I cannot recommend Greenway Dental enough! This was my first dentist appointment in several years and I was feeling pretty anxious about the experience. From the second I walked in the door, everyone was incredibly kind. In particular, my dental hygienist could not have been more compassionate and caring, and I never felt judged or shamed throughout the entire appointment. Furthermore, she was very communicative about what she was doing and made sure to check whether my insurance would cover different treatments. In an instance where my insurance would only cover a percentage of the cost, the dental hygienist confirmed the amount I would need to pay out of pocket PRIOR to administering the treatment to ensure that I was okay with paying for it. Overall, this was a great experience!

The reviews are spot on! I had my first dental appointment in 10 years here today and I am so happy I chose Greenway Dental! Jo was fantastic, always checking in with me during my gingivitis cleaning because I had noted I was nervous due to not having been to a dentist in a long time. Jo is very thorough and detail oriented - that was a tough clean by the sound of it but she made me feel comfortable and never admonished me for not taking better care of my teeth (but I will floss now I promise ;)) She assured me the follow-up cleanings would be much easier and made me feel at ease knowing I can get right back on track with my dental care. Dr. Sam was extremely warm and welcoming and upfront about the costs of the recommendations he made and appointments to follow. Everyone I encountered including Heidi at the front desk was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and made me feel very comfortable being there. Highly recommend this place!

I felt so at ease my entire appointment! I hadn’t been to the dentist for a cleaning in quite a few years, and I felt no judgement whatsoever. They’re also very transparent about cost of care. You can tell the staff really cares. The best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist!

Jo did an excellent job in my teeth cleaning and offered creative suggestions of ways to improve between visits. Dr. LaChance was very personable and knowledgeable. Best dentist HANDS DOWN. I had some bad infections and cavities and needed emergency surgery. Everywhere else like Aspen wastes your time and tries to charge you up the a** for a Bunch of stuff you don’t need. I was able to get In within 3 days! On top of that, my teeth were so bad I had to split the procedure between two days. They got me back in within two days and he didn’t charge me for two appointments even though I took his time. I will be back and I’ll be recommending to everyone! Seriously the most professional as well as hardworking office I’ve been too.

I worked with Amanda specifically and she did a fantastic job easing my anxiety, talking me through the whole process, and checking in with me. Was super nervous to go into the dentist as I hadn’t gone in a few years and noticed an issue with one of my teeth. Dr. LaChance was extremely professional and helpful in explaining what my options were for treatment without any judgement. The process was super smooth, they even used local numbing before injecting the real numbing agent so it wouldn’t hurt at any step. Great experience, cannot explain my relief and gratitude enough.

10/10 experience. It was my first time exploring the lands for a new dentist and I was pleasantly surprised with Greenway Dental - truth be told, their raving reviews online was what initially drew me in. Right away I had insurance issues (of course) which they patiently helped me resolve, my hygienist (Jo) was absolutely fantastic with her expertise of gum health and fun/engaging conversation, and Dr. LaChance was knowledgable and expedient, professional, and relatable. Their amenities were clean and the warm face towel given on your exit (didn't even know these even existed) was a nice cherry on top. Glad I chose Greenway Dental!

Greenway dental is without a doubt the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. Not only is everyone so friendly, but they are on top of their health practices, the building itself is so nice and clean, I just simply couldn’t think of a single bad thing or a thing that I would change. They are just so awesome and Dr. LaChance has literally changed my life with the work he’s done for me. I’d give more stars if possible, 5 isn’t enough for this place!!!

I have been terrified of the dentist my whole life and had my usual hesitations walking into the office. From the calming decor to the friendly front desk staff I started to relax waiting to be seen (only about 2 min!). Laura was wonderful at explaining everything the cleaning was going to entail and all the extras I had to do as a new patient. Being able to do the x-rays in the exam chair was a comfort I didn't realize I was missing. Dr. LeChance was warm and carefully explained any areas of concern with my teeth. Overall I would recommend this office to others, it was a great experience and I'm happy I found it. Even when it came to go over expenses after the appointment there was clear explanation and breakdown and even an active treatment plan sheet you are sent home with.

