I have to admit that I had a bit of a dental health pause as well as was somewhat timid when it comes to going to the dentist. After my initial Loop Dental appointment, I'm legit looking forward to my next appointment. The care is gentle with people who are extremely brilliant. Please, if there is any hesitation, let this review convince you to schedule an appointment. These people are amazing. I feel very cared for and that I was in an extremely comfortable environment. Also, I'm not ashamed to say that the puppies on the monitor in the dental room were awesome. Go here. Seriously go here.

The Loop Dental was the best experience I’ve had with a dentist, probably ever. The environment was joyful with music playing and friendly staff. Not only were they careful to make sure it was as painless as possible, they were really fast. The facility is really pretty and comforting. It's also an easy location for me to get to. I hated/ was afraid of the dentist before going here like many people are. However, everyone was so nice from the receptionists who greeted me so kindly and were super helpful with setting up my next appointment. As well as my dental hygienist, Marlee who was really nice and walked me step by step through every process she was doing because she knew I was nervous. I genuinely had a great experience here and the ambiance of the office is great as well.

I was able to fill out a detailed client questionnaire prior to the appointment which allowed me to be directly seen with no additional wait times or paperwork. This was my first visit at Loop Dental and the staff exceeded all my expectations. Faith greeted me with a friendly warm welcome as soon as I entered the door. Jamie was one of the best dental assistants I’ve ever had, her bubbly personality and work ethic did not go unnoticed. The hospitality doesn’t stop there. Brooke was my hygienist and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. She was gentle, quick and efficient with her work. Not to mention her easy going personality. Best dentist to date! Moved to Minneapolis last fall and needed to find a new place for my teeth and so glad I found Loop! Staff is excellent & knowledgable and take the time to learn your name. Space is clean & bright (and safe during covid) and Dr Hannon is great! Got a bunch of fillings done in under an hour and appreciated that she explained what was going on every step of the way (even though most of it was over my head, I still loved hearing what was going on). They really took care of everything, even down to changing the music playlist to something a bit more fun than what was on. Wonderful people. Wonderful practice. I have been going to Loop Dental for several years now and highly satisfied with their service. First, staff knows how to put a nervous patient at ease and are very attentive/ friendly. I felt genuine attention to myself and my needs and never felt pushed for unnecessary services. Im very sensitive to pain and they had no problem giving me a little extra anastetic whenever needed and explaining every step they do. It is a smaller team of professionals and they seem to have a good healthy working environment which for sure translates to they way patients are treated there. They make sure to check your insurance very well, so there are no unpleasant surprises with coverage. Would definitely recommend Loop Dental!

I've had a great experience with Loop. They are always very nice, they constantly walk you through every step and procedure. They regularly stop to make sure you understand and to hear your comments or questions. The technology is advanced which is unlike many of my experiences and makes me feel as though I'm getting more proactive care. They email every statement in advance and all the forms so its very flexible and convenient for my schedule. The staff is always very welcoming and polite, the office is always very clean. Its been a great experience thus far.

I thought finding an honest dentist was tough until I saw Dr. Bates and his team. Very thorough with the exam and explanation of what I needed. He didn’t push any unnecessary treatment plans. Explained everything and really made me feel like I had ownership of my treatment. My Hygienist, Basma, was very friendly and thorough with the cleaning. I cannot recommend the team at Loop Dental highly enough. The entire staff from the front desk, to the dentists, to the hygienists are top of the line. State of the art equipment, quick and efficient appointments, and excellent customer service. I must also mention my amazing hygienist Brooke who is truly a joy to work with. She does excellent work (my smile has never looked better), is a blast to talk with during my appointments, and makes going to the dentist something I not only don’t mind, I honestly look forward to it. Loop Dental is amazing!! My brother and I definitely recommend coming here! We absolutely love everyone there!! The receptionist Amanda went over and beyond to help my brother get seen the same day for tooth pain. She also helped him book an appointment for the next day with an Endodontist. We definitely recommend going to Loop dental to see Dr. Katie Hannon and her assistant Jamie! They’re both down to earth, outgoing and kindhearted. Everyone I have encountered at Loop Dental has been awesome. The receptionists are kind, thorough, helpful, and communicative. I can’t remember every name but I know I’ve worked with Sara(h?), Laura and Ben and they’ve all been great. There have been no surprises with pricing; everything has been straightforward and they have consistently made sure I am well informed with my treatment plan. I have dental anxiety because of bad past experiences and the assistants, hygienist Shelley and Dr. Yahiro are empathetic to that. They actually make me feel comfortable in the chair - that is difficult to find in a dentist office. They even have TVs with Netflix on the ceiling to help pass the time when you’re in the chair!! What a life. I had a dental issue this past weekend. I called Loop and Dr. Bates talked me through it, made a treatment plan even though he was off work and he isn’t my actual dentist…then he scheduled an appointment first thing Monday morning. I am so grateful, what a rockstar. The exam rooms and lobbies are immaculate, I honestly feel like I’m in a chic European hotel when I’m there lol and they keep everything very clean. All in all I definitely recommend Loop Dental, I feel well taken care of by the whole team. Thank you!!

