I’ve been going to West Allis Dental for many years and I must say it is a very pleasurable experience for many reasons. First and foremost, each dentist is exceptional in his or her specialized area. They are professional and personable. Often if there is an option on a procedure, they will explain which they think is best but let you make the choice. Lastly, the staff is knowledgeable, flexible and kind. West Allis Dental… give them a try!

I have been going here for about 3 years. I have never had a bad visit. My last two visits have been amazing because of Ashley the hygienist. She is kind and gentle with me even though it is clear that I haven’t been flossing or brushing like I should. In the past it has taken almost an hour with other hygienists to clean my mouth. Ashley was efficient yet thorough and gentle both times. I was in and out in about a half hour and that included the time that they took films. I also like that she was focused on cleaning and that gave me a chance to zone out, enjoy the quiet music and relax. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Stafford is fantastic. She is very thorough and takes the time to make sure things are comfortable. She also got me in on short notice when an old filling from another office broke. The whole practice is great but Dr. Stafford is exceptional!

I have not had a bad experience with this dental office yet!! Been going for over a year now!! Everyone in the office is always smiling, very helpful and very friendly!! I honestly don’t know why I didn’t know about them before!! I must have driven past hundreds of times!! I have had a couple cleanings, had a crown on my front tooth after it chipped off by Dr Tran! And most recently Dr D’Hondt performed an implant!! Needless to say, both were painless!! I was very sad to hear that both Dr Tran and Dr D’Hondt are no longer there!! They both had a wonderful bedside manner and explained everything as they went along! Now seeing Dr Stafford and she is just as wonderful!! I would HIGHLY recommend this dental office to anyone!!

Had a really bad tooth!! Was referred to Wisconsin Dental to see Dr. Johnson. I must say. The staff is truly courteous, kind and on there toes!! Wait time was minimal, which was very, very good!!! West Allis Dental Care has the best doctors & staff! I have an established relationhip with the clinic and the office girls are always friendly & truly amazing. My regular dentist, Dr Ben Johnson is the sweetest, kindness, gentle touch & friendly demeanor and absolute best and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Also, Dr Tran is a great dental surgeon on staff and recently performed my extraction. Due to past trauma in my life, I experience bad anxiety and Dr Tran validated and assured me with a very calming, comfortable, gentle, empathic, and beautiful personality that made the procedure less traumatic for me. I see Dr. Ben Johnson at West Allis Dental Care. I’ve been working with him since 2013 and it’s now 2021. I’ve had all sorts of work done on my teeth, everything from general checkup, to cleaning, cavity fillings, extractions, to eventually turning to dentures because my teeth were so bad. When I came to Dr. Johnson my teeth were so far gone that I already was looking into getting dentures but he did his best to try to save what teeth he could we tried a partial dentures first but my teeth couldn’t hold up to the pressure due to bad genetics and other problems. Then I had to have all of my teeth removed. There was even a time I had to see an oral surgeon temporarily after my teeth were removed and Dr. Johnson gave me a great referral to another Dr. he works with often. He knows his limits and knows when to refer and works well with other providers. So after having all of my teeth removed Dr Johnson was there to help with the process of fitting, molding, creating my dentures, and making all of the adjustments to them. He always found time to get me into his schedule right away if I was ever in pain, he is gentle and caring, has a gentle touch, always makes sure you know what’s going on with your care, let’s you ask questions and be involved. He is very generous, has even helped me out when I had insurance issues at times. To find a dentist that makes you feel comfortable and not want to run from the chair screaming “Get me outta here!” is pretty rare, he is a dentist that will make you feel comfortable, help you to have the least painful experience possible. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist, now I don’t mind it at all, and it’s not because I have dentures either because trust me they too can be painful, but Dr Johnson will do everything to he can to help you experience no pain and help you to be the healthiest you can be. I’m very grateful for Dr. Johnson and for all the work he has done for me. I highly recommend Dr. Ben Johnson and West Allis Dental Care! Oh and by the way, he very carefully made my dentures and they look and feel GREAT!😊 I also have to say, the staff at West Allis Dental Care, the dental assistants, the dental hygienists (the ones who clean your teeth), Dr. Roman Gordenski (the Dr who did my extractions) and all of the receptionists at the office have always been wonderful, kind, considerate, friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable and helped out in my care. I’m very grateful to all of them! West Allis Dental Care is a great place with a lot of great people to get your dental work done at! I highly recommend them to anyone for any kind of dental work! You won’t be disappointed. 😊