First visit after moving to the area. From the moment walking in there was nothing but smiles and kindness from the staff. The facilities were incredibly nice and clean as well. I had my first visit at Greenway Dental this morning and couldn’t be more impressed by the professionalism and customer service. Jori at the front desk was really helpful getting all my insurance info worked out (even though I had sent in my forms at the very last minute!). Laura and Dr. LaChance did a fantastic job with my cleaning. Everything was gentle, and they kept me informed on what was happening. I was one of the first patients at Greenway Dental when they first opened. Since having a few appointments, I can easily say that this was one of my very best decisions. Dr LaChance is excellent and the support staff is outstanding. Today, I had a routine cleaning with Laura. She was professional, informative, friendly, and knowledgeable. I literally cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Greenway Dental. It actually feels more like a spa than a dental office, with scented bibs and warm towels to freshen up after your appointment. The staff have always been extremely pleasant and attentive. Nessa is very passionate about her work and eager to share her expertise - I had some special requests for my care and she was very understanding and considerate with them. Dr. LaChance is extremely approachable and genuinely cares about making the best decisions for his patients. Cannot recommend enough!

With my first time at Greenway Dental, the atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly. My teeth look incredible for their bi-yearly cleaning. The only downside with my appointment was that it took a long time. I had at least 20 x-rays taken (if not more), which was exhausting and felt unnecessary. Although I was seen right at my scheduled time, the cleaning probably started 30 minutes after I arrived. For a total of an hour and 20 minutes, I was pretty exhausted and impatient near the end. Please be more prompt with your cleanings and I’ll see you very soon!

I just visited Greenway Dental for the first time today, and was super impressed. I've never been at a dental practice where they're so friendly, and treat you so well, including offering aromatherapy, head pillows and neck cushions during your session. The office is very nicely laid out, with plenty calming natural light, and has all clean, new equipment. The staff took plenty time with me to answer questions too. The office is beautiful, clean, and safe with procedures in place during the current pandemic and they make it a priority to support local businesses and the needs of their community. Having a history of dental needs from an accident as a child, I have had several procedures completed by several dentists and other dental professionals. I have now had minor work completed by Dr. LaChance and can honestly say it was the easiest, most efficient, and surprisingly painless experience I have had done. Literally the best dental experience of my life. I initially scheduled with them because I needed to last minute schedule a cleaning and they had later hours than my previous dentist, but I’m definitely switching. The staff was all super friendly and accommodating. I really appreciate that they ask your preferred pronoun when you’re filling out your info. They made sure to ask questions about what worked best for me and they have a full menu of blankets, neck pillows, scented bibs, and warm towels. My teeth have never felt so clean. So happy with the services I have received at Greenway Dental! I have had bad experiences at other dentists which made me hesitant to go in, but they immediately put my mind at ease, talked me through everything, and were incredibly kind and attentive. Nessa is hands down the best hygienist I’ve ever had. I am use to painful dentist experiences, but she was so skilled that I never felt any pain. Dr. LaChance and the Treatment Coordinators, Krystal and Cece, were also great. They were incredibly patient as I asked a million questions and were attentive, kind, and professional. Greenway Dental has been my best dental service experience so far. Right from walking into the reception area, you get greeted by a warm and personable host, Krystal. I had the opportunity to work with two Dental hygienists Jaynessa and Katie and both were super professional. I’ve never had a dental experience as good as at Greenway Dental. Dr. LaChance and his staff are so friendly, efficient, and accommodating. It doesn’t hurt that the office is gorgeous, too - full of natural light, comfy chairs, and thoughtful touches like coat hooks and phone chargers. I'm transgender and frequently have issues with doctors, plus I haven't seen a dentist in a few years, and these two things made me very nervous to come in. I had a great experience at Greenway Dental. Being new to the area, it's always a little bit stressful when establishing a new provider of any kind; but the staff at Greenway made it really comfortable and easy. The dental hygienist, Jaynessa (Nessa), was very welcoming, relatable, and proficient in her practice. Dr. LaChance was very skilled as well, and was attentive to my preferences. He was even able to fix a tooth discoloration I've had for years. The whole team went above and beyond to give me and my family a high quality experience, and suggest services that were actually important to me, all while being conscious of cost.

