentist I’ve ever met. He let listen to some of my music while he worked. The whole staff is really kind and professional. My two complaints are they are somewhat pricier than other dental groups I’ve gone to and the wait time is ALWAYS long, no matter how early you arrive or what time of day your appointment is. Make sure you don’t have to be anywhere at a specific time.

I normally never leave reviews but Dr. Wallace is officially my new dentist. The receptionists & the back staff are super professional & friendly. Any question you have, they have no hesitation to answer. I got my wisdom teeth removed & Dr. Wallace saved the pain out of me. I can finally sleep & barely have any headaches anymore. She’s very quick & any question you have, she’ll answer it. I loved how quick the wisdom teeth removal was as well. I was so scared it would take a while but it took her less than an hour for all FOUR, YES! Again, I cannot thank her enough. Do not have any anxiety or worry about the timing in the waiting room, trust me, GO. Thank you all for your patience & time.

Had a great experience at the New Orleans; Magazine location! I'm from out of State, visiting on vacation with my wife. I had a wisdom tooth, that has been bothering me, before we left on our vacation. It was hurting so bad, me and my wife talked about seeing a local dentist, but I was very hesitant on this. The pain was to much, we decided to make an appointment. They were able to see us the same day. They were very professional and compassionate to my situation. The cost was reasonable and we decided to go forward with the extraction of my wisdom tooth. The assistant was so nice and the doctor was so good. Went in for the quickest no-wait cleaning today! Tess was my hygienist and had me in and out within an hour tops, didn't give me unnecessary x-rays or treatments, just a thorough cleaning and polish! Ms. Mary was awesome. She was focused, had good energy and she actually care about the well being of my teeth. She knew what she was doing, on top of making sure I was not feeling any discomfort. From the moment I called to make an appointment the staff was kind and compassionate. I have major dentist anxiety, but every member of the staff has been nothing but kind, always accommodating of my fears and nervousness. Dr. Wallace and her staff are so kind, I have referred almost my whole family to this office. Dr. Wallace never makes me feel rushed, and happily answers my questions before proceeding with any procedure. The entire office staff builds such a great relationship with the patients that they had me laughing during my appointment today- something I never thought would happen in a dentists office. The office itself is beautiful, well maintained and clean, while remaining warm and welcoming, avoiding the cold sterility of many clinics. The office staff are very kind and clear regarding the pricing schedule and that clarity has removed much of my wallet based dental anxiety. If you are looking for a dentist who will calm your fears and help you achieve dental health, this is the place for you.

I love my Dentist, Marquita Wallace! I had an accident in January and broke one of my front teeth. They were able to see me 1st thing on Monday morning. My dentist was sympathetic and very gentle with my injuries. I needed a root canal which they scheduled the next week for me. The veneer they order is a perfect match. You can't even tell that I ever had an accident. My dental insurance did not cover all of the charges so Beau took my medical information and was able to get my health insurance to pay for almost half of my charges! Since then I have moved across town but I will go out of my way to continue to see the ladies in this office!

I commented on a Facebook post and the office manager Lauren reached out me and got me scheduled! Within days I was set up for my new patient exam & cleaning! I also wanted to straighten my upper teeth a little bit so I met with the orthodontist, Dr. Roth...just days after my consultation they got me in my braces 😁 everyone has been so accommodating with my work schedule and making sure I am happy! I look forward to my treatment with Dr. Roth & bringing my daughter in for her orthodontic needs! It’s really a one stop shop, I don’t have to go here there and everywhere! After calling my insurance provider and they gave me a list of dental centers that I could go to and this place was the third place that I called and a lady by the name of Ms. Bonita answered and after she answered all of my questions she said that whichever Dentist I chose at this office I would be overly pleased with there work! This is the 4th NOLA dentist I have been to since I moved here 2 yrs ago, and the first one that would give me a teeth cleaning. I need periodontal cleaning, which I cannot afford yet. The other 3 dental practices just hijacked me and refused to clean my teeth until I paid them to do periodontal cleaning. I absolutely LOVE this practice. Woke up with a really bad tooth ache, called them to get an appointment. The lady asked me for all my info and scheduled me that very day for a time of my convience. Being that i’m Very nervous when it comes to going to the dentist my experience with them was AMAZING! They not only saved my tooth, but they were able to get all of my dental records and my insurance verified for me in a timely manner. Everything was explained to me as far as what would be covered and what my options were. Dr. Deville did my Root canal and Dr. Wallace did my crown.. Thank you ladies for being professional and extremely comforting. I Will be sending all of my co-workers there. United Concordia is excepted so if you have it I suggest you get an appointment ASAP. They really do cater to cowards!

From out of town and was in New Orleans for the saints game and a little relaxation. First night there, had a toothache, a horrible toothache, the worst pain I’ve ever felt. I didn’t sleep at all that night and was writhing in pain seeking out dentists in an unfamiliar city who could see me on a Saturday morning with short notice. Finally, I had the fortune of calling the LA Dental Center on Magazine and from that moment on, things started to look up and I felt like I was back on vacation. Dr. Wallace and her team got me in as soon as I called and took great care of me during a very tough time. She changed a disaster trip into an awesome memorable vacation. In the spirit of full disclosure, I have to admit that my experience was SO MUCH better once I was checked in. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They got rid of the pain in no time at all and took special care to explain all of my options to me. I have already referred my brother to the dental center for the same procedure I had. I woke up to my left side of my face numb and then to top it off I keep passing out, I hit my face when I fell knocking out my front teeth. I'm devastated!!!!! I live in Slidell LA, and I drive all the way to New Orleans just because of the staff . I cant wait to see what's in store for my kids and I . They gave me my smile back I would drive across the world for this STAFF . Thank you all truly from the bottom of my heart . YOU ALL ROCK !!!!!🥰😘