My husband, three young children, and I have all had great experiences at West Allis Dental Care. It is a relatively large practice compared to some of the smaller dental offices near my house. I feel this is a huge benefit because if one dentist or hygienist is booked, another might be able to get you in. And while they are not a pediatric office, all three of my children ages 7, 5, and 2 are patients and have had pleasant care provided here. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The facility is always clean and comfortable. We will continue to go here for out dental care and would recommend it to others.

A year ago I was experiencing excruciating tooth pain but was too afraid to see a dentist as it had been many years since I had done so. There were many contributing factors why I refused to do so, the largest factor being shame. My teeth were in bad shape and I was terrified of people who work with them looking at them. An anonymous person on the internet posted about their fear and their pain. Their experience was so similar to mine so we both promised to make an appointment and go through it together. This is what ultimately made me look for places to go. I researched different approaches to dental patients’ anxieties and looked for a place with reviews that mentioned these practices as I trust the Google Review folks to really tell it how it is. West Allis dental was the only place I reached out to. They seemed to be the place I needed. My first appointment I almost cancelled. But I went. Every single staff member I encountered was absolutely incredible at noticing, acknowledging, and managing my anxiety. The doctor suggested a small plan, only focusing on the tooth that was in pain. Did not focus on the problem as a whole. Had he done so, I would have ran for it. The plan was to have a root canal done in the painful tooth then to return and reevaluate next steps. He and the hygienist reassured me the root canal doctor was great. They didn’t lie. He was just as fantastic as everyone else in that office. The procedure was virtually painless. The worst part being the numbing needle. The rest was jokes, a strange position to open my mouth in, and ultimately comfort. No more tooth pain. Every subsequent appointment was great. I joked to my friend that I look forward to the dentist now because I enjoy working with the staff. They really pay attention to who you are as a person and match your personality so they become who you need them to be in that moment. They also check in with you constantly to see if you need a break or anything at all (like the one time I needed a million tissues and they ended up giving me the whole box 😂). Additionally, they prioritize care needed in order to work with what your yearly insurance amount is. We put things off that could wait for the refresh next year. I found this a very honest practice. I’ll never go anywhere else. In fact, when they told me I needed to see another place that specializes in what I needed for a consult, I was upset I couldn’t stay with them. They did give a list of trusted sources for the consult. Just need to wait for the insurance to refresh.

Came in for a cleaning and a cavity filling. Both processes went smoothly. Both Dr. Tran and the hygienist were very nice and informative. I will continue to use this place for my dental needs. They also sent me a thank you card in the mail after I had visited. Something that really isn’t done anymore. But when done right, it’s a nice gesture. Overall a very positive experience.

I had extreme dental trauma from an accident that required an emergency visit. West Allis Dental Care went out of their way to squeeze me in on a Saturday morning. Dr. Tran was amazing, he performed a very gentle, yet extremely thorough examination and walked me through the entire process and next steps. This place is professional and friendly. All of the staff are nice and courteous individuals. I was nervous about the shots to numb me up before getting a couple of extractions but Dr. Tran made it practically pain free. They work extremely efficiently as well. They did everything in a surprisingly fast time compared to other dentists that I’ve been to, despite me asking for constant small breaks because of jaw fatigue. They were very nice and understanding about it. I picked this dentist not only because it is close to my house but because of the great google reviews. So hopefully this helps someone who is on the fence about going here. I don’t think you’ll find a more professional, efficient, and welcoming place.