I cannot emphasize how much I love this dental office. Everyone is warm and friendly in addition to being superb at their jobs. I've always dreaded going to see the dentist even for a routine cleaning, but I have no reason to dread coming to Greenway now. Jaynessa was the most informative hygienist I've ever met. I learned so much about taking care of my teeth from her. Katie, the dental assistant, made me feel at ease when I had to go in for a big dental procedure. She was kind and great at her job. Dr. LaChance is a fantastic dentist as well. He is personable and a pro at administering lidocaine. Krystal reached out to me to inform me of how much a procedure was going to cost which is great because no one likes getting a big bill after a procedure that is a shock.

I am a very anxious person when it comes to dentistry, but from my very first appointment with Dr. La Chance, I felt completely at ease. Sam is so personable and kind and truly treats you like he would his own family. My three children (ages 4, 8 and 11) who are usually very wary of any medical providers, absolutely adore Sam as well. Greenway is such a lovely facility and really focuses on reducing anxiety with soothing colors and artwork, aroma therapy and warm towels. I can’t recommend Greenway enough!!

Going to the dentist isn't something I readily enjoy, but the staff and atmosphere at Greenway Dental make the experience better than any othere dental office I've visited. Aesthetically, it is one of the most comfortable offices, dental or otherwise, that I've been in. Dr. LaChance and the rest of the staff make you feel comfortable and informed about your teeth and dental hygiene. First visit at Greenway Dental today for cleaning and exam. Online scheduling and e-paperwork options made the intake process easy to do from a mobile device. Front desk staff were helpful and on top of all the details; hygienist was gentle, explained everything she was doing, and gave excellent data-driven recommendations on my routine; dentist made time to listen to my all concerns and make a plan based on my goals. They have some nice touches like aromatherapy to decrease anxiety, but ultimately it was everyone's friendly and collaborative approach that really put me at ease despite my history of, uh, not loving the experience of dentistry.

I could not recommend Greenway Dental more highly. I had always been consumed with anxiety at the mere thought of going to the dentist, and now I'm one of those weirdos who actually looks forward to it. No judgments, just caring professionals who made me feel so at ease. They set me up with invisalign treatment, and I'm becoming someone who likes their smile. Decided it was time to go to the Dentist again even with COVID-19. As their website suggested, I completed all the new patient information online in advance. When arriving, they have a sanitizing station right by the door. Krystal greeted me once I walked into the lobby and got me checked in, verified insurance coverage for services, confirmed they had received my records (same day) and put me through to my hygienist, Laura. After x-rays, we discussed a plan for getting me back up to speed with my dental health and performed a routine cleaning. Afterwards, Dr. LaChance saw me for a check-up and reviewed what few questions I had and confirmed our strategy. On the way out, Jori reviewed the services, confirmed billing (all covered by insurance for this visit), scheduled a follow-up and confirmed I didn't have any questions. I visited Dr. LaChance as the nearest option to me due to some emergent tooth pain that ended up requiring a root canal -- in short, not the best of circumstances. I consider myself to be very lucky that he and his office happens to be where I went. They have been incredibly friendly (remembering me, checking in on my health after the root canal), very transparent (calling my insurance provider and giving me estimates on what procedures will cost in advance), and just all-around patient and professional. I tend to ask a lot of questions and they have been happy to answer all of them and have not been pushy or cagey. The quality of the service has been excellent -- I feel much better and my teeth/gums are clearly doing much better. All in all, I highly recommend making Dr. LaChance and his office your go-to for both preventative and the less fun stuff too.