Exceptional Dental care! Probably the best clinic you will find in all of Twin Cities! Dr Hannon and the whole team there are simply awesome! A great experience from start to end! This is the first dental office I’ve visited since I have moved to the Twin Cities last year. Before I arrived, I was able to complete all of the paperwork digitally before I went in for my appointment. When I arrived at the door a front office staff member Sarah kindly greeted me, offered me a complimentary mask and took my temperature. Then almost immediately I was greeted by my hygienist Brooke and the handoff was seamless. The hygienist made me feel right at home and she was great at conversation. After the thorough inspection, Dr. Hannon came in and greeted me and was as kind as she was efficient. The Loop Dental team have a great system in place and this was by far the smoothest dental experience I’ve had. As I mentioned in the beginning, this experience was efficient and well thought through from beginning to end. Thank you Loop team!

So impressed with this office. Sara was so pleasant & helpful on the phone, when setting up our appointments as new patients. When I arrived at the office, with a 3 & 4 year old, Sara again was very pleasant and calm. Her kind and gentle approach with them, made them feel welcome and not at all scared to go into the office. Both of the dental hygienists were incredible with both of my boys. They walked them through the tools and showed them what each tool did. They also have a tv installed on one of the rooms, which was so helpful for the 3 year old. I didn’t hear a peep out of him during his whole cleaning! I also love how the rooms were set up. My boys were able to have their teeth cleaned at the same time, while I sat in the middle of the rooms and could easily go back and forth between the rooms if needed. Dr. Katie was also very kind and gentle with them, as well. She introduced herself, asked them a few question, and talked through what she was going to do. Both boys were scared when they found out they had dentist appointments, which gave mom some serious anxiety, but everything about this office made their appointments a breeze!

Umm this place is amazing?? If you want to decrease anxiety going to the dentist, this is where to go. I went here for the first time last week as I just moved into an apartment in the area. Everyone was so friendly and it was a much more interactive dental experience than any others that I’ve had before. They showed me my X-rays, explained things in depth and were just all so nice. I felt like I was part of the care rather than just sitting there being drilled on, not knowing what was going on. I’m so thankful I found Loop Dental!

I had a great visit yesterday to Loop Dental. It is a beautiful office at a super convenient location with easy (free!) parking. All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They were very informative and accommodating and did a super job explaining all that is going on with my teeth, without being judgmental :). Dr. Bates gave a very thorough and thoughtful exam and even helped smooth out my chipped tooth. I was able to leave with minimal pain in my mouth and wallet. Oh, and did I mention they support a local animal rescue with a donation for each new patient in 2017? Doesn't get much better than that. 10/10 would recommend!

Everyone is always very warm and welcoming, I’m always greeted with a smile, they are on top of communication and are easy to get ahold of. Rarely do I have to wait more than 5 minutes after checking in. Always very clean and following Covid regulations. I really can’t express in words how my experience was, from the front desk personnel to the dental assistants and most importantly, to the Dentist . All were truly some of the nicest and authenticity caring staff I’ve ever come acrossed. But all that means nothing if the skill set isn’t there, but it is and way above, most likely the most talented and knowledgeable staff that I’ve ever experienced , I have a huge fear of the dentist and was only greeted with caring actions and understanding , never shamed or was bothered if I needed to take a break, and my results are going from a smile that I’ve been embarrassed my whole life to a smile I’m proud of and it looks like me, not fake, just a much better version of my original smile. I would never lead anyone on, I take recommending someone very seriously , so once again, this is the best dental office that I have ever experienced. Actually , this is the best office in general they I’ve ever experienced , thank you to all of the staff and to Dr Bates, you treated me with dignity and respect and I’ve gone for being freighted of the dentist to actually can’t wait to see everyone next appointment !

After a recommendation by a family member, I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment with Dr. Hannon. The Loop staff has been awesome, but Dr. Hannon has been beyond awesome! This was my second visit at Loop Dental with Dr. Bates. Phenomenal service. Everyone that works here is pleasant, professional and competent. I’ve had one cleaning and also had 2 fillings redone. They were very helpful in working with my insurance. I can’t recommend them enough. I live in the loop now, but even if I move outside of the cities, this is my dentist.

LOVED everything about Loop Dental. Why? Because: •The squeezed me in when I had a dental emergency and even stayed late to get it done. •ALL the staff: girls at the front desk, Nicole assisting the dentist and Dr. Bates were all extremely kind, friendly, thorough, patient and professional •Dr. Bates could have easily encouraged me to do the more expensive route of what I needed fixed but he did the opposite. He suggested I go with the other option that would work just as great but also was much less expensive. He was honest and made me feel comfortable enough to trust in his opinion. Highly recommend!! I've never had such a great dental experience; the front desk staff, hygienists, and Dr. Hannon were all amazing. Very personable, listened to my needs, and extremely helpful when it came to figuring out my insurance and which dental work I needed to get done first. Dr. Hannon was very knowledgeable and a really talented Dentist; I had a new cavity that she filled in with no problem-- injection/needle was completely painless (which I usually HATE). In fact, I was dreading going in to get the needle and drill; they accommodated my needs/anxiety and I was totally fine. The office is beautiful, with the latest technology, and the best part is they have a parking lot next to the office, which is super convenient.