Just finished my 2 teeth extraction . Dr. Richard Tran my dentist, I a had an excellent experience with him and his assistant Christy They are the best team I ever had. One of the best things I like about WADC is that they don't try to push unnessary procedures on you like some places do, but ensure you are keeping up with your cleanings and leave better than you walked in the door. I cannot say enough positive things about this office and all the staff! I started going here for dental care about a year ago after putting off all dentst visits for over a decade due to anxiety, and now much to my surprise I enjoy going there. All the dentists and hygienists have been immensely kind and accommodating to my fears. I had three teeth extracted a couple days ago with Dr Roman and he was just amazing! Took only half an hour and hardly hurt at all, and my recovery so far has been swift. Even if you're scared of the dentist as I was, please check them out! Highly recommended.

I have been a patient here for over 30 years and am happy with all services I have received, which are extensive, from cleaning and fillings to root canals and implants. The service is exceptional and staff members genuinely care about their patients. Besides providing excellent general dentistry, there are specialist dentists available for root canals, extractions, implants and tooth replacement via dentures and crowns. They accept most types of dental insurance and their prices are very reasonable. They also don't try to sell unnecessary services to patients. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Wasn't to thrilled with the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth March 23rd of 2021. Yes she had a lot of work cleaning my teeth. Part of it hurt bad. She was upset with me. Because I made it clear she was hurting me. Tells me based on the condition of my teeth. She was supposed to charge for some fancy cleaning. But wasn't. Since I have no insurance. So I needed to cut her some slack. That she has to do this. A spot on the lower left side she made hurt real bad. Did nothing to make me feel comfortable. When I complained she had my head tilted to far back. Where my neck was hurting. I was told she had to put my head in a certain position. I was feeling uncomfortable during my cleaning. That half way through I made her sit me up for a couple minutes. The dentist was polite.

I know that when I walk through those doors I am in great hands and know that I am getting exceptional dental care here because of the all the wonderful , compassionate, caring team of dentists and hygienists that have taken care of me . I have really bad teeth. I went to St Lukes for an abscess first. The PA there gave me antibiotics and pain meds. Told me to call a dentist. Being on Medicare.. I went to find a dentist, in a pandemic, that wouldn't have me sit on concrete. I travel by city bus. I came to this clinic. The clerk at the front desk was very professional and kind. My friend and I sat as I filled out the paperwork. I was called back and had X-Rays and prep done to assess my situation. Instead of sending me to a surgeon, the dentist pulled the offending tooth himself. "Normally, you'd be sent to the surgeon but this abscess needs to be treated.. Now." Not gonna lie, the extraction hurt but usually they do. I walked out with everything I needed for aftercare including extra gauze, mouthwash (for after I healed) and a toothbrush and paste. I have anxiety about doctors. They let me stay as long as I needed to get back to calm enough to travel home. I'd recommend them.

Read some negative opinions on here but like to form my own. I had an implant done by Dr. Berger. It was a pleasant experience I must say. The entire staff was very pleasant and quick to return my calls ref billing questions. Nice clean atmosphere. The over-all service was quick precise and pleasant. I only gave it 4 stars as I am having further basic dental work there by another doctor so I have no opinion on that yet. Dr. Berger just does implants and was great.

Saw Dr. Johnson today for two broken teeth that were infected. They got me in right away. Staff very friendly and professional. Dr. Johnson was so kind and gentile. I will be having 4 teeth extracted on the 14th by a dentist there that only extracts teeth. Have to wait for infection to clean up. Dr. Johnson will then go on being my dentist. They offer insurance that costs $50.00 a year for family plan and it pays 20% of bill plus another 10% for seniors. Will review the extraction for you on the 14th,but I would recommend this clinic.

Dr. Persich is a fantastic dentist. I've been a patient for over 30 years. I am always treated like I'm his only patient. He has never 'hurt' me, is very gentile, and always interested in the health of my teeth. I have had numerous compliments of my teeth (those complimenting don't know the history of all the crowns and the partial plate Dr. Persich has provided for me.) He has a large staff of dentists and support technicians so in an emergency situation, I have always be able to see a dentist the same day I called. His clinic even has Saturday and Sunday hours. I give Dr.Persich and his clinic a AAAAAAAAAA+++++++++ rating. No complaints from this guy.
